Development of medication adherence scale for the elderly with chronic disease (만성질환 노인의 약물이행 측정도구 개발)

  • This study was to develop the Medication Adherence Scale in Elderly (MAS-E) with chronic disease and verify its reliability and validity. The MAS-E was developed in 5 steps: Configuration of conceptual frame by content analysis, preliminary items, pilot study, reliability and validity test, and development of final MAS-E with chronic disease. The questionnaires were collected from 345 adults with one-to-one interviews. Verification of its reliability and validity was divided into two phases. Reliability was tested using Cronbach's alpha, split-halves reliability, and test-retest. For validity tests, item analysis, factor analysis, total score-factor score correlation analysis, and criterion related validity were used. The developed scale consisted of 18 items and 4 factors - remember of taking medication (2 items), expectations for drug effects (5 items), practice taking medication according to instructions (8 items), communicating with health professionals (3 items), and explained 69.7% of total variance. The scale had significantly positive correlation (r = .72, p <.001) with the Morisky Medication Adherence Scale (MMAS-8). Cronbach's alpha was .91, Guttman split half coefficient was .80, and test-retest reliability was .912. Finding suggest that the MAS-E is a suitable scale to assess the status of medication adherence in elderly with chronic disease.

  • 본 논문은 TTA 에서 제정된 "HTML5 기반 스마트 TV 플랫폼" 표준(TTAK.KO-07.0111/R1)에 따라 개발되는 스마트 TV 수신기 앱이 표준의 기술 요구사항을 준수하여 적합하게 구현되고 있는지 검증할 수 있는 앱 검증 도구를 소개한다. 이 도구는 개발자에게 제공되는 통합개발환경에 포함되는 개발 툴의 하나로, 표준기반 스마트 TV 앱의 소스코드를 해석하고 의미를 분석하여, 표준의 기술 요구사항에 따라 정의된 검증 규격(Rule)을 준수하는지 검증해주는 역할을 한다. 도구의 기능범위는 JSLint, JSHint, ESLint 와 같은 기존 Open Source 기반 툴의 문법 검사 기능을 수용하고, 스마트 TV 플랫폼 특성에 따른 미지원 API, 확장 API 사용 및 웹 브라우저에서 지원되지 않는 기능에 대한 검증을 추가하였다. 스마트 TV 앱 개발자들은 이 도구를 사용하여 개발 비용이 적게 드는 초기 단계에 표준을 준수하는 앱을 구현 함으로서 TV 정합 시간을 줄일 수 있으며, 다른 디바이스나 플랫폼으로 앱을 이식하는 작업을 효율적, 경제적으로 할 수 있다.

Development and Validation of Tool for the Assessment of Employment Preparedness for People with Visual Impairments (시각장애인 고용준비도 검사지 개발 및 타당화 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop tool for the assessment of employment preparedness for people with visual impairments. First, we developed a draft assessment factors. Expert opinion survey, delphi survey, pilot test were conducted to modify contents of the factors. Actual assessments were carried out to test the reliability and validity of the developed tool targeting job seeker with visual disabilities. The total number of valid samples are 253. Principal component analysis, confirmatory factors analysis, and correlation analysis were used for the validity test. Chronbach' alpha analysis was used for the reliability test. As a result of the reliability analysis, the reliability coefficient showed good level of 0.88-0.92. As a result of the factor analysis, it was confirmed that the composition concept of 9 factors were well reflected. The correlation coefficient between employment preparedness tool and job screening tool was 0.501, Which was statistically significant. Therefore, it was evaluated as having a concurrent validity. Finally, it was confirmed that the assessment of employment preparedness for people with visual impairments was valid as assessment tool.

  • 후두기능의 전기생리학적 특징에 대한 관심은 1940년대부터 시작되어 1950년대와 1960년대에는 유럽 및 일본에서 Faborg-Anderson, Hirano 등이 후두근전도의 임상적 적용에 대해서 보고한바 있으며, 1970년대부터는 미국에서도 Bleir, Miller등이 후두근전도의 임상적 역할에 대해 보고하고 있다 이와 같이 후두근전도가 임상에 도입된 지 오래되었고 신경후두학 분야에서 후두근육의 전기생리상태를 알 수 있는 아주 중요한 진단도구이나 아직까지 후두근전도는 양적인 평가가 가능한 표준화된 검사는 아니고 내시경이나 방사선학적 검사처럼 경험이 있는 의사에 의해 판독되어지는 검사로 음성장애가 있는 모든 환자에서 집단검진(screening test)으로 이용될 수 있는 검사도구는 아니다. 후두근전도가 임상에서 유용하게 이용되고 있는 질환은 성대운동 장애와 연축성 음성장애이다. 최근 성대운동 장애에 대한 다양한 수술방법이 개발되면서 수술 방법 및 시기 결정, 예후측정에 후두근전도의 이용이 필수적이 되었으며 또한 연축성 음성장애 환자에서 어떤 후두 근육에 botulinum toxin을 주사할 지를 결정하는 데 이용하고 있다. 이번 강의에서는 위 두 가지 질환을 중심으로 후두근전도의 임상적 유용성을 살펴보기로 하겠다.

