본 연구는 일본 하코네지구의 경관특성을 파악하고, 지역 내에 건축물이 건설될 경우 조망경관에 미치는 영향의 정도를 평가하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해, 경사와 토지이용상태를 조사하였으며 이를 GIS와 MESH 분석을 통하여 11개의 경관타입으로 구분하였다. 한편, 건축물이 경관에 미치는 여향의 정도는 Y=0.47X+32.652(Y는 자연성의 평가치, X는 시거리, $R^{2}$는 0.877)의 회귀식으로 나타낼 수 있으며, 조사지역에서 건축물의 신축이 지역경관에 미치는 영향의 정도를 예측하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 체계적인 경관관리를 위한 자료와 지표로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

This study is on landscape design of existing rural village focused on for improvement of community. It's so one of serious problems in landscape in almost rural area of the nation. For the finding clue of landscape design of village view through this study, we surveyed 1 village located in Sangju city. By surveying landscape design factor of village, we can propose design method and a few results as follow; Firstly, the structure of village landscape has five principle factors. The five factors of landscape are history and culture, housing and building, nature, agriculture, and environment design. Secondly, color existing of housings is to contain a primary color on roof which is not in harmony. Nevertheless, we can also find the reform measure and the possibility because of the knowledge of village people.

In order to preserve beautiful coastal areas landscapes of Jeju Island's the landscape resource, Jeju Special Self-Governing Province is dedicated to protecting the landscape through legal regulations and deliberations. However, the Coastal Landscape of Jeju Island was continuously damaged by due to increased tourist and high development pressure. Based on buildings along the Coastal Road in Aeowal of Jeju Island, this study focused on Management Status of Coastal Areas Landscapes through the Analysis of Building Landscape Elements. As a result, 1) It was effective to limit the use and scale of buildings through legal regulations such as Use zoning. 2) The result of analysis on the physical landscape elements of buildings showed some of the them have the damage values despite passing the review of Architecture Committee. Therefore Landscape Policies required institutional maintenance. 3) As physical landscape Elements of buildings is a minimum quantitation criterion of not less than 1.5 for D/H, or less than a factor of $27^{\circ}$ for angle of elevation and not less than 7.8m for elevation blockage ratio was presented as a criterion for preventing damage to the minimum Coastal Landscape.

The purpose of this study is to understand whether the architecture of the mountain village conforms to the geography and local landscape, and become a unique scenic element. Also, the study is to grasp the status of the village landscape design elements. The methods and contents of the study were surveyed by field research with references in Biederbach community, an isolated mountain village in Southwestern Germany. The time frame for the survey research is July 2015. The contents of the study include the analysis of the village's landscape structure, architecture, and landscape design patterns. The following conclusions were reached through the above research process. First, the village landscape structure seen in the mid-distance view is the hilly scene of the alpine region, which houses the sloping terrain of Black Forest and surrounds the residential area with the grassland covered by the Black Forest. Second, the main elements of the town's landscape building are historical culture, traditional architecture, topology and nature, and artificial environmental design. Third, the landscape design utilizing the village's resources creates a sustainable community's residential environment.

현재 건축 설계 분야에 사용되고 있는 시스템들은 대부분 데스크탑을 기반으로 하고 있고 설계시에 건축물을 입면, 측면, 평면 등으로 분리하는 인터페이스를 제공하고 있다. 그렇기 때문에 현재 설계되고 있는 건축물이 실제 거리에 적용되었을 때의 느낌을 제대로 파악하기 어렵다. 이에 대해, 실재감을 중시한 가상현실을 통한 건축 응용들이 있었으나 3차원에서의 상호작용이 쉽지 않기 때문에 가능한 상호작용이 제한되는 경향이 있었다. 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위해 본 논문에서는 실감 있는 3차원 입체 경관을 보여주면서, 설계에 필요한 상호작용의 특성에 따라 2차원과 3차원의 인터페이스 미디어를 복합 활용하는 이른바 복합 인터페이스를 활용한 거리경관 디자인 시스템을 제시한다. 이 시스템을 사용함으로써 사용자들은 실재감 있는 경관을 몰입형 벽면 디스플레이를 통해 확인하면서 모바일 기기를 활용한 복합 인터페이스를 통해 설계할 수 있게 된다.

