The general public is a key stakeholder in the science and technology domain. However, traditional approaches require substantial efforts and resources to analyze how does the general public understand science and technology issues. We applied the topic modeling, a form of text clustering, to the texts about the nuclear power which were posted on an online space in order to explore the general public's thoughts on the issue. This study investigates the extent to which macro-level events influence understandings of the general public on the science and technology issues and weather these changes in understandings are sustained over time. It examines the possibility of applying topic modeling in narrowing a perception gap between the general public and the experts through a near-real-time monitoring of the public interests and perceptions about the science and technology issues.

The purpose of this study is to design and implement the web-based counselling system in aspects of learning type and method by PBL in Constructivism. Learning problem is classified into learning difficulty, learning disability, emotional disability, memory/cognition, ADHD(attention deficit hyperactivity disorder), classwork, and school circumstance. Counselling for individual, offline visit, parents, electronic mail, and group with professionals who were involved in the design and implementation of learning counselling were used to supplement the clinic process for learning. The result of this study aims to administer the distance counselling system for learning without prominent computer knowledge. Each learner can solve diverse private learning problems which can be widely applied for situated learning. Also these online strategies by PBL indicate that providing learning types and methods are critical for overall understanding in online counselling system for learning.

Recently, there are various employment-related homepages such as Jobkorea and World Job. However, since these websites have the one-to-one communication with corporate users and users, the amount of information that can be obtained from the viewpoint of users is limited. The proposed system improves this limitation, where a user creates a blog through member registration, uploads and creates a document to a blog, and a company official can perform an annotation function. This enables users to easily manage the desired documents, share information with other users, and affix them to the users who want to add to the company, so that the corporate users and users can communicate with each other. Thus, we believe that the proposed model can solve problems in the current job market and provide a new level of portfolio system for new media environment.

In this paper, We designed and implemented a web based PBL system for ICT training. We surveyed special qualities and a learning model which have been researched for web based PBL system. According to the result of preceding research, we designed a web based PBL system consisted of teaming guidance, learning subject, collaboration learning, loaming result, help center, bulletin board. Also, We applied the web based PBL system to beginner. According to the result of this application, it was found that the students had more interest in learning and utilization of the system when using the web based PBL system. And the web based PBL system was very useful in setting up a problem-solving plan and a ICT learning plan.

In this paper, We have developed the evaluation standards for web coursewares which can properly reflected each class-type teaching and learning theories, type of learning and characteristics of learners. We proved the proper of content, reliability and objectivity. Also, We have designed and developed the evaluation tool which runs on the web. The evaluation tools for the web coursewares developed in this paper presents the direction and standard to develop the web coursewares. Also, it will help learners to choose the web coursewares, because the evaluation results for web courseware notify on the web.

The purpose of this paper is to explore how effectively can learners improve their written skills in English language classrooms with the application of internet tools and software. First, the study compares and analyzes existing research on English writing and describes research background. Second, the study describes how internet tools can be used effectively in the English writing classrooms. For example, learners pick up vocabulary on the internet bulletin board and create sentences using the vocabulary. Third, the study analyzed changes in learners' in-class attitudes towards software and internet tools using comparative measures of performance. Unlike with offline instrumented classes, the in-class application of diverse software and internet tools such as websites and IRC (Internet Relay Chat) had a major impact on the improvement of learners' writing skills.

기존의 물류 관리 시스템에서는 고객의 예상하지 못한 물류 수송 요청이 접수되면, 현재 진행하고 있는 물류 수송 상황에 대해 게시판에 메모를 하거나 관리자의 기억에 의존하여 계획을 수립하여 진행하고 있으며, 상황이 종료된 후에 수송 차량의 기사가 진행 상황을 회사에 보고하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 GPS 기능이 내장되어 있는 스마트 폰을 이용하여 차량과 화물의 부가적인 정보(위치, 물류의 상태 등)를 실시간 관리할 수 있도록 하고, 물류 수송 상에서 발생되는 데이터를 실시간으로 모니터링이 가능하도록 하였다. 그리고 관리자와 수송 기사간의 신속한 정보 전달을 통해 수송 계획을 최적화시켜 배송시 발생하는 비용 및 시간 문제에 대한 신속한 해결을 통해서 문제를 최소화할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템을 사용하게 되면 인적 물적 자원을 체계적으로 관리하여 적재적소에 분배함으로써, 이들의 활용성을 높일 수 있고 업무 효율을 극대화할 수 있다.

