우리나라는 2000년에 제조물책임법이 제정하여 2002년 7월 1일부터 시행하였으며, 제조물의 제조, 설계, 표시등의 결함으로 인하여 발생한 손해에 대한 제조업자 등의 손해 배상책임을 규정하고 소비자의 결함 입증부담 경감과 피해자의 보호를 도모하자 하고 있다. 제조물의 표시등의 결함은 지시결함이나 경고결함에 관한 것으로 제조자는 그 위험에 의한 사고를 방지 회피할 수 있도록 소비자에게 정보를 제공하여야 하나 이를 이행하지 않아 발생된 결함이다. 본 논문에서는 A사(社)의 공기정화기 B모델 사용설명서에 나타난 정보제공사항을 주의 경고표시 가이드 등에 따라 검토하였으며, 그 결과 일부 지시 및 경고사항에서 보완해야할 사항이 발견하였다. 보완사항은 제안사항으로 기업내부 에서 처리하되 전문성이 부족한 분야는 외부의 PL전문가의 협력하에 바람직한 개선안이 도출될 수 있을 것이다.

Phenyl glycidyl ether의 직업적 노출기준 TLV-TWA는 0.1 ppm($0.6mg/m^3$)으로 권고되고 있다. TLV-TWA는 동물실험에서 고환(정소) 독성, 비암 그리고 감작반응에 대한 위험도를 줄일 수 있다고 증명된 수준이다. 또한 사람에서의 감작반응이 보고되고 흰쥐에서 비암이 입증되어 경고표시(notation)로 SEN과 A3(동물에서 발암성 물질)를 권고하였다. Phenyl glycidyl ether와 다른 glycidyl ether에 노출된 근로자들에서 평균 6.5개월 후에 감작반응이 발견되어, 교차 감작반응의 가능성을 인지하여야 한다. Phenyl glycidyl ether를 흰쥐와 토끼에게 급성으로 피부에 도포한 결과 빠르게 흡수되어 조혈독성이 유발되는 것을 확인하여 피부(Skin) 경고표시의 타당성을 입증하였다.

본 논문은 개방형 무료 Wi-Fi 접근영역에서 비전문가들을 위한 사용자 경험인 UX(: User Experience) 개념 차원에서 해킹위험 경고표시 방법을 제안하였다. 캡처에 의해 올라온 AP들의 위험성에 따라 색깔로 구별하며 선택 된 AP에 대하여 사용 전에 해킹의 위험을 팝업창으로 경고문을 제공하는 앱을 개발하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of warning labels of consumption goods on consumer behavior and the consumers' evaluation in order to suggest a policy of warning labels and the Product Liability Law. The following items which are somewhat risky but are used in everyday the were selected: cup noodles, one-touch can foods, washing machine, microwave range, dry cell, hydro-oxygen detergent, baby-walker, and block-toys. Data were collected from 345 respondents by internet survey with the following results. (1) The average score of the effects of warning labels on consumer behavior was so low that warning labels are not considered effective, especially in block-toys, dry cell, and baby-walker. (2) Consumers' evaluation scores on the character size, design and sticking place of warning labels were very low. Therefore an effort to make warning labels more effective is needed.

This performed a study for the warning indication method and to prevent "defect in expression" that could occur at a product use stage in this study. To accomplish this, companies can increase effectiveness in the warning process presented apply to products which have a direct warning methodology by looking at the combination of research has demonstrated. How to study the existing warning signs of improvement throughout the consumer's visibility, readability, increased availability understand this consumer satisfaction measurement results confirm the safety three years could find lasting satisfaction to rise.