To make the beautiful rural landscapes, the Samcheok city of provincial governments is implementing the authentication system about rural landscape housing as one of various landscape policies. This authentication system about the landscape housing is to select the better rural landscape houses to harmonize with surrounding ground plots, ground shapes, villages, mountains and natural environments of landscape houses submitted by house owner every year. This research aims to analyze the architectural features of the authenticated rural landscape houses and to propose the improvement directions by analyzing architectural features about the rural landscape houses selected by the municipal architecture committee of Samcheok city.

본 연구에서는 카이펑 시 역사 문화거리인 서점거리를 대상으로 서점거리의 경관 구성 요소에 나타난 경관 색채의 특징을 분석하여 서점거en리의 환경 색채에 대한 전체성을 이론적 배경을 제공하고자 한다. 문헌 고찰을 통해 역사 문화거리의 경관 구성요소에 대한 체크리스트를 도출하고, 청대 건축적 색채의 일반적인 특징과 경관 색채의 기본적인 분석방법에 대해 파악하였다. 또한, 서점거리 경관 구성의 요소 및 경관 색채에 대한 현장조사를 실시하고 색채 분석은 <한국표준색 색채분석> 프로그램을 적용하여 분석을 진행하였으며, 색상수치 표기는 먼셀 표색계를 사용하여 표기하였다. 연구 결과를 보게 되면 서점거리의 경관색채는 R계열, PB계열, Y계열, 무채색(N)계열로 구성되어 있으며 전체적으로 색채는 높은 전체성을 나타내었다. 청대 건축 색채의 일반적인 특성을 비교함으로써 서점거리의 전체적인 경관 색채는 청대 건축 색채의 일반적인 특성에 상당 부분 부합한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 사인과 시설물, 조형물의 색채 활용에서는 미흡한 부분이 많이 존재하였기에 사인과 시설물 등 경관 요소의 색채계획을 추가하여 시각 정보의 식별 가능성을 강화하고 거리 색채의 단계적인 변화를 증가시켜야 할 필요성이 요구된다.

본 연구는 지역의 경관관리를 위해 경관협정이 많이 이루어지고 있는 현 시점에 역사문화경관을 보전하기 위한 방안으로 경관협정을 제시하고자 하였으며, 경관협정의 내용이 포괄적이고 광범위한 내용으로 구성되어 있는 문제점 및 경관유형에 따른 경관관리 방법과 경관협정내용의 일반화가 필요하다는 문제에서 진행되었다. 이를 위해 역사문화경관 보전 관련 가이드라인 고찰 및 주민자치 및 참여에 의한 경관관리가 이루어지고 있는 국 내외 지역 사례 등을 고찰하여 도출된 항목들을 통해 지역민이 직접 참여하여 스스로 지킬 수 있는 지속적이고 실효성 있는 경관관리방법을 제안하고자 하였다. 역사문화경관 보존을 위해 지역 주민이 자발적으로 지키는 것이 바람직한 것으로 판단되는 경관협정 항목으로는 역사문화경관 주변의 조성에 있어 건축물 외형 및 외부공간 등이 역사문화경관을 모티브로 하여 접근성과 상징성이 나타나도록 조성할 것으로 고려해야 하며, 가로환경에서 보행 친화적인 환경을 유지하기 위해 옥외광고물 및 시설물의 유지관리에 주의를 기울이고, 기존의 역사문화경관과 조화로운 디자인을 추구하는 것을 제안하였다. 중요도가 낮아 필요시 포함될 수 있는 사항으로 제안할 수 있는 내용은 건축물의 규모를 제한하고, 건축설비시설의 은폐 및 집약화로 노출을 막는 세부 사항과 외부공간의 유지관리, 자연친화적인 재료의 사용 및 야간경관의 네온표지판관리 및 야간조명시간 운영에 대한 사항 등으로 나타났다. 연구 결과를 통해 전통성이 나타나는 역사문화경관의 경관관리를 위해 지역민이 스스로 추진하여 경관향상 및 지역민의 경관에 대한 의식의 전환을 기대할 수 있는 것으로 판단된다.