  • 본 연구는 모바일 환경에서 활용 가능한 해석된 빗속의 사람 결과 이미지를 활용한 스트레스 평가도구 개발을 위해, 결과 이미지를 사용자에게 대비하여 제시하고 사용자의 선택 결과를 분석하여 스트레스 수준을 평가하기 위한 방법론의 타당성을 분석하였다. '빗속의 사람' 검사는 대상자가 직접 그림을 그려야 하나, 모바일 환경에서는 구현과 해석이 어려워 이미 그려진 그림을 선택하도록 설계하였다. 이를 위해 '빗속의 사람' 검사의 결과 이미지가 스트레스 상태를 선별할 때 유용한지를 밝히고자 하였다. 서울 및 경기지역의 20~50대 이하 여성 101명이 본 연구에 참여하였다. 이들을 대상으로 '빗속의 사람' 검사와 스트레스 검사를 동시에 실시하였다. '빗속의 사람' 검사 결과와 스트레스 검사 결과는 검사해석방법에 따라 스트레스를 3단계로 분류하였다. 분류된 3단계의 결과는 서로 유의한 상관관계가 있어 유용하게 활용 가능함을 확인하였다.

Effects of SW Education Using App Inventor on Computational Thinking and Attitude towards Computer of Elementary School Students (앱 인벤터 활용 SW 교육이 초등학생의 컴퓨팅 사고력과 컴퓨터에 대한 태도에 미치는 영향)

  • SW education is considered important in the present age where various sciences converge. According to this tendency, SW education was included in the regular education course in Korea, which aims to develop the learner's CT. Therefore, researches on CT and educational tools are being activated. App Inventor is a simple app development tool that has many advantages over traditional tools. In this study, we developed and applied a SW instruction program that uses an App Inventor to develop CT for elementary school students. Moreover, CT was classified into two elements-calculative perception and calculative creativity- and performed tests after applying SW instruction programs. Furthermore, attitude towards computer were classified into three elements-c computer anxiety, computer preference, and computer confidence- and conducted tests. After performing paired t-test pretest-posttest matching samples on test outcomes, it was found that the CT of the learners who applied the program was increased, and the attitude towards computer also showed a positive change.

Development and Validation of Occupational Personality Scale Required for Industrial High School Graduates (고졸 취업자에게 요구되는 직업인성 척도 개발 및 타당화)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the occupational personality required for high school graduates and to develop a scale to measure them objectively. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, this study constituted the delphi committee composed of the teacher group and the industrial personnel group. Afterwards, Delphi survey was conducted twice, and it was found that 12 jobs such as sincerity and honesty were related to occupational personality. As a result of the development of the scale based on the previous research and the expert group interview, 12 factors and 116 scales were developed for the pre - occupational personality test tool. In order to verify the validity and reliability of the developed preliminary test tool, we conducted a questionnaire survey of 700 students of vocational high school, and 514 questionnaires were used for final analysis. Parallel analysis was performed to determine the number of factors before exploratory factor analysis. As a result, eight factors were found to be appropriate. As a result of exploratory factor analysis using the 'maximum likelihood method' and 'direct oblimin rotation method', 78 items of 8 factors were found appropriate. However, in order to confirm whether the item reflects the contents of the factors, we conducted a content validity test for the expert group. As a result, feedback was obtained that 19 items were irrelevant or inadequate. Therefore, the validity of the existing job personality test tool and the modified job personality test tool were verified through confirmatory factor analysis. As a result, the fitness of the revised test tool was higher and the fitness level was generally good.

Static Analysis of Web Accessibility Based on Abstract Parsing (요약파싱기법을 사용한 웹 접근성의 정적 분석)

  • Web-accessibility evaluation tools can be used to determine whether or not a website meets accessibility guidelines. As such, many such tools have been developed for web accessibility, but most of them dynamically fetch and analyze pages and as a result, some pages maybe omitted due to the lack of access authorization or environment information. In this paper, we propose a static method that analyzes web accessibility via abstract parsing. Our abstract parsing technique understands syntactic and semantic program structures that dynamically generate web pages according to external inputs and parameters. The static method performs its analysis without omitting any pages because it covers all execution paths. We performed an experiment with a PHP-based website to demonstrate how our tool discovers more accessibility errors than a dynamic page accessibility analysis tool.

The Study on Test Standard for Measuring AI Literacy

  • The purpose of this study is to design and develop the test standard to measure AI literacy abilities. First, we selected key areas of AI literacy through the related studies and expert FGI and designed detailed standard. The area of the test standard is divided into three categories: AI concept, practice, and impact. In order to confirm the validity of the test standard, we conducted twice expert validity tests and then modified and supplemented the test index. The final AI literacy test standard consisted of a total of 30 questions. The AI literacy test standard developed in this study can be an important tool for developing self-checklists or AI competency test questions for measuring AI literacy ability.

  • 웹 접근성(Web Accessibility) 평가를 위하여 웹 접근성 표준 가이드라인에 기반 한 120여개의 자동화 평가 도구들이 존재한다. 국외 평가도구는 WCAG 1.0과 미국 재활법 508조를 기준으로 만들어진 A-Prompt, Bobby 등이 있으며, 국내에는 KWCAG 1.0에 기반하여 한국정보문화진흥원에서 제작한 KADO-WAH가 유일한 자동화 웹접근성 평가도구이다. KADO-WAH는 국외 평가도구와 비교하여 상세한 검사를 진행하지 않으며 자동화 평가 범위가 한정되어 있어 상당부분 전문가 평가를 필요로 한다. 이를 보완하기 위하여 개선된 웹 접근성 평가도구의 개발이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 국내 자동화 평가도구인 KADO-WAH의 기능을 향상시키기 위하여 국외 자동화 평가도구와 비교 분석을 통해 KADO-WAH의 문제점을 제시하고, 이 문제점을 개선한 웹 접근성 평가도구를 구현한다.
