The purpose of this study is to investigate the strategy of representation of homosexuality in the mainstream media and its meaning. And it also concerns what would be the limit of representations of homosexuality and what would be the discourse these representations produce in the major terrestrial broadcasting. For this investigation, we conducted the analysis of , the mainstream television drama, focused on the gay couple characters and their representations of conflicts and resolutions by comparing with the two heterosexual couples to figure out the differentiated representation strategies of homosexuality. As results of the analysis, the representation of sociogenic cause of conflict is absent for gay couple while it was found in the case of one heterosexual couple. And gay couple is exposed to the interpersonal conflicts against their family members than heterosexual couples and described as victims. Lastly, gay couple was represented as needing mediators to solve their problems while heterosexual couple was represented as ensuring subjectivity for the resolutions of conflicts.

The film has always reflected the culture of the era based on reality and imagination. The visual effect in the film has mainly played a role of expressing the reality more realistically or recognizing the virtual as reality. This study examines the meaning and the effect of fantasy realism through Oasis of Lee Chang-dong. Fantastic realism has separated the reality from the imaginary space by using a dual meaning tool that affects the time and space in the film and reflects the human desire and desire to see. It was also reproduced in the real world through the medium of pigeons. In addition, it separates visualized space from non-visualized space in film narrative structure, separation of real and unreal space, segregation of consciousness and unconscious space, and separation of reality and reality space into power structure. With the development of technology, the image of the yellow image comes closer to us like reality, which will express the space of unconsciousness that we could not think of.

Organizational humor is generally perceived as a phenomenon that helps to develop happy feelings and positive workspace. While humor may affect organizational members in diverse ways, the ambiguous nature of humor may create uncertainty and unexpected outcomes. In particular, humor used by and between organizational members in diverse organizational situations (including physical office context and work hours) may influence individual's perception of space. Findings suggest that humor interaction acts as a form of deviant behavior that diverts from work. This momentary non-work event (humor) may serve as a ritual to influence individual's perception of space, from work to personal domain, and vice versa. The quality of interpersonal relationships between the communicators may also be influenced by humor. This shift in the nature of interaction (from work to non-work) may lead to blurring boundaries of work and work experiences. Therefore, organizational humor may provide insights into how workers interact, perceive, and manage work and personal space within organizational contexts.

Representing the future of language is a very difficult but important issue, because it signifies a world of language different from the present; at the same time it secures the identity of the present language between the future changed language and the present one. This paper examines the linguistic world of dystopia, focusing on the "Fuji-no-shima" and "Gentoshi" of Yoko Tawada. First of all, "Fuji-no-shima" shows that, for Yoko Tawada, who was crossing the border between German and Japanese as a bilingual writer, the accidental Fukushima nuclear power generation in 2011 was accepted as the destruction of verbal order between signifiant and $signifi{\acute{e}}$, due to physical changes caused by radiation leaks. "Gentoshi" tells that human ties can be maintained through language activities that can capture multiple meanings, even in a world where traditional language order is destroyed through a policy of seclusion. From the above discussion, the novel Distopia, can actually be called Utopia as long as humans rely on the power of various languages to sustain it.

In various cultures and civilizations, artists are trying new ideas of reinterpreting the beauty of classic and redefining it in the ways of modern times rather than creating something new. In other words, modern cultural trend is creating a new culture by combining sensibilities of classic amid the flood of information with modern senses of artists. This study tries to combine various cultures an designs in accordance with this cultural change. Based on the features of expressing emotions of individuals and the world of impossible experiences from the short story 'When Buckwheat Flowers Bloom' of Lee Hyoseok, an incomplete area of consciousness which is at the border line of the polarized world divided by existence and absence is the area which creates a new culture by arousing readers' imagination as a potential world of thought. In addition, based on language from the short story, a researcher tries to utilize symbolic and imaginal beauties inside of that language as a material of design, and formative analysis them with the composition of proper words for visualization.

Recently, the boundaries between people who produce and consume digital contents disappears due to the massive developments in information and communications technology (ICT) and the rapidly increasing spread of smartphones unlike in the traditional mass media (e.g., newspapers, radios, and TVs). Through the open service platform, the problem perception for each individual remains the same, but the problem solving methods varies as the service types have been diversified. The creation of added value through the growth of the new media platform industry is expected to enrich our lives, but it can also cause severe social side effects. For example, communication problems between social classes due to the information gap have led to generational conflict, and if such problems persist, it can cause national and social losses. Therefore, this paper analyzes the policy efforts to resolve the information gap and the necessity of the legalization of multimedia literary education to maximize the synergy effect through psychological model.

