  • Aroma therapy was used for religious or healing purpose in the world throughout the history. In these days, numbers of people use aroma therapy for various reasons such as mental health issue. Aroma diffusers are made with various subjects, but most are made with volatilization and candle by using fumigation method. Korea's a grayish-blue-powdered celadon has insignificant position in both traditional and cultural value. Grayish-blue-powdered celadon must constantly develop its style and design and collaborate with modern product to meet the demand of the today's market. In this research, it will find the method to develop an aroma diffuser by using a grayish-blue-powdered celadon to meet consumer's demand. And ultimately, this research will construct a cultural infrastructure based on traditional image and by adding more value on the traditional ceramics market.

방전 플라즈마 소결 공법을 이용한 FSW-Tool 용 $WC-5Mo_2C-5Co$ 소결체 제조와 기계적 특성 평가

  • 초경합금은 경도가 높은 재료를 말하며 일반적으로는 탄화텅스텐(WC)계 재료를 말한다. 국내 현재 초경합금 동향은 반도체 산업, 내마모성 공구, 절삭공구, 금형 등 많은 분야에 사용되어지고 있다. 또한 최근 들어 FSW (Friction Stir Welding, FSW)기술이 발전함에 따라 접합기술개발이 다양화되면서 FSW Tool의 고성능의 초경 재료가 요구되어지며 장수명의 Tool개발이 되어야 한다. 국내에서는 초경 합금 재료로 사용되어지고 있는 텅스텐 카바이드(WC)와 코발트(Co)를 이용하여 많은 연구가 진행되었다. 본 실험에서는 텅스텐 카바이드와 코발트 및 몰르브덴 카바이드를 혼합하여 소결체를 제조하였다. 실험에 사용된 텅스텐 카바이드는 높은 경도를 가지고 강한 취성을 나타내며, 소결에 어려운 단점이 있다. 이러한 단점을 코발트와 몰리브덴 카바이드를 첨가하여 소결온도를 낮춰주는 역할과 액상 소결시 텅스텐카바이드 입자사이에 침투하여 액상소결에 의한 치밀화가 가능하게 해주며 인성이 향상되어 고인성 재료를 만들 수 있었다. 본 실험에서는 합성과 치밀화가 동시에 진행되는 SPS (Spark Plasma Sintering:SPS) 장비를 이용하여 실험을 진행하였다. 이 방법은 방전플라즈마 소결 공법으로, 기존의 연소법과 열간 가압기술(Hot-press, HIP)을 결합한 방식으로 단 시간, 단일공정으로 치밀한 소결체를 얻을 수 있는 장점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 $WC-5Mo_2C$-5wt%Co 소결체 제조를 위해 원소 분말을 Horizontal ball milling 혼합하였다. 균일하게 혼합된 분말을 흑연다이에 충진하여 펄스전류와 기계적 압력을 동시에 가하여 $WC-5Mo_2C-5Co$ 복합재료를 제조하고 소결체의 밀도, 순도, 상변태, 미세조직 등을 분석 및 평가하였다. SPS공정 조건은 고진공하에서 $1,200^{\circ}C$-60MPa, 펄스비 12:1 조건으로 수행하였으며, 얻어진 $WC-5Mo_2C-5Co$ 소결체의 상대 밀도는 98%이상 이였다. 또한, 결정립 크기는 약 400 nm였으며, 경도는 $2,453kg/mm^2$를 나타내었다.

  • CAD system is a very important technology in designing the products which we are using today. This CAD technology has been enlarging its area into 3D CAD systems with the development of computer graphics technologies. In particular, such advances have been realized in special area such as the CAD system for designing shoes. However, because it is difficult to design a 3D CAD system, most CAD developments except for major CAD software companies usually have employed the AutoCAD which realizes 3D concepts. Also, many shoes' designers have been skilled with 2D shoe CAD systems and then they can make high achievements. Therefore, we design a new shoe CAD system with advantages of 2D CAD system and 3D CAD system. We also implement the scheme to transfer the data between 2D CAD system and 3D CAD system and also grading technologies to get patterns of various shoes size from a basic shoe's design.

  • In this paper deals with PON Remote monitoring solution using Reflecting Filter. The current FTTH-PON can not be monitored in real time that Optical cable fault and Quality degradation of Splitter. To solve this problem, Monitoring can make Feeder Network and Splitter that Reflecting filter development using the basic structure of Fiber Bragg grating. Reflecting Filter is Quality Monitoring System shall provide tools for user to view and analyze degradation of cables and splitter in particular predict any gradual component degradation(Optical cable bending, splice, connector, etc) before it becomes service impacting. The Reflecting Filter solution is splitter down and confirm the fault location of optical cable and it will send central control station can be monitored system an alarm to the OLT. In other words, wavelength side branches Mating existing communication affairs (Coupler) using the core of one optical wavelength for live monitoring two wavelengths and sends the subscriber side modem and aggregation switch device remotely using a reflective optical line filter monitoring the study of the system. this study can development of Reflecting filter improve the average processing time of Optical cable fault and efficient Maintenance of the network.