본 연구는 정보기술의 사용(Usage)과 수용(Adoption)을 예상하는 목적보다는 웹 기반 협동합습 시스템사용 의도와 사용행위에 영향을 미치는 변수들을 폭 넓게 이해하고, 실질적으로 활용 할 수 있는 변수를 찾는데 목적이 있기 때문에 분해된 계획 행동 이론(Decomposed TPB)을 기반 하였고, 분해된 변수들 중 일부분(지각된 유용성, 지각된 용이성, 명시적 영향, 암시적 영향)과 웹 환경의 중요 요소인 '흥미성' 을 포함하여 사용의도(Use Intention)에 영향을 미치는 변수들을 2개 대학의 대학생 256명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 실증 분석하였다. 연구결과 다차원으로 분해된 일부 변수들 중 태도적 믿음 변수인 '지각된 용이성'을 제외하고 분해된 모든 변수가 사용의도에 긍정적 강한 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었고, 특히 주관적 규범(명시적 영향, 암시적 영향)변수는 준거집단을 통해서 웹기반 협동학습 시스템에 대한 행동의도나 인지에 영향을 줄 수 있는 중요 변수로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 준거인이 되는 팀장은 팀원 및 학습자들과의 상호작용(협동학습을 통한 화상토론, 게시판정활동, 오프라인 정기 모임, 동영상 동시 시청)과 팀원 관리 및 운영하는 역할이기 때문에 새로운 정보 기술 및 시스템 사용 권유를 하거나, 직접 기술사용을 하는 주변 분위기는 협동합습에 참여한 학습자들에게 조금이나마 영향을 줄 수 있음을 추측 해 볼 수 있고 영향력 있는 중요변수임을 제시하였다.

멘토링은 조직이나 사회 구성원들의 발전을 돕기 위한 프로그램으로서, 조언자, 상담자 및 후원자 역할을 하는 '멘토(mentor)'와 도움을 얻고자 하는 '멘티(mentee)'가 긴밀한 관계를 맺고 유지함으로써 상호 발전을 위해 수행된다. 현재 이루어지고 있는 대부분의 멘토링은 면대면 (face-to-face) 시스템이거나 웹 기반의 e-mentoring 시스템으로, 전자는 시간적 그리고 지역적 한계를 극복해야만 하고 후자는 멘토나 멘티가 멘토링 사이트에 접속하여 게시판을 확인하지 않으면 제대로 된 멘토링을 수행할 수 없다는 한계를 가지고 있다. 또한 멘토와 멘티의 매칭은 무작위로 이루어지거나 코디네이터라고 불리는 사람이 수행하기 때문에, 비용이 많이 소용될 뿐 아니라 개인적인 편견이나 오류가 개입될 여지가 상존한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 시간과 장소의 제약에 구애 받지 않는 u-Mentoring 시스템을 개발하고자 하며, 그 첫 단계로써 멘토와 멘티간의 매칭을 지원하는 새로운 알고리즘(M3 Algorithm, Mentor-Mentee Matching Algorithm)을 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 알고리즘은 매칭의 정확도와 멘토-멘티의 매칭 만족도를 높이기 위해 멘토-멘티 온톨로지(M-Ontology)와 사례기반추론 기법을 사용하였다. 즉, 멘토-멘티의 효과적인 매칭을 위해, 멘토-멘티간 매칭 사례가 없는 초기 단계에는 멘토와 멘티의 속성 비교를 통한 추천 방식을 사용하고, 멘토링이 종료되어 충분한 멘토-멘티간 매칭사례가 수집되면 그 결과를 재사용해 추후 매칭에 활용한다. 본 논문에서는 제안한 매칭 알고리즘이 내장된 u-Mentoring system의 포로토타입을 보여주고자 한다.

전자상거래분야는 시공간을 넘은 소비자의 취향 및 요구에 따라 보다 효율적인 서비스 지원을 위하여 급속히 변화되고 있다. 이는 오프라인 매장 중심의 판매활동인 촉각이 우선 되던 패턴에서 벗어나 시각이 우선 되는 것을 의미한다. 따라서 소비자의 다양한 욕구에 부응하고 이에 맞는 컨텐츠의 개발을 통한 쇼핑몰의 구축으로 물품구매까지 연결시킬 수 있어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 포토샵, 일러스트레이터등을 사용하여 상품 컨텐츠를 보다 시각화하여 게시함으로서 구매자로 하여금 깨끗하고 산뜻한 이미지를 나타내고, 쇼핑 물품에 대하여 쉽게 이해할 수 있도록 하여 구매욕구를 증가시키도록 하였다. 이러한 적용결과는 쇼핑몰 방문자들로부터 쇼핑을 컨텐츠의 이미지에 대한 느낌을 설문조사를 통하여 그 반응을 살펴봄으로서, 다양한 이미지 효과들이 쇼핑몰의 이미지에 많은 영향이 있음을 보였다.
