A New Approach to Control of Nonminimum-phase Nonlinear Systems (비최소위상 비선형 시스템의 새로운 제어 방법)

  • MIMO 비최소위상 시스템에 대한 입출력 선형화 제어에 대해서 새로운 접근 방식을 제안한다. 처음에 몇가지 조건 하에서 비선형 궤환과 상태 변환을 하고 또한 magnitude & time scaling을 해서 일반적인 비선형 시스템을 특이 섭동 시스템으로 변환할 수 있다는 것을 보였다. 특히 제안된 방법에 의하여 변환된 특이 섭동 시스템에서 숨겨진 동적 특성이 fast subsystem의 역할을 하게 된다. 그 다음에는 잘 알려진 composite control 기법을 적용하여 시스템이 거의 선형적이고 비간섭적인 I/O 동적 특성을 갖게 하고 내부 상태가 안정화되도록 한다. 기존의 방식 보다 제안된 제어 방법의 가장 큰 이점은 적용될 수 있는 비최소위상 시스템의 범위를 보다 넓히게 되었다는 것이다. 게다가 특이 섭동 방법은 제어기 설계 과정을 단순화시켜 제어기 구현에 있어서 계산 시간을 단축시킨다.

  • CO2환기제어는 신축건물에서 흔히 사용되고 있지만, 기존의 건물에서는 그 적용 예가 흔하지는 않다. 아마도 개보수라는 것이 가능하다고 여겨지는 자원절감이나 이익에 대한 방대한 기록이 요구되기 때문이며 게다가 제어에 관한 개보수는 복잡하다는 인식에 기인한다. 공교롭게도, 에너지 사용 패턴에 대하 명확한 기록이 있는 기존의 건물에 가장 에너지절약적인 기회가 많다는 사실이다. 이 기고문에서는 기존 건물의 CO2개보수에 관하여 그 성능 평가에 대한 방법론을 제시하고 있으며, 현장 평가와 이 방법론을 적용한 A-등급 사무소 건물에서의 개보수를 통한 성능개선에 관하여 분석하고 있다. 대상은 첨단 DDC시스템이 있는 미국 환경청의 에너지스타 등급을 획득한 건물이다.

  • 본 논문은 LCL 필터를 가진 계통연계형 인버터 기반 마이크로그리드가 독립 운전 모드에서 동작할때의 인버터 출력 전압 제어 방식에 대해 다루고 있다. 분산 전원 기반의 마이크로그리드가 독립 운전 모드로 전환될 경우 마이크로그리드는 분산 전원만으로 전체 지역적 부하를 담당해야 하는 의무를 지니게 된다. 따라서 이때 마이크로그리는 전압원으로 가정되며 이를 위해 전압 제어가 수행되어져야 하며 담당하고 있는 부하가 불평형 또는 비선형 부하 일 경우 역상차, 영상차, 특정 차수의 고조파가 발생되기 때문에 기존의 전압 제어 방식을 사용할 경우 출력 전압에 높은 THD 가 발생하게 되며 이는 부하의 성능을 저해하는 요소로 작용한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존의 PI 제어기 대신 특정 주파수에서 높은 제어 게인을 갖게하는 P+ 다중 공진제어기를 선정하였으며 이를 특정 고조파 별로 다중으로 제어함으로써 비선형-불평형 부하 연결에 의한 악영향에 대처하고자 하였다. P+ 다중 공진제어에 의한 출력 전압 THD 개선 효과는 PSIM Simulation 을 통해 검증되었으며 기존의 PI, Advanced PI 제어기와 그 성능이 비교 분석되었다.

Design and Implementation of Walking Motions Applied with Player's Emotion Factors According to Variable Statistics of RPG Game Character (RPG게임캐릭터의 능력치변화량에 따라 감정요소가 적용된 걷기동작 구현)

  • From several commercialized games the technique of changing facial expressions is imported, and a design method of a game character for the player's empathy is expected to be diversified in the future. In this paper, as a design method of a game character for the player's empathy, this makes walking motion for the game character applied with 'human-emotion' factors as statistics variation of a game character in RPG genre. After this paper implements analyzed emotions of human facial expression and walking motions applied with emotion in examples of character animation theory, this paper divides walking motion applied with human-emotion factors into 8 types through relationship to statistics factors in RPG genre. And then these are applied to a knight character, which has the most similarity with human's physical feature of the game characters in RPG genre, and makes walking motion as variable statistics. As a game player controls the game character applied with 'human-emotion' factors, the effect of the player's empathy about the game character becomes higher, and the level of immersion in game play is also expected to increase.

