  • 호텔 건축물은 현대적 기능요구에 따라 대규모화, 고급화, 복합용도화 될 것으로 예상된다. 또한 건물 이용자는 불특정 다수인으로 그 건물에 대한 정보가 부족하기 때문에 화재시 인명 피해가 우려된다, 그러므로 이러한 문제점을 극복하기 위하여 호텔 건축물에는 화재·피난안전상 유의하여야 할 사항에 대하여 체계적인 방화시설이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 첫째, 호텔의 이용실적조사, 화재관련통계 화재사례조사, 방화의식조사를 하였으며, 둘째, 호텔 건축물의 건축계획적인 사항을 검토하였으며, 셋째, 방재시설에 관한 법규정을 분석한 후 제안하였다. 이 연구의 목적은 화재시 인간 및 재산의 보호와 그 피해를 최소화할 수 있는 호텔공간을 건축하는데 기초적인 자료를 제시하는 것이다.

Concrete Crack Detection Inside Finishing Materials Using Lock-in Thermography (위상 잠금 열화상 기법을 이용한 콘크리트 마감재 내부 균열 검출)

  • As the number of old buildings subject to safety inspection increases, the burden on designated institutions and management entities that are responsible for safety management is increasing. Accordingly, when selecting buildings subject to safety inspection, appropriate safety inspection standards and appropriate technology are essential. The current safety inspection standards for old buildings give low scores when it is difficult to confirm damage such as cracks in structural members due to finishing materials. This causes the evaluation results to be underestimated regardless of the actual safety status of the structure, resulting in an increase in the number of aging buildings subject to safety inspection. Accordingly, this study proposed a thermal imaging technique, a non-destructive and non-contact inspection, to detect cracks inside finishing materials. A concrete specimen was produced to observe cracks inside the finishing material using a thermal imaging camera, and thermal image data was measured by exciting a heat source on the concrete surface and cracked area. As a result of the measurement, it was confirmed that it was possible to observe cracks inside the finishing material with a width of 0.3mm, 0.5mm, and 0.7mm, but it was difficult to determine the cracks due to uneven temperature distribution due to surface peeling and peeling of the wallpaper. Accordingly, as a result of performing data analysis by deriving the amplitude and phase difference of the thermal image data, clear crack measurement was possible for 0.5mm and 0.7mm cracks. Based on this study, we hope to increase the efficiency of field application and analysis through the development of technology using big data-based deep learning in the diagnosis of internal crack damage in finishing materials.

Numerical Analysis on Pressurization System of Smoke Control in Consideration of Flow Rate of Supply and Leakage (보충량과 누설량을 고려한 급기가압 제연시스템의 수치해석 연구)

  • The fact that the smoke hinders evacuation and fire-fighting activities as well as becomes the major cause of life casualty emphasizes the importance of smoke control system. As one of the fire safety standards designed to secure the smoke safety, NFSC501A (Design Guide for Smoke Control System of Special Evacuation Stairwell and Lobby) has been proposed, preventing smoke from penetrating into the smoke-free escape route by raising the pressure of the smoke control zone higher than fire area. For model building of 20 stories, pressurization system was designed according to standard and pressure field of compartments in whole building induced by pressurization system was analyzed using the network model.

Suggestion of a Check List to Prevent Fall Incidents Through Case Analysis of Electric Shutters in Buildings (건축물 전동셔터 사례 분석을 통한 추락방지 체크리스트 제안)

  • Electric shutters for buildings are being developed in Korea and abroad on a regular basis and can be used in different types of buildings such as company buildings and fire stations, etc. However, the fall risk factors induced by a variety of functions of building electric shutters require safety control. We reviewed the technological trends and legal standards in Korea and abroad, analyzed incident cases, and identified fall risk factors requiring control. We inspected all the building electric shutters in Korea based on the fall risk factors. As a result, we identified 91 noncompliance cases, in 69 percent of all 132 locations. In this study, backed by the inspection results, we suggest a check list to prevent the fall of building electric shutters to ensure safety and conduct verification using a focus group interview.

부산 연안공간 활용을 위한 부유식 건축물 설계에 관한 연구

  • 전세계 인구 및 경제생산의 약 50%가 연안에 거주하고 있으며, 연안육역에서 집중된 사람들의 생활공간이 사회적, 환경적 이유로 점차 수상공간으로 확장되고 있다. 이에 따라 수상공간을 활용한 다양한 요구들이 증가하고 있으며, 사람들이 보다 안전하고 쾌적하게 수상에서 거주할 수 있는 시설에 대한 수요가 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서 수상공간의 보다 적극적인 활용을 위해 설치되는 부유식 건축물을 활용하여 부산 연안공간을 보다 적극적으로 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하기 위하여 부유식 건축물의 특징, 적용 사례 등을 분석하였다. 또한 부산 연안공간에 부유식 건축물을 건설하기 위한 입지선정방법, 법제도 및 부유식 건축물 설계방법에 대하여 제시하였다.
