부산광역시 강서구에서는 지방화 시대 개막에 따른 최상의 행정서비스를 제공하기 위해 구청사 설계를 현상 공모한 결과 총 7개 작품 중 세진건축안을 당선작으로 선정, 지난 6월 2일 발표했다. 이번 설계경기의 우수작으로는 중원건축안이, 가작으로는 가인건축안이 각각 선정됐다. 당선작과 우수작을 게재한다.

This study aims to develop a sort of expert system to simulate Internet of Things (IoT) service in architectural design alternatives and enhance the simulation performance using building information. The proposed protype system, named iotBIM, visualizes human behaviors and IoT services in a virtual place that is automatically generated from among design alternatives. We use commercial building information modeling (BIM) authoring tool for the development of iotBIM. The decision to develop iotBIM on the BIM platform was made because BIM tools already generate precise 3D models of design alternatives; iotBIM is plugged into the BIM tool as a simulation module. In the midst of the design process, architectural designers can activate iotBIM to investigate and establish IoT services that accord visually with design alternatives. The purpose of this study is to provide a theoretical and technological basis for the ultimate goal of this study.

Since early 2000s, the use of construction management(CM) in the public and private building sectors has rapidly grown in Korea. In addition, the use of CM services during pre-construction stages has been increasingly recognized as a critical factor to succeed in construction projects. Understanding clients' needs of pre-construction CM services is important for CM firms to strategically prepare and cope with market needs. The objective of the paper is to investigate and compare the usage level of CM services in public and private building projects during pre-construction stages, and to identify key characteristics and implications for CM firms. The paper identified that although there are some differences in CM service needs between public and private sectors, time management and cost management commonly showed the higher usage level.

20세기 중반에 들어서서 박물관이나 미술관들은 전시위주의 소극적 자세에서 탈피하여 일반대중을 끌어들이기 위한 적극적 자세를 취하면서 전시공간 이외의 서비스공간들이 도입되고 있다. 그러나 박물관의 근본적 목적은 관람객과 전시품의 직접적 만남에 의해 성취된다는 의미에서 전시공간에 대한 고려는 기타 서비스공간에 대한 고려 이전에 우선되어야 한다는 사실은 매우 중요하다 하겠다. 이런 의미에서 공공박물관에 있어서도 전시공간이 여전히 중요하다는 인식과 함께 현대박물관에서 나타나고 있는 전시공간구성의 특성을 살펴보고자 한다. 이렇게 하는데 있어서 본 글에서는 이태리 디자이너인 가에 아울렌티의 작업에 관심을 갖고 그의 대표적인 작품인 오르세이 미술관과 국립현대미술관을 대상으로 하여 분석하면서 현대 박물관의 전시공간구성에 대한 방향을 정리하고자 한다.

최근 유비쿼터스(ubiquitous), 네비게이션(navigation), 위치기반서비스(Location Based Service) 등의 발전으로 공간정보에 대한 욕구가 증가하고, 나아가 사용자의 환경에 구애받지 않고 공간정보를 제공하는 서비스가 발전하고 있다. 그러나 현재 우리나라는 표준화된 식별자가 없이 정부 부처별 또는 지방자치단체로 공간정보 특히, 그 필요성이 높은 건축물을 DB로 구축 관리하고 있어, 이들 시스템의 고유번호를 건축물 유일식별자로 활용하는데 한계가 있다. 또한 여러 지형지물 식별차도 개별 업무 및 DB관리를 위하여 부여된 측면이 있어 건축물 유일식별자로는 적당치 않았다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국가 차원의 건축물 유일식별자의 필요성을 제기하고, 이들 유일식자 관리시스템을 난립한 건축물 고유번호를 상호적으로 변환하는 시스템으로 활용할 것을 제안한다.

건설부는 건축물의 인허가와 관련된 부조리의 소지를 근원적으로 제거하고 건축분야의 서비스행정체계를 구축하기 위한 종합대책을 마련하기 위하여 관계전문가로 구성된 특별대책반(반장: 건설부 기획관리실장)을 구성하여 4월 3일에 1차회의를 마치고 분야별로 대책마련에 착수하였다.

Knowledge-based Service Industry is an industry that creates added value through the production, processing, and use of knowledge. Comparing to other service industries, it is innovation-oriented business endeavors having the characteristics that exert the great influences on other fields. Meanwhile, however, research efforts thereof are yet insignificant. In this study, we analyzed the innovation performance of architectural design office which creates knowledge services, having raised the necessity of innovation of the design office. The innovation performance were classified according to the extent of efficiency of the architectural design office making use of DEA-Tier analysis, and, for those architectural design offices that showed significant differences in efficiency, we presented the case studies of the firms that were substantial benchmarking targets from short, medium, and long-term perspectives.

제주시청은 창업ㆍ도약ㆍ성장의 선순환 정착으로 지역내 기업들이 스타기업으로 성공할 수 있도록 마케팅, 법률, 회계, 컨설팅 등 One-Stop 종합서비스 지원 인프라를 구축하고, 지식산업이 제주도의 신성장동력 산업으로 자리잡을 수 있는 거점 시설을 건립하기 위하여 현상설계경기를 실시하였다. 당전작으로는 '(주)제인종합건축사사무소'의 안을, 우수작으로는 '(주)오름건축사사무소 + 가우건축사사무소'의 안을, 가작으로는 '건축사사무소 선건축'의 안을 각각 선정, 발표하였다.
