A Study on the Review Method of Zero Energy Independence Rate in Building Applied with BIM-based BIPV (BIM기반 BIPV 적용 건축물의 제로에너지 자립률 검토 방법에 관한 연구)

  • ZEB is a building that increases the energy independence of the building itself, and new and renewable elements that can produce energy are essential, and BIPV is the most notable technology. In ZEB's design, BIPV should be planned early in the design, but BIPV plans are insufficient in the early stages. Therefore, this study derived elements for theoretical consideration of BIM and ZEB and analysis of ZEB independence rate based on BIM, a convergence design technology, and analyzed BIPV energy production and building energy consumption. Finally, by calculating the energy independence rate and reviewing the rating criteria in the project model, a basic research method for calculating the energy independence rate of ZEB at the beginning of the design was presented. Through this, it is expected that design productivity can be improved by supporting the decision of ZEB subjects.

  • 대공간의 건축물의 합리적인 설계를 위해서는 온도 및 기류분포의 정확한 예측이 필요하다. 예측 방법으로 정밀해석 모델(CFD)만을 최선의 방법으로 생각하는 경우가 대부분 이지만, 비용과 시간을 줄이기 위해서는 설계 단계별로 보다 적합한 예측 방법을 적용 할 필요가 있다. 이것은 다양한 예측 모델들의 장·단점 및 실용성에 대한 충분한 이해가 전제될 때 가능할 것이다. 본고에서는 열환경·설비 설계시, 설계 단계에 따른 적합한 예측 모델들을 소개한다. 더불어, 적절하고 타당한 예측 기술이 설계에 반영되어 대공간 건축물의 실내 열환경 개선 및 에너지 절약이 이루어지기를 기대한다.

  • This paper develops the steel-house design interface that helps make building design effectively done by constructing building materials as components and assembling them as patterns. It also aims to develop the Flexible Building Design System that supports a technology which makes change of constructing easy and reduces the cost effectively through a simulation of building design like design, analysis, change information, etc., by grafting the virtual building technology into the process of building. It especially is possible for a designer and user to change a building easily by using patterns and according to the change, pattern information of materials needed and the plans of the building are made automatically. Kin-search that can be happened through personal proficiency or knowledge visualization is also the reason why the technology should be embodied.

  • In the construction, VR(Virtual Reality) is simply used by users to implement and experience 3D modeling in virtual reality, such as safety, practical education, and promotion. The VR related research includes content development and visualization simulation such as disaster safety evacuation simulation and design education contents. Research on developing suitable VR and presenting directionality is insufficient, which is required in practice. Therefore, in this study, prior to the development of VR suitable for the construction, quantitative evaluation, and analysis based on the judgment of experts are performed. However, the research was conducted on the design stages, which are believed to have high needs and application effects of VR during the lifecycle of construction. There are nine tasks that can be applied to VR in the design stage, and these tasks were evaluated and analyzed using IPA(Importance Performance Analysis) by surveying the level of expectations, importance, and performance. As a result, it was evaluated and analyzed that VR and content development was necessary for the review of member interference and collaboration work for decision making among related stakeholders. The results of this study are expected to be used as basic data for the development of VR to be applied in the design stage to the future.

  • 우리나라에서도 연평균 19회의 지진이 발생하고 있으며 78년에 일어난 홍성지진은 건물에 균열이 가는 피해를 입었다. 지진에 무감했던 우리나라는 88년 처음으로 내진설계기준을 건축법에 도입했고 96년엔 5층 이상 공동주택에도 적용, 실시했다. 내진설계는 2가지 개념으로 나누는데 면진구조설계는 구조물의 고유주기를 길게 하는 것으로 당산철교 등에 적용했고 제진구조설계는 건물의 흔들림을 컨트롤 제어하는 설계로 인천국제공항 22층 관제탑 시공에 적용하였다.

  • 전기설계 및 감리자는 그 건축물의 목적과 사용용도 그리고 계획설계자의 의지를 충분히 파악하지 않으면 좋은 설계와 감리가 될 수 없다. 건축물이란 일단의 대지 위의 지붕과 벽 또는 기둥으로서 거주 작업, 저장, 등의 용도에 쓰이는 것을 말한다. 또 여기서 부속되는 대문, 담장, 굴뚝은 물론 지하실, 지하상가와 같은 지하구축물과 탑비, 기념상, 선전탑, 기타 지붕과 벽 등이 없는 것이라도 여기에 포함된다.

  • The purpose of this study is to draw the digital design curriculum in architectural design studio. For this study, works using digital design process in professional and academic projects were investigated. Digital design curriculum is consisted of 3 steps; fundamental, intensive and advanced courses. The fundamental course acquires capability for raising architectural thought through digital media. The intensive course acquires capability for raising architectural design process. Finally, the advanced course acquires capability for raising synthesis design works and professional abilities in architectural design. It is also a urgent need of unified roadmap about digital design curriculum for architectural design education in Korea.
