관성항법장치 고장검출 기법 기술동향

  • 관성항법장치는 항공기, 유도탄 잠수함과 같이 항법을 필요로 하는 시스템에 실시간으로 항법정보를 제공한다. 그러므로 관성항법장치가 정상동작하는 가를 실시간으로 판단하는 것은 관성항법장치 적용 시스템의 운용 관점에서 매우 중요하며 이를 관성항법장치 고장검출 기법이라 한다. 본 논문에서는 관성항법장치의 고장검출 기법에 대한 기술동향을 조사하였다. 관성항법장치 고장검출 기법의 기술동향은 관성항법장치 기술동향과 매우 밀접한 관련을 가지고 있기 때문에 본 논문에서는 전 세계적으로 사용되었거나 혹은 현재 사용되고 있는 주요 관성항법장치의 기술분석을 통하여 고장검출 기법의 기술동향에 대하여 조사하였다.

  • Portable radiation detection devices currently available, there are a lot of functional constraints. In order to solve these drawbacks, research has been done on a portable radiation detection device based on the Android platform. Since the early stages of research, it is possible to measure the radiation, but The accuracy is worse than the product being sold. Portable radiation detection device based on the Android platform, the error occurs when the temperature changes. Temperature compensation algorithm was implemented to improve accuracy by eliminating errors due to temperature changes.

  • This paper deals with ACSR(Aluminum Conductor Steel Reinforced) inner corrosion detection using a detector which automatically runs on an ACSR distribution line and inspects the inner corrosion of the conductor by utilization of the nondestructive eddy current test. According to corrosion appearance and development of ACSR, the impedance change of the eddy current coils is theoretically verified. And then specifications and performances of the detector are described. Experimental procedures and desirable test results are reported. In conclusion, this detector can realize the nondestructive detecting of an ACSR inner corrosion. Upgrading the maintenance efficiency and improving the reliability of distribution line, whether is covered with insulating materials or not, would be expected by this nondestructive test method.method.

  • Shipping and logistics safety, security system is strengthening worldwide, the development of shipping and logistics safety security core technology for national security logistics system construction has been carried out. Interest in portable radiation detection device capable detecting gamma rays nuclides is increasing. In this paper, I would like to propose the study of resolution enhancement for accurate analysis of nuclides in the platform of the radiation detector portable with Cortex-A9.

  • Many lip region detection methods have been developed in PC environment. But the existing methods are difficult to run on real-time in resource limited mobile devices. To solve the problem, this paper proposes a real-time lip region detection method for lipreading in Mobile device. It detects face region by using adaptive face color information. After that, it detects lip region by using geometrical relation between eyes and lips. The proposed method is implemented in a smart phone with Intel PXA 270 embedded processor and 386MB memory. Experimental results show that the proposed method runs at the speed 9.5 frame/see and the correct detection rate was 98.8% for 574 images.

A Study on the Improvement of Color Detection Performance of Unmanned Salt Collection Vehicles Using an Image Processing Algorithm (이미지 처리 알고리즘을 이용한 무인 천일염 포집장치의 색상 검출 성능 향상에 관한 연구)

  • The population of Korea's solar salt-producing regions is rapidly aging, resulting in a decrease in the number of productive workers. In solar salt production, salt collection is the most labor-intensive operation because existing salt collection vehicles require human operators. Therefore, we intend to develop an unmanned solar salt collection vehicle to reduce manpower requirements. The unmanned solar salt collection vehicle is designed to identify the salt collection status and location in the salt plate via color detection, the color detection performance is a crucial consideration. Therefore, an image processing algorithm was developed to improve color detection performance. The algorithm generates an around-view image by using resizing, rotation, and perspective transformation of the input image, set the RoI to transform only the corresponding area to the HSV color model, and detects the color area through an AND operation. The detected color area was expanded and noise removed using morphological operations, and the area of the detection region was calculated using contour and image moment. The calculated area is compared with the set area to determine the location case of the collection vehicle within the salt plate. The performance was evaluated by comparing the calculated area of the final detected color to which the algorithm was applied and the area of the detected color in each step of the algorithm. It was confirmed that the color detection performance is improved by at least 25-99% for salt detection, at least 44-68% for red color, and an average of 7% for blue and an average of 15% for green. The proposed approach is well-suited to the operation of unmanned solar salt collection vehicles.

  • 본 논문은 원자로 제어봉구동장치 각 기구의 동작을 감시하여 이 장치에 의한 제어봉의 이동 여부를 검출하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 제어봉구동장치의 일부에서 전기적, 기계적 결함이 생기면 제어봉의 스텝 이동이 제대로 수행되지 못하고, 결국 해당 제어봉은 원자로의 목표 열적 출력을 위한 바른 위치에 도달하지 못하게 된다. 이렇게 되면 제어봉들 사이에 위치 편차가 발생하여 원하는 원자로 열적 출력을 얻을 수 없게 되므로 제어봉구동장치 각 기구의 동작을 신속하고 정확하게 파악하여 해당 제어봉의 이동 여부를 검출할 수 있어야 한다. 제어봉구동장치의 기구들은 각자의 여자 코일의 전류 파형 변화를 통해 동작 여부를 확인할 수 있는데 본 논문에서는 코일 전류 파형을 분석하기 위하여 국소적인 왜곡 검출 능력이 우수한 웨이블릿 변환 기법을 사용하였다.

  • 선박 엔진 크랭크 케이스 내부의 기계 결함으로 발생하는 윤활 오일 미스트 발생은 폭발뿐만 아니라 급격한 온도와 압력상승으로 2차 폭발을 야기하는 등 큰 피해를 가져와 현재 선박용 엔진의 크랭크 케이스에 오일미스트 검출장치의 설치를 의무화 하고 있는 추세이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 피해를 줄이기 위하여 광 산란 방식을 이용한 오일 미스트 검출장치를 구현하였으며, 구현된 오일미스트 검출 장치의 오일미스검출 센서 센싱 성능은 전기적, 광학적 그 외 환경적 요인으로 인하여 출력값이 일정하지 못해 각각의 오일미스트 검출 센서를 보정해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 크랭크케이스마다 장착되는 오일미스트 검출 센서의 오차를 최소화하기 위하여 정밀하게 Calibration된 Reference Data를 기반으로 최소자승법을 적용하여 센서를 Calibration하였으며, 그 결과 각각의 오일미스 검출센서의 오차를 기존 방법과 비교하여 최소화할 수 있었다.

  • In this paper, we propose human detection and fuzzy temperature control system for energy reduction of cooling device in elevator. In order to improve problems of existing cooling device using the refrigerant, energy reduction and efficient management are continuously achieved because of operation of thermoelectric cooling device using the human detection and fuzzy temperature control system. The proposed system confirms the number of passengers in elevator and temperature is then controlled by those numbers and an average temperature for the season in fuzzy system. The human detection method scans the number of passengers using a head part as a feature based on bird's-eye view camera in elevator. The fuzzy system determines elevator internal temperature considering atmospheric temperature and the scanned passenger numbers as a look-up table. The proposed system reduces energy of the cooling device through the human detection and temperature control. In experiment, energy reduction is confirmed and the performance of the proposed system is verified.
