A Promotion Plan through Measuring the Utilization of Information Classification Systems in the Construction Industry (건설정보 분류체계 활용도 측정을 통한 분류체계 활성화 방안)

  • The importance of information management has been emphasized in Korean construction industry, Both public and private have invested to establish and operate construction CALS, construction management (CM), computer integrated construction(CIC), and earned value management system(EVMS). A standard construction information classification system is essential to operate the systems mentioned above. Therefore, Korean government released Integrated Construction Information Classification System(ICICS) in 2001. However, the ICICS is not widely used in construction due to: 1) difficulty of changing existing system, 2) insufficient publicity of the ICICS, and 3) no legal binding force. Especially, participants in construction do not recognize applicability of the ICICS. This research surveyed the degree of recognition and utilization of the ICICS. This survey includes both customized classification systems used by companies and the ICICS and investigates the degree of utilization and drawbacks. The results show some construction companies use their own classification systems and the others use the ICICS prepared by the government. Furthermore, the degree of recognition is in sufficient. The degree of use in design management, specifications, cost and schedule management is very limited. The publicity and education are critical to induce the utilization of the ICICS. The necessity of revision was recommended based on pilot project study that is performed to measure the degree of application of ICICS on the projects. Therefore, this research proposes the measurement model for information application and analyzes the degree of utilization of the ICICS in different phases of construction.

A Basic Study of the Model for Integrated Procurement System in Construction using Internet (인터넷 기반 건설업의 통합 조달 시스템 구축방안에 관한 기초 연구)

  • As characteristic of construction industries, the Issues of construction management have been pointed out because of time and space limit among construction project participants (owner, supervisor, builder, experiment specialty institute, specialty construction company, material supplier and equipment supplier). To improve these issues, procurement system has been introduced by using internet and intranet. Procurement system that was developed by some of large construction companies was considered only internal supply on closed system method. They also restricted to article supply as supply concept. In this paper, we suggest a plan to establish integrated construction procurement system that expands to the article, service and construction work supplies by utilizing the bi-directional and real-time contact system and presents related following research program.

  • On the construction area, Information Technology (IT) has been a considerably significant part over the all phases; plan, design, procurement, construction and post-construction. For example, CALS, CITIC, PMIS, FMS, BIM and etc, designed and applied for managing construction industry are already valuable to improve on the Construction Management (CM). To develop these management methods, lots of mixed-systems are studied and progressed so far. In this paper, more useful and efficient system modules are proposed through investigating PMIS cases implemented, especially medical projects, to improve into FMS on the post-construction. Because most PMIS on the construction phase is used not to continue as FMS, considerable cost and time is consumed to rebuild the system, even both systems have common modules. As these wastes are faced to design systems, the important modules on PMIS are derived and analyzed to apply to FMS to save time and cost on CM.

  • Since 2011, apartment houses account for about 41% of the fires in residential facilities for the past 10 years. Fire-resistant performance of fire doors is becoming more important to prevent the spread of fire in apartment houses. This research analyzed the structure of fire door through each 10 DB based on the quality inspection report of Continuous Acquisition & Life-cycle Support(CALS) from 2016 to 2020, which passed the fire performance test based on the laws and notices of domestic fire door. Therefore, based on the results of the analysis of DB in the future, we will conduct a study on structural improvement and addition for fireproof performance improvement of fire door.

Application Method of Remote Site Monitoring in Public Road Construction Projects (공공 도로건설사업에서의 원격 현장모니터링 적용방안에 관한 연구)

  • The public road construction projects awarded by the regional construction and management office, which is an affiliate of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, are managed by construction supervision officers. These officials frequently visit a large number of construction sites to conduct inspections and supervision tasks. Therefore, the site management efficiency is essential in terms of the time and money spent in travelling to the sites. The introduction of a site monitoring management system is considered necessary to minimize the number of site visits and enable remote monitoring of the construction progress to enhance the business efficiency of the construction supervision officers. In this study, a remote site monitoring system was constructed using web cameras for public road construction works. The trial applications were implemented by selecting ten constructions sites. The effectiveness of the system was analyzed to assess its applicability. In an assessment of the applicability of the verification results, remote site monitoring showed cost savings of approximately 35% compared to the existing site management. The guidelines for applying the site monitoring management system were provided, the introduction plan was investigated, and the improvement method was presented. The results showed that the system is likely to minimize the unnecessary site visits, remove the risk factors at vulnerable areas in the sites beforehand, and prevent a range of disasters and accidents. In addition, the quality of the infrastructures is likely to improve through the prevention of accidents and the elimination of substandard and faulty construction work.

