A Study on Satisfaction of Service by the Models of Informal-formal Resources Linkages for Long-term Care Elder (장기요양대상노인의 비공식적·공식적 자원연계 유형에 따른 서비스 만족도 연구)

  • This study is to examine the effective system for providing services for long-term care elders, despite the expansion of formal care, informal care still is needed. Thus, this study's purpose is to classify the informal-formal resources linkages types of long-term care elders and looks into service satisfaction by these types and discover effective informal-formal resources linkages models. For that, this study is to divide informal-formal resources linkages types by the degree of providing services of informal and formal caregivers and discover the informal-formal resources linkages types using cluster analysis and explores the effectiveness of service satisfaction using multiple regression. The study's results is to suggest four models, such as family care, complementary, separation, formal service and complementary type was founded to be the most effective and then based on the result, we discuss as follows. First, we must strive to combine informal resources into formal service systemto the system for providing of service is made up the complementary type. Second, the system for providing services of long-term care elders is required integrated care system to alining of medical and long-term care services. Third, we have to consider a measure to improve of formal service type, for the satisfaction of formal service appears low relatively. Based on research findings, this study propose that the informal-formal resources linkages models are subdivided into the dimension of quantity and quality of care for improving the effectiveness of long-term care services.

A STUDY ON THE RELATIVE SHEAR BOND STRENGTHS OF SOME ADHESIVE RESTORATIVE MATERIALS TO PRIMARY ENAMEL AND DENTIN (수종 접착성 수복재의 유치 법랑질과 상아질에 대한 상대적 접착력의 비교연구)

  • For the purpose of comparing the bond strengths of some tooth adhesive restoration materials on primary enamel and dentin, 4 kinds (7 brands) of restorative materials including a composite resin (Z 100), a conventional glass ionomer cement (Chem-Flex), 2 brands of resin-modified glass ionomer cements (Fuji II LC-I, Vitremer), and 3 brands of compomers(Dyract AP, F2000, Compoglass) were investigated using UTM for measuring the shear bond strengths. Additionally the failure modes were examined by histologically observing the fractured surfaces of each specimen. The following results were obtained. 1. The shear bond strengths of Z 100 to the primary enamel were higher than those of other experimental materials except Fuji II LC-I, which showed significantly higher bond strength than Chem-Flex or Vitremer (P<0.05). 2. The shear bond strengths of Z 100 to the primary dentin were higher than those of other experimental materials except Dyract AP and Fuji II LC-I, both of which showed significantly higher shear strength than Chem-Flex or Vitremer (P<0.05). 3. The shear bond strengths of all restorative materials except Dyract AP showed relatively higher values to enamel surface than to dentin surface. In Dyract AP, the reverse was true significantly. 4. All materials examined showed cohesive failures except some Chem-Flex and Vitremer, which showed adhesive failures.

The Effect of Transformational Leadership Characteristics on the Innovative Behavior of Follower -Focusing on the mediating effect of followership characteristics- (변혁적 리더십의 특성이 조직 구성원의 혁신행동에 미치는 영향 -팔로워십 특성의 매개효과를 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study is to confirm the mediating effect of followership characteristics when the components of transformational leadership influences the innovative behavior of follower. For this study, response data of nationwide 551 workers were finally analyzed using SPSS 24 and Process Macro 3.5. The research results are as follows. All of the components of transformational leadership had a positive(+) effect on innovative behavior. In this process, team spirit, the characteristic of followership, was confirmed to have a mediating effect in all relationships. Perception of goal alignment and active orientation were found to have mediating effects in some types of combination. On the other hand, critical thinking had no mediating effect. This study has academic significance that variables with complex characteristics were divided into sub-characteristics for analyzing. In practice, it is suggested that there is an effective combination type for each characteristic of the variables in promoting the innovative behavior of follower. Based on the research results, the limitations of the research and future research tasks were presented.

