본 논문에서는 웹 기반의 전자 결재 시스템을 설계, 구현하는 방법을 제시한다. 기존 인트라넷을 기반으로 한 전자적 자원관리(ERP) 시스템보다 공간적인 제약을 덜 받는 웹을 기반으로 한 전자적 자원 관리 시스템의 일부분인 전자 결재 부분을 구현하여 기업내의 업무 효율 증대를 목적으로 하였다. 본 논문에 구현한 전자 결재 시스템은 현재 웹 기반 전자적 자원관리의 한 모듈로서 서비스 되어지고 있다.

This study aims to establish and apply a mobile office app for approving the achievements of tasks assigned to each person to investigate resulting satisfaction. This is done first by implementing the app for approval in a company with smart phones to enable tasks to be carried out any time and anywhere while the mobile office environment changes the method of carrying out tasks. More efficient work environment is expected if the system implemented in this study is improved in cooperation with customer's requirements. Matters for improving work efficiency added to the approval management system through this app will contribute to efficiently and continuously improving the mobile office environment to enhance productivity and efficiency of a company.

전자 결재 시스템은 오프라인 문서 결재보다 효율적인 문서 관리가 가능 하고 예산 낭비를 방지할 수 있으며, 작업 능률을 극대화 할 수 있다는 장점 때문에 현재 많은 기업에서 도입하여 사용하고 있다. 하지만 상용화되어 있는 전자 결재 시스템에서 사용되는 이미지 서명은 복제 및 위조가 가능하다는 위협이 존재한다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 단순 서명 방식을 적용한 전자 결재 시스템이 제안되었다. 하지만 단순 서명 방식을 이용한 전자 결제 시스템은 단 한 명의 결재자만을 고려한 시스템으로 실제 기업에는 다양한 직책의 결재자가 존재하기 때문에 적용하기가 어렵다. 이에 본 논문에서는 C.Boyd 의 순차 다중서명 방식을 사용하여 다수의 결제자가 서명할 수 있는 전자 결제 시스템을 제안한다.

정보시스템 구축이란 필연적인 수단의 대안으로 제시되고 있는 것이 인트라넷 환경이다. 그러나 사용자들은 단지 전자메일이나 전자게시판만보다 효율적으로 인트라넷 환경을 이용할 수 있는 Workflow 개념을 절실히 요구하고 있으며, 그 대표적인 예인 전자결재시스템이 기업의 업무에 적용되기를 원하고 있다. 하지만, 상용화된 현재의 그룹웨어 시스템간의 문서 호환성 결여는 인터넷이라는 통합 패러다임에 역행하는 결과를 낳게 되었고, 그룹웨어 시스템간의 정보의 공유와 확장성을 고려하지 않을 수 없게 되었다. 컴퓨터 환경의 보편화로 문서의 전자화와 문서관리 전자문서화로 변하고 있으며, 전자상거래와 전자문서교환, 전자문서관리시스템에서는 기본적으로 종이 문서를 사용하지 않지만, 아직도 문서 교환의 많은 부분이 팩스나 종이로 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹 표준 문서 포맷 기술로 자리잡고 있는 SML(eXtensible Markup Language)을 이용하여 웹기반 전자결재시스템 상호간의 문서호환성을 해결하기 위한 표준 문서 교환 시스템에 대한 프로토타입을 설계하고 이를 구현하였다.

This study aims to analyze the court ruling on "Inter-Korean Summit Meeting Minutes Deletion," identify how the established requirements, concept, and scope for the records prescribed in the Public Records Management Act are applied in actual cases, and summarize the future tasks. It analyzes the "approval theory" as the point of establishment for records by the ruling means and how the meaning of approval is determined, and examines the difference between the e-jiwon System and the On-Nara System to understand the meaning of ruling clearly. Moreover, it analyzes how the "Invalidity of Public Documents Crime" in Article 141 in the Criminal Act influences record management. Based on such comprehensive case analyses, the study proposes what tasks the administrative agencies such as the National Archives of Korea and the Ministry of the Interior and Safety should perform.

The most important factors of Electronic approval system of battle management system are availability and reliability. Therefore, the electronic approval system uses a SAN(storage area network) to construct the reliable server and storage. In this paper, we analyze the security vulnerabilities of the SAN storage that stores the critical military information in the electronic approval system of battle management system. Based on the analysis, we verify the possibility of information leakage by the inside attackers through the scenario-based experiment. And we finally propose a new storage encryption algorithm on the basis of user's role that can prevent the leakage of information by the inside attackers.

본 논문은 대형 매장 및 편의점 등과 같은 상품의 구매와 판매가 이루어지는 시스템에서 RFID를 활용하여 무인 결제 서비스를 지원한다. 제안 기술은 사용자가 결제처리, 재고관리 기능을 갖는다. 결재 시스템은 상품 결재와 동시에 재고 관리가 가능하도록 설계하였다. 소비자의 입장에서는 편리하고 쾌적한 스마트 쇼핑 환경을 제공 받을 수 있고, 판매자 입장에서는 인건비 절감효과, 재고관리에 효율성과 편의성을 제공한다.

An Electronic Document Management System(EDMS) is an electronic system solution that is used to create, capture, distribute, edit, store and manage documents and related structured data repositories throughout an organization. Recently, documents of any type, such as text, images, and video files, and structured databases can be controlled and managed by an office automation system and an EDMS. Thus, many organizations are already using these information technologies to reduce process cycle-times. But what the organizations are missing is a integrated system the current workflow or office automation system and provides immediate access to and automatic routing of the organization's mission-critical information. This study tried to find out the user's requirements for integrating current information system and relatively new technology, electronic document management system in order to improve business operations, productivity and quality, and reduces waste. integration of electronic document management system(EDMS) and office automation system and proper use of these technological will improve organization's processes, and compress the process cycle-times. For this study a case study was done by a project team in cooperation with a government organization(say A company). Through this case study valuable electronic document management and office automation system requirement have been identified and reported for providing a system model in order to design an Integrated EDMS(IMDMS).

This paper aims to introduce the case of operating electronic document system and record management system as one system called i-Works at Korea Midland Power Company. i-Works combines intelligent services, such as artificial intelligence and a chatbot, as a supplementary tool for record management. As such, the preparation process and progress direction for the development of the record management system is introduced, an in-depth review of real-time transfer and utilization of the functional classification system to enhance the utilization of the current records is presented, and new technologies, such as artificial intelligence for an efficient management of the increasing number of electronic records, are established.