The purpose of this paper is to illustrate the nature of Objective Psyche based on island related case materials. Theoretical background starts with psychological meaning of islands, a kind affective symbol rather than cognitive image, and creation myths as the story of man's awareness of the world; Chaos as archaic identity (unconscious), islands as emergence of the ego from unconscious. In alchemical symbolism, island related to coagulatio, the operation which turns something into earth, the realm of ego. In addition, related parts of Hindu creation myths, Korean giant woman creator Sulmoonde-halmang, and legends of "Relocation of Island/Mountain" will be presented to integrate with case materials. Case A : Starts with a dream of killing a huge dragon and dead body became an island. The dragon in the water was seen as Spirit of Mercurius, the autonomous spirit, connecting of the ego with the Self. The act of killing related to Primeval being which needs to be killed to be transformed. Myths of Eskimo, The Eagle's Gift, the giant woman creator in Korea, and Marduk, the Babylonian hero will be integrated. Case B : Prior to introduce six island images in sand trays, a dream of a giant serpent (python) wound around her body will be presented to portray her situation. By relating Jung's "The Sermons to the Dead," her effort to make the solid island regarded as an act of bringing order out of original oneness (pleroma). Then stresses the importance to coagulate archetypal image Case C : A vignette of active imagination seminar where island image emerged will be described. Her endeavor of focusing on inner image related to the Hindu Creator, Cherokee creation myth, as well as Sulmoonde-halmang. As a motif of growing island, Samoan creation myth, and Legend of Mountain, Mai were incorporated. Colors in her art work regarded as expression of inner need, and importance of expressing inner feeling images as a mean to coagulate volatile emotional and spiritual content. Case D : A dream and art work of terminally ill woman; embracing the tip of the island with gushing up water will be presented. Her island and replenishing water image regard as "an immortal body," corresponds to the Philosophers' Stone for she accepted her death peacefully after the dream. Also related to "The Mercurial Fountain" in Rosarium Philosophorum, and aqua permanence, an allegory of God.

Using grounded theory method, this study analyzed the in-depth interviews with 11 parents of institutionalized children in order to find out how the experience of the parents on the process of the children's family reunification. According to the results, it was 'leaving one's child' that composed causal conditions, and also it was 'sentenced life' and 'adapting to a life without child' that composed existing conditions. Thus, the contextual condition was found out as 'a belief of family' and 'a belief of child caring' and the mediation conditions were 'power to recover' and 'not being as one's intentions'. Also, reaction/interaction strategies turned out as 'preparing a basis of child-care', 'playing a parent', 'standing against being adapted' and 'adjusting as their children back to family'. Finally, the analysis showed 'burdens on caring', 'wanting to leave one' child again', 'having stronger family membership' and 'being hopeful in a future' as results. The specific levels of the process were found out as following 4 steps, as time goes by. 1)Fostering children at institutions: become harsh parents(or a harsh parent), 2)After fostering: rebuild collapsed family in order to take the children back, 3)Family reunification: become aboveboard to oneself, family and the world, 4)After family reunification: try to keep the family taking precautions against resending. While taking their children back, the parents turned out to experience long, unremitting tension. Reflecting results of the analysis above, and in order to promote sending institutionalized children back to their families this article suggests practical alternatives for parents who left their children in institutions.

Park planning is done in a way to satisfy various expectations, including providing green space and offering urban space with specific and detailed strategies. This study focuses on large-scale parks that have been built since 2000 or that are going to be built. Their significance in the city was analyzed along with strategic characteristics for designing urban parks, and implications are suggested. First, the design aspects of urban parks have gradually tended towards flexibility for adapting to the diverse surrounding environments. Relating the parks to the surrounding area is realized through connection with facilities or planning to process the border area smoothly. Second, unlike in the past, urban parks are not just simply used as a resting space but play other productive and complex roles in the urban space for healing in the community. Third, six design strategies are being applied in these parks through mutually complex relations. Relations with external parties and planning inside the parks add more importance to the park for the community. Fourth, the changes of vertical time are reflected in park planning strategies and tend to form a floor plan. This is associated with growing park planning and is being realized as a major characteristic in urban park planning strategies.

Little is known about neonatal mitochondrial disease, though mitochondrial metabolic disorders may often present in the neonatal period because of the high energy requirement of neonate. In newborn period, common presentations are not specific and the disease course may be rapid and fatal. In this study, we report three cases of neonatal mitochondrial disease. The first case was strongly suspected because of sudden seizure and mental change with severe lactic acidosis, and multiorgan failure. Plasma lactate/pyruvate (L/P) ratio was increased to 55.6 with marked lactic aciduria and increased plasma alanin up to 2,237 nmol/mL. In the second patient, a peritoneal dialysis was performed for acute adrenal and renal failure, but metabolic acidosis persisted. Plasma L/P ratio was increased to 23.9, and MRC I (mitochondrial respiratory chain defect) was diagnosed through the enzymatic analysis of the muscles. The third case showed repetitive episode of lactic acidosis during the first two months of life, hypotonia, failure to thrive and feeding difficulties. We found markedly increased cerebrospinal fluid L/P ratio up to 57 though plasma L/P ratio(19.4) was borderline with increased plasma lactate. The lactate peak was prominent in brain magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS). MRC II was confirmed through muscle biopsy. Plasma lactate level and lactate peak of brain MRS were normalized after conservative treatment.