The Effects of Coupled Open Innovation of Small- and Medium-sized Enterprises on Firm Performance: Focusing on R&D and Non-R&D Innovation Cooperation Activities (중소기업의 결합형 개방형 혁신이 기업성과에 미치는 효과: R&D 및 R&D 이외의 혁신협력활동을 중심으로)

  • Small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have strong incentives to engage in open innovation to enhance innovation efficiency and effectiveness due to their 'liability of smallness.' Previous research examined the performance effects of various open innovation practices, but whether coupled open innovation practices positively affect SMEs' firm performance is somewhat controversial. To resolve the issue, this study examined the effects of coupled open innovation activities on SMEs' firm performance using Heckman's two stage model to control endogeneity of the firms' self-selection bias in open innovation engagement. This study used the Korean Innovation Survey (KIS) 2020 collected by the Science and Technology Policy Institute (STEPI), and tested the effects of SMEs' coupled open innovation activities, R&D and non-R&D cooperation, on their innovative and financial performance indicators. The results showed that SMEs' R&D cooperation positively affects the new-to-market (NTM) product innovation only. Moreover, SMEs' non-R&D cooperation has positive effects on the product innovation, business process innovation, new-to-the-market product innovation, and new-to-firm (NTF) product innovation. However, the results showed that both R&D and non-R&D innovation cooperation activities have no significant effects on SMEs' financial performance indicators. This study contributes to research on SMEs' open innovation and provides insights for SMEs' managers and policymakers.

  • The purpose of this study is to find out how the evolution of digital play in virtualization and digital play tools are combined with and stereotyping the properties of traditional play. Virtualization characteristics and play theory were examined and the case was derived in four types and analyzed in four play properties with Roser Cailliois. In the case of Agon, the targets of mutual competition are expanded to singular and plural, computer and oneself of the future, and Mimicry showed the ambiguity of the segments and boundaries crossing the on-off line boundary, and in the case of Alea, the diversity of accident occurrence by immediacy and simultaneity has been strengthened, and in the case of Ilinx, the maximization of immersion has been developed and experimented with a variety of techniques for the utilization of senses and tools and the virtuality for this. As a result, play is developing due to the tendency to expand and coexist in time and space by various fusion combinations.

  • Today, the city greatly increase the interest in the night, increasing the importance of building and landscape lighting is a trend. Landscape lighting and a combination of factors, especially the media has been expanding in the domestic media facade. The facade of the building for the implementation of the screen to install the LED, or are projecting the image through the projector. The facade of this study present a paradigm shift in traditional media based on interactive and works by combining the artistry of the item type, art, colors, patterns, and interactions were drawn into 5 main topics. This section of the 83 kinds of domestic. Other media facade sample was classified. Categorized by 5 types of lighting techniques, lighting system, manner of expression, changing the way lighting design elements were based. Thus, the current trend changes, depending on the technical value and artistic value of the applied media facade lighting design should be applied to identify the elements and the combination of media facades and IT skills beyond simply directing programmed to communicate interactively with various designs Must be for you.

Study on Brand Naming of Optical Shop through Creation of Alternative (대안의 창출을 통한 안경원 브랜드 네이밍 연구)

  • Purpose: This study aims to understand effective brand naming process of an optical shop brand by a research of brand naming process of optical shop through creation of alternative. Methods: It investigated brand naming process such as character abstraction, target grasp, naming direction set, naming development and etc of an optical shop. It also looked into characteristics of alternative creation patterns such as words mix, typifier, sentence making, part words mix and etc and then, it investigated brand naming examples. Results: Creation of alternative is a phase of brand naming which has to be refined on the basis of creation of abundant alternatives and then to be developed to a brand name. This study suggested examples of brand names of optical shops which were made and adopted by creation of alternative. Conclusions: Creation of alternative in brand naming complies with concept, and it has systemic process and objective selection as an effective way in association of brand and searching words. It is necessary to have brand naming works through creation of alternative for the purpose of individual and strong brand name with desirable association and differentiation of an optical shop.