  • In this paper, we develop the thinking extension education program for the gifted students of information, and prove the validity and effectiveness of the proposed model by presenting the Tic-tac-toe problem as the practical example of the information-gifted students. This model consists of four phases which has the game tree as data structure and the search of game tree as control structure. And the search of game tree becomes the basis of the thinking extension education program. This model gives the help for students to learn representing the problem as tree structure and solving the problem of tree structure using the search method of game tree. The internal ability of the information-gifted for thinking extension of this education program contains the fluency, perceptiveness, originality, power of concentration, imaginative power, analyzing skills, pattern recognition, space sense, synthesizing, problem-solving.

  • BCI (Brain-Computer Interface) is a way to control computer by using the human brain waves. As the hardware using brain wave technologies has developed, former expensive and big sized brain wave measuring devices have recently become much smaller and cheaper in their prices, making it possible for the individuals to buy them. This predicts them to be applied in various fields of multimedia industry. This thesis is to give an insight into whether the BCI device can be used as a new gaming device approaching it in a game designing point of view. At first, we proposed game play elements that can effectively utilizing the BCI devices, systematize, and produced a game prototype adopting the BCI device based on such game play elements. Next, we verified it with statistical data analysis to show that the prototype adopting the BCI device gives more clear and efficient controls in its game play than a game of only adopting keyboard & mouse devices and analysis verified that BCI-based game play elements provide users with a more intuitive and interesting experience than traditional non-BcI-based game play elements. The results will give a guideline for effective game design methodology for making BCI based games.

Phase Controlled Thin Film Loop Antenna for Multi-media Devices (멀티미디어단말기용 박막형 위상제어루프 안테나)

  • The paper is a phase controlled loop antenna for multi-media devices. We developed a phase control loop pattern arrangement methods for loop antenna in mobile devices like as a cell phone and PCS, WCDMA. In the loop antenna pattern, arrange close adhesive the loop antenna pattern $180^\circ$ cycle in wave length, the radiated electro-magnetic wave from close adhesive loop pattern become to coherent wave than the phase controlled loop antenna has high efficiency and high radiation gain. To acquire a wide band width on phase controlled loop antenna, we arrange a multiple phase controlled loop pattern that has a different length each other. Different length for each other loop pattern cause a different frequency that we can acquire a wide band width for loop antenna from close adhesive phase control. In experiment, we designed a CDMA850 mobile multi-media antenna in 20mm$\times$20mm area thickness 0.4mm, the radiation efficiency is over 60% and radiation gain is over 0dBi.

  • This paper proposes a control method for a differential robot to track and follow a moving object based on ultrasonic sensor. To track a target object, the method uses a transmitter and two receivers to get distances from the object. The method derives translational and rotational error by the distances and then it uses the errors to calculate control values based on PID control method. The control values are used to control the robot to follow moving object. The authors do some experimentations to analyze some characteristics such as influence of PID gain, influence of translational and rotational gain. This method not only can be applied for following moving object problem but also can be done group unit control problems.

  • Servomotors are used as key components of automated system by performing accurate positioning, accurate speed regulation, and precise motion control in response to commands from computers and sensors. Especially linear brushless servomotors have numerous advantages over ball screws, timing belts, rack/pinion drives and friction drives compared with rotary servomotors. This paper proposes the estimation of unknown parameters from the linear brushless DC motor which is operated by sinusoidal commutation. The estimated parameters are used to tune the controller gain and disturbance observer. In order to agree with this purpose, Digital Signal Processor(TMS320F240), developed for implementation of a speed Field Oriented Control(FOC), adopted in this study. The processor playing an important role in controller has A/D converters, PWM generators, riched I/O port internally.