Development of Web-based River Management Geographic Information System (효율적인 하천관리지리정보 웹 시스템 구축방안 연구)

  • 전자정부 및 전자국토(e-Land) 실현을 위해 국토에 대한 가장 기본적인 자료인 하천정보를 체계적으로 구축하여 관리할 필요성이 있으며, 이를 위해 국가하천을 대상으로 실시되고 있는 하천정비기본계획 성과물을 DB화하여 관리할 수 있는 하천관리지리정보시스템(RIMGIS)을 구축하여 현재 지방국토관리청에서 C/S 형태로 운영되고 있다. 또한, 시스템 유지관리 및 사용자 교육 등을 위한 사업이 년차적으로 실시되고 있다. 그러나, 국가하천 뿐만 아니라 지방1,2급 하천정보가 연계될 수 있는 통합형 하천관리지리정보시스템 및 구축된 정보의 공유를 위한 시스템 부재로 인하여 활용성이 크게 제약되고 있는 실정이다. 따라서, 기존 C/S 형태의 시스템을 웹기반의 시스템으로 개선하여 업무의 효율성을 극대화하고, 하천관련 정보의 공유를 활성할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 하천에 대한 종합적이고 체계적인 관리를 위해 5개 지방국토관리청에 C/S 기반으로 설치·운영 중인 하천관리지리정보시스템을 웹버전으로 개선하기 위한 구축 방안을 수립하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해, 하천관리업무 지원을 위한 상세업무분석, 도출된 업무의 시스템 반영을 위한 기능 설계, H/W, S/W 및 네트워크 구성 설계, 건설 CALS 및 수문정보시스템 연계를 통한 효율적인 하천정보서비스 제공 방안 등을 제시하였다. 또한, 하천정보의 종합적인 관리와 서비스 제공 기반 구축으로 지자체 등의 정보공유 체계가 구축되어 국가하천 뿐만 아니라 지방하천 등 수계 일관한 하천정보의 활용이 가능하며, 하천관리지리정보시스템의 유지관리에 있어 보다 개선된 방법으로 지원이 가능할 것으로 사료된다.야에 효과적인 도구로 활용될 수 있다.이루어졌다 가능한 창조 모델로 이용될 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.}94,\;29.4{\pm}30.3,\;45.1{\pm}44$로 Mel 10군과 Mel 30군이 유의적인 감소를 보였으나(p<0.05) 이들 두 군 간의 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 이상의 결과로, 랫트에서 복강수술 후 melatonin 10mg/kg투여가 복강 내 유착 방지에 효과적이라고 생각된다.-1}{\cdot}yr^{-1}$로서 두 생태계에 축적되었다.여한 3,5,7군에서 PUFA 함량이 증가한 반면, SFA 함량은 감소하여 P/S 비율, n-3P/n-6P 비율은 증가하는 경향이었으며 이는 간장의 인지질, 콜레스테롤 에스테르, 총 지질의 지방산조성에서도 같은 경향을 볼 수 있었다.X>$(C_{18:2})$와 n-3계 linolenic acid$(C_{18:3})$가 대부분을 차지하였다. 야생 돌복숭아 과육 중의 지방산 조성은 포화지방산이 16.74%, 단불포화지방산 17.51% 및 다불포화지방산이 65.73%의 함유 비율을 보였는데, 이 중 다불포화지방산인 n-6계 linoleic acid$(C_{18:2})$와 n-3계 linolenic acid$(C_{18:3})$가 지질 구성 총 지방산의 대부분을 차지하는 함유 비율을 나타내었다.했다. 하강하는 약 4일간의 기상변화가 자발성 기흉 발생에 영향을 미친다고 추론할 수 있었다. 향후 본 연구에서 추론된 기상변화와 기흉 발생과의 인과관계를 확인하고 좀 더 구체화하기 위한 연구가 필요할 것이다.게 이루어질
