Statistical interpretations in a bioequivalence trial are considered and studied when the missing observations occurred in $2\;{\times}\;2$ crossover experiment. Patel (1985) suggested the approximate test procedures for carryover effect and drug effect in $2\;{\times}\;2$ crossover design when some of data are missing in the second period. A modified Patel method is newly proposed to the bioequivalence trial and it is compared with the current method through the simulation study.

Rainfall is the most basic input data to analyze the hydrologic system. When we measure the rainfall data, the rainfall data can be missing due to various reasons. Therefore, various interpolation methods are available for compensating the missing data. However, the interpolation methods were used without considering their applicability and accuracy. This study compares the interpolation methods such as the arithmetic mean method, normal ratio method, modified normal ratio method, inverse distance method, linear programming, Kriging method to estimate the existing rainfall correction method.

최근 약학계에서 동일한 활성 성분을 가지면서 용량만이 다른 제제의 개발이 증가되고 여러 개의 제제에 대한 생물학적 동등성 시험의 필요성이 대두됨에 따라, 중앙약심은 한 회사에서 개발된 제품으로서 동일한 활성 성분을 함유하고 용량만이 다른 두 가지 시험약에 대하에 동시에 시험을 행할 경우에 한하여 $3\times3$ 라틴방격법에 의한 생물학적 동등성 시험에 인정하기로 하였다. 이를 계기로 이영주 등(1998)은 온덴세트론 제제에 대한 생물학적 동등성 실험에서 $3\times3$ 라틴방격법을 적용하고 그 기준을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 논문에서는 이용주 등(1998)에 의해 제시된 기준에 대하여 통계적으로 재 고찰하고, 지존의 $2\times2$ 라틴방격법에 비해 상대적으로 길어진 총실험시간으로 인한 높은 결측치의 발생 가능성을 보완할 수 있는 3$\times$2 균형불완비블록계획법을 제시하고 분석방법과 적합성을 논의한다.

분산되어 있는 여러 운영계 시스템에서 대용량의 교통자료를 가져와 교통정보 이력자료를 분석할 수 있는 단일 통합 교통 데이터베이스를 구축한다. 품질 평가, 오류 판단, 결측보정과 평활화 등의 자료처리 과정을 거친 교통자료는 자료의 신뢰도를 판단하고 활용도를 높일 수 있게 해주며 이용자에게 고속도로 통행료 수납자료, 고속도로 전자통행료 수납자료, 차량검지장치자료, 도로전광표지자료, 돌발상황자료, 기상자료, 차량번호인식장치자료 등에 대한 검색 및 자료 처리 기능을 제공한다.

Long ranged groundwater-level data often have the missing intervals because of the trouble of monitoring systems at the national groundwater monitoring wells. Geostatistical methods are very useful for the supplement of the missing data. Ordinary kriging was applied for the interpolation of the missing groundwater-level data with a smooth sinusoidal variation. Conditional simulation was used for the reproduction of the missing data with high fluctuations. Two geostatistical methods produced the very accurate estimates at the missing intervals and reproduced their original variations. This fact is proved by the cross validation test and graphical method, respectively.

For multivariate distributions satisfying stochastic ordering, we suggest maximum likelihood estimation with incomplete data via an EM algorithm. In this paper we restrict our attention to the contingency tables with partially cross-classified observations. We may use the existing isotonic regression program to implement EM algorithm, and we illustrate the estimation process through an example.

본 인구의 목적은 경기도 파주시 적성면 설마리에 위치한 설마천 시험유역을 내상으로 신뢰성 있는 수문 자료를 지속적으로 수집하여 정확한 수문순환과정을 파악하는데 있다. 2003년 설마천 시험유역의 수문관측은 예년보다 더욱 향상된 결과를 보였다. 노후화된 관측기기의 교체 및 추가 설치, 실시간 전송장비의 보완 및 운영, 각 관측소당 2벌 이상의 동시 관측자료 확보 등을 통해 자료의 결측을 최소화하였고 정확도를 개선하여 예년보다 양질의 자료를 생성할 수 있었다. 관측된 우량과 수위 자료에 내해 일상적인 자료 검토 및 처리 과정을 보다 구체적으로 체계화하여 자료의 질이 향상될 수 있도록 하였다. 특히 유량 측정 및 산정 방법을 국제 기준에 준하여 수행하고, 현장에서 실시간으로 계측자료의 분석 및 검증이 가능한 유량측정용 PDA 시스템을 개발함으로써 예년에 비해 보다 정도 높은 유량측정성과를 확보한 수 있었다.

본 연구에서는 수도권을 포함하는 한강하류부에서 가장 중요한 측수지점중 하나인 인도교지점의 연 최대 홍수량 자료에 내해서 빈도해석을 시행하였다. 자료를 3개의 자료(자료 I : $1918\~1940$, 자료 II: $1952\~2002$, 자료 III: 결측치를 제외한 $1918\~2002$)로 구분하였으며, 수문자료에 일반적으로 많이 사용하는 13가지 확률 분포형을 적용하여 매개변수를 추정한 뒤 적합성여부를 판정하였으며, 적합도 검정방법 및 도시적인 방법을 통하여 적정 확률분포형을 선정하였고, 채택된 분포형(gamma-3, GEV, Gumbel, Weibull-2)에 내하여 확률홍수량을 산정하였다. 또한, 위치도시공식(plotting position formula)과 역사적 홍수정보(historic information)를 이용한 빈도해석 결과와도 비교${\cdot}$분석하였다. 그 결과 확률분포형 가운데에는 GEV와 Gumbel 분포형이 인도교지점의 홍수빈도해석에 적합한 것으로 판단된다.

토양수분은 수문현상 즉, 물의 순환과정을 이해하고 기상변화를 고려하는데 중요한 인자 중 하나이며 이는 최근 이상기후로 인한 가뭄 및 홍수 등의 자연재해가 우리나라 전역에 빈번히 발생되고 있는 가운데 이러한 현상을 보다 정확히 해석하기 위해 토양수분의 중요성이 더욱 부각되고 있다. 현재 이를 관측 및 분석하고 있으나 대부분 관측기간이 짧고 장비가 노후화되어 많은 결측치를 나타내고 있으며 관측치가 있더라도 여러 가지 요인으로 인해 관측에 대한 분석의 신뢰도가 떨어진다. 이로 인하여 본 연구에서는 광역적 범위에서 정확한 토양수분량 측정을 하고 있는 Advanced Microwave Scanning Radiometer E (AMSR-E) 위성관측 데이터를 기존의 토양수분 자료와 비교/검증하여 이의 활용방안을 모색하고자 한다.

Some customer data of manufacturing industries have a large number of incomplete data set due to the customer's infrequent purchasing behavior and the limitation of customer profile data gathered from sales representatives. So that, most sophisticated data analysis methods may not be applied directly. This paper proposes a heuristic data analysis method to classify customers in household appliances industries. The proposed PD (percent of difference) method can be used for the discriminant analysis of incomplete customer data with simple mathematical calculations. The method is composed of variable distribution estimation step, PD measure and cluster score evaluation steps, variable impact construction step, and segment assignment step. A real example is also presented.