  • 최근 질병 분석 및 신약을 개발하기 위한 단백질에 대한 연구는 생명 공학의 큰 테마 중 하나이다. 질병 및 단백질 데이터를 분석하기 위한 연구는 대용량의 데이터 처리를 요구하기 때문에 과거 실험을 통해 접근하던 방식에서 벗어나 최근 IT 기술의 결합을 통해 다양한 실험 데이터를 공유하고, 연계함으로써 연구를 가속화하고 있다. 하지만 생명 공학 연구자에게 있어서 IT 지식을 기반을 둔 단백질 분석 도구를 다루는데 많은 어려움이 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하고자, IT 연구자와 생명 공학 연구자의 협업을 통한 데이터 분석 도구를 개발이 폭넓게 시도되고 있지만, 연구자 간의 협업을 도울 수 있는 통합 인프라는 전무한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 IT 연구자와 생명 공학 연구자의 협업을 위한 인프라로서 컴포넌트 기반의 질병 및 단백질 데이터 분석 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다.

  • The proposal defines a Do It Yourself system that radically changes the traditional concept of window. it is based on a D.I.Y. system that allows the users to fully customize its windows according to his needs, combining a wood frame with different elements. At the same time, it is preserving the basic function of light and ventilation and defining a new aesthetic code. Despite the restriction of size and shape, the user can choose among many different elements to increase the space efficiency he needs and to give a more enjoyable perspective to the window both in and out door. Also, All the elements are standard and they can be mass-produced according to specific market needs. Therefore, the window of the future will not be just a thin membrane in between the inside and the outside, but it will also play an important "identification role. According to each individual pick, these new windows will help to give identify to anonymous metropolitan areas and to the people living within them.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the meaningfulness and the possibility of developing kinetic narrative educational contents based on English literature with convergent approaches. To accomplish the objective, this paper examines three areas of research such as kinetic education, English literature education, and total physical response-storytelling method. It introduces the following three stages of development procedure: 1) selecting and analyzing English literature, 2) designing a prototype including the story flow, the movement and the motion interaction design, and 3) constructing motion database using Laban movement analysis. Then, how to apply it to young learners is illustrated with 'the story of the three little pigs,' Finally, implication for the field of young learner English education and English literature is discussed.

  • In this paper, a type and special feature of Multi-level inverter used in medium-voltage and high-capacity motor driver is introduced. Especially, a power quality and structural advantages of H-Bridge Multi-level inverter is described. It presented the specific structure of power circuit, design method, controller composition and PWM techniques of the cascaded H-Bridge Multi-level inverter which is developed. The feasibility of the developed product based on 3,300V lMVA 7-level H-bridge inverter was studied by experiments and we get conclusion that 1)generate of near-sinusoidal output voltage; 2)is low dv/dt at output voltage; 3)reduce the harmonic injection at input; Experiment demonstrate that it is very economical in productivity because of using the existing production technique and examination equipment, and has the reliability and a good maintenance due to the structure of Power Cell unit combination as well as low cost IGBT.

  • In this paper, a solar power emotional LED lightening street lamps with multi control sun tracker is presented. The proposed system has a multiple control sun tracking function and high quality emotional LED lamps. The system is designed to absorb maximum sun lights by temperature sensor and humidity sensor of control circuits. A battery charge-discharge controller is developed for high efficient usage of battery charger for utilization of new and renewal energy. An interface circuit for remote monitoring and controlling is included in the developed system. The proposed multi tracking solar power emotional LED street lamps is better than conventional systems in aspect of tracking operation and energy efficiency, and expected to be a leading model for next generation solar power street lamp system, because it is a new technology combining sun tracking solar power system and emotional lightening system.

  • Implementing proper land management techniques, such as selecting the best crops and applying the best cultivation techniques at the farm level, is an effective way for farmers to adapt to climate change. Also it will be helpful if the farmer can get the information of agro-weather and the growth status of cultivating crops in real time and the simulated results of applying optional technologies. To test this, a system (web site) was developed to produce agro-weather data and crop growth information of farms by combining agricultural climate maps and crop growth modeling techniques to highland area for summer-season Chinese cabbage production. The system has been shown to be a viable tool for producing farm-level information and providing it directly to farmers. Further improvements will be required in the speed of information access, the microclimate models for some meteorological factors, and the crop growth models to test different options.
