한국건축문화대상은 '역사의 그릇'인 오늘의 건축물을 발굴하여 이시대 건축문화의 표상으로 삼음으로써 우리나라 건축문화 창달에 기여함을 목적으로 제정되었다. 환경과 조화를 이루고 인간이 중시된 건축물과 그 주인공을 찾아 격려함은 물론 일반인과 신인, 학생에 이르기까지 부문별 참가 대상 폭을 넓힘으로써 건축문화에 대한 저변확대를 도모하고 우수한 건축물이 탄생될 수 있는 사회여건조성에 최선을 다하고자 제정된 한국건축문화대상은 이 시대의 진정한 건축문화 발전의 디딤돌이 되고자 한다.

This study aimed to clarify the meanings of developmental rehabilitation service providers' experiences of participation in a group art therapy. The 5 participants in this study were composed of cognitive, language and art therapists working at children developmental rehabilitation center in G city. The group art therapy was provided to participants from October to December, 2018. And the data were collected using in-depth interviews from January to February, 2019. Collected data was analyzed using the phenomenological method by Colaizzi(1978). As a result, four categories were derived: "Purification of emotions", "New discovery", "Encouragement and comfort", and "Close relationship". In conclusion, therapists participating in a group art therapy experienced purification of emotions and newly discovered about themselves and colleagues. And through encouraging and comforting in the group, they became closer. These results may serve as basic data on using art therapy for giving psychological support to therapists who provide developmental rehabilitation service.

국회 농림해양수산위원회 이상배위원장님은 오랫동안 공직에서 활동하시고 국회에 들어오셔서도 3선을 하시고 지난해 8월말에 농림해양수산위원회 위원장님으로 취임하셨다. 1961년에 서울대학교 법과대학 재학중에 제 13회 고등고시 행정과에 합격하셨고, 스물일곱에 울진군수로서 공직의 첫발을 내딛었고, 이후 경북도지사, 환경청장, 시장에 이르기까지 30여년간을 오로지 행정에만 몸담은 정통 행정관련출신이다. 특히 병술년에도 우리 인삼 · 약초업계의 숙원인 「인삼발전기본법」제정에도 많은 관심을 가져주셔서 꼭 입법이 이루어지도록 격려와 성원을 아끼지 않고 있으시다.

25년 동안 각고의 노력 끝에, 지난 1976년 4월, 세계 최초로 유행성출혈열의 병원체를 발견, '한탄바이러스'라고 이름 짓고 그 예방 백신을 만들어 우리 국민뿐만 아니라 인류를 고질적인 풍토병에서 자유롭게 한 이호왕 박사(83, 아호 : 한탄)를 서울 종로구 대학로에 있는 한탄생명과학재단에서 만났다. 이 박사는 대한민국학술원 회장, 대한백신학회 초대회장 등을 역임하였고, UN산하기구인 국제백신연구소(IVI)의 한국후원회장을 맡아서 인도적 연구 사업 발전에 힘을 기울이기도 했다. 또한 '한탄상'을 제정, 매년 미생물학을 연구하는 후학에게 수여하여 그들을 격려하고 있다.

우리나라의 최대 철강회사인 포스코는 2005년부터 품질개선을 위해서 포스코 자체의 혁신방법론인 QSS+(Quick Six Sigma)을 개발하여 실시하고 있다. QSS+는 회사 전체 직원이 개선 실천 학습을 하고, 지속적인 낭비제거를 통해 부가가치를 창출하는 활동으로 '일상개선 활동, 과제 활동, 솔선/격려활동, 인재양성' 4개의 축으로 운영되고 있다. 또한 QSS+는 오랜 시간에 걸쳐 정착되어 정부 기관, 기업, 그룹사, 외주파트너사, 공급사 및 다양한 분야에서 우수 혁신 활동 사례로 벤치마킹을 실시하고 있다. 매년 현장에서 활동하는 포스코 QSS+ 현 수준을 정확히 판단하고 향후 방향성을 제시하는 QSS+ 충실도 평가 기준을 개선하기 위하여 AHP 분석 방법을 통해 평가 항목을 분석하고 현장이 반영된 'QSS+ 평가 기준'을 제시하고자 한다.

Purpose: In this study, we investigated effects of employees characteristics, expertise, customer satisfaction, devotion of employees to their company, business performance of the optician. Methods: For two months, from August to October 2011, employees participated in individual questionnaires. And the SPSS v14.0 was applied for statistical analysis. Results: This study has shown that the employees characteristics have an effect on the financial performance and satisfaction performance of opticians. In particular, the 'Customers satisfaction' a was important characteristics of employees affecting finance performance, and the 'Devotion to their company' was important factor that affects satisfaction performance. Conclusions: From the result found in this study, it is recommended that further efforts for inspiring the employees devotion to their company and for improving customer satisfaction are required. Above all, employer should pay attention on more suitable ways to encourage work of his employee with considering different situation or circumstance of each optician.

The purpose of this study is to ascertain the effect of both educational satisfaction and relational support on the self-efficacy of secondary school students and then eventually on their entrepreneurship. Testing self-efficacy as a mediator is another aim of this study. The findings indicated that both educational satisfaction and relational support have positive relationships with the self-efficacy of students. Self-efficacy also had a positive impact on entrepreneurship. The core part of this study focuses on the role of both educational satisfaction and relational support in fostering the self-efficacy and entrepreneurship of secondary school students. These results can serve as practical guidance when making decisions regarding the adequate pedagogy for secondary school students in order to promote entrepreneurship among the adolescents.