A Study on Chinese Character Expressions of Dynamic Poster Design Based on Kinetic Typography Principle - Focused on '24 Solar Terms' Theme Poster - (키네틱 타이포그래피 원리에 기반을 둔 다이나믹 포스터 디자인의 한자 표현방식에 관한 연구 - '24절기' 테마 포스터를 중심으로 -)

  • Based on the kinetic typography principle and the structure features of Chinese characters, this study took the Chinese'24 solar terms' theme dynamic poster as the research object, explored the visual expression of dynamic Chinese characters, and tried to summarize the visual expression law of Chinese characters in dynamic poster design. It can be found that, there could be 6 different types of Chinese character expressions in the 24 solar terms poster design. Among them, 'Drawing' design method has the meaning of text structure and form expression, and 'Assembling' design method has the meaning of text stroke and texture association, also, 'Forming' design method bring its meaning through stroke deformation, 'Transforming' design method conveys the content through text disintegration, 'Replacing' design method mainly bring the meaning through simulation, while 'Rotation' design method always express through visual three-dimensional and space. Finally, the findings could not only provide analytical logic and methods for the expression of Chinese characters in dynamic poster design, but also fill the lack of formative research on dynamic Chinese characters, which hopefully provide basic information for the research related to dynamic Chinese character structure, as well as the dynamic poster designers.

Effect of metal primer and thermocycling on shear bonding strength between the orthodontic bracket and gold alloy (치과용 금합금에 대한 금속 프라이머 처리와 열순환 처리가 교정용 브라켓의 전단결합강도에 미치는 영향)

  • Objective: The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of metal primers and thermocycling on shear bond strength between the orthodontic bracket and gold alloy. Methods: For this study, 80 specimens made of dental gold alloy were divided into 8 groups based on the combination of metal primers (none, Alloy primer, Metaltite, V-primer) and thermocycling (with and without thermocycling). Shear bond strength testing was performed with a universal testing machine. Bond failure sites were classified by a modified ARI (Adhesive Remnant Index) score. Results: All metal primer treated groups showed a significantly higher shear bond strength than the only sandblasting treated group without thermocycling (p < 0.05). There were no significant differences on shear bond strength in the groups with thermocycling (p > 0.05). Bond failure sites of the metal primer treated group without thermocycling occurred at gold alloy/adhesive interface, whereas there were no differences on bonding failure sites in the groups with thermocycling. Conclusions: These findings suggest that using metal primer on gold alloy enhances the initial bracket bond strength. But, this effect was not shown with thermocycling.

Open-domain Question Answering Using Lexico-Semantic Patterns (Lexico-Semantic Pattern을 이용한 오픈 도메인 질의 응답 시스템)

  • 본 연구에서는 오픈 도메인에서 동작할 수 있는 질의 응답 시스템(Open-domain Question Answer ing System)을 구현하고 영어권 TREC에 참가한 결과를 기술하였다. 정답 유형을 18개의 상위 노드를 갖는 계층구조로 분류하였고, 질문 처리에서는 LSP(Lexico-Semantic Pattern)으로 표현된 문법을 사용하여 질문의 정답 유형을 결정하고, lemma 형태와 WordNet 의미, stem 형태의 3가지 유형의 키워드로 구성된 질의를 생성한다. 이 질의를 바탕으로, 패시지 선택에서는 문서검색 엔진에 의해 검색된 문서들을 문장단위로 나눠 정수를 계산하고, 어휘체인(Lexical Chain)을 고려하여 인접한 문장을 결합하여 패시지를 구성하고 순위를 결정한다. 상위 랭크의 패시지를 대상으로, 정답 처리에서는 질문의 정답 유형에 따라 품사와 어휘, 의미 정보로 기술된 LSP 매칭과 AAO (Abbreviation-Appositive-Definition) 처리를 통해 정답을 추출하고 정수를 계산하여 순위를 결정한다. 구현된 시스템의 성능을 평가하기 위해 TREC10 QA Track의 main task의 질문들 중, 200개의 질문에 대해 TRIC 방식으로 자체 평가를 한 결과, MRR(Mean Reciprocal Rank)은 0.341로 TREC9의 상위 시스템들과 견줄 만한 성능을 보였다.
