It was few to the integrated information classification system In domestic construction. Furthermore, it became considerable obstacles to hamper the increase of national competitiveness as well the hoarding of information and overlapped investment. The standardization of information classification is also necessary prior to the Computer-Integrated Construction, CALS(Continuous Acquisition & Life-cycle Support/Electronic Commerce) in construction, EVMS(Earned Value Management System) and the various projects which manipulate construction information. Therefore, this report suggests the development direction and application proposal of Integrated Construction Information Classification.

건설CALS 1998년부터 국토해양부에서 추진하고 있는 정보화사업으로 시스템의 개발 운영과 표준의 개발 운영의 2개 분야로 사업을 진행하고 있다. 건설CALS 표준은 건설정보분류체계, 전자도면작성표준, 도면정보교환표준, 전자문서표준, 디지털 수량산출 교환표준, 건설정보모델(BIM) 작성 납품 공통기준이 있다. 향후 건설CALS 표준은 건설정보 호환을 위하여 정보분류체계의 확장개발과 건설용어의 표준화, 토목분야의 BIM 활성화에 대비하는 토목BIM 표준의 개발이 필요하다.

대한설비건설협회 본회는 건설진흥사업 외에 기술 가스진흥사업, 회원봉사 및 조사사업, 정보화 사업, 기획 관리사업, 홍보사업 등 다양한 사업활동을 함으로써 설비건설업계 발전에 견인차 역할을 당당하고 있다. 본지는 지난해 12월호부터 전국 13개 시 도회를 대표하여 설비건설업계의 발전 및 위상강화, 회원사의 권익보호 등을 추진하고 있는 본회에 대하여 소개하고 있다. 이번 호에는 월간 "설비건설" 발간과 대외홍보 업무를 맡고 있는 편집부를 소개하며, 이번 호로 대한설비건설협회 본회 탐방을 마친다. 그동안 대한설비건설협회 시 도회 탐방과 본회 탐방에 많은 관심을 가져주신 독자 여러분께 감사드린다.

지질자원정보는 지구과학정보로서, SOC건설, 국토개발, 자연재해방지 및 교육 분야에서 활용되는 국가 기반 지식정보에 해당되며, 그 활용가치로 인해 다양한 분야에서 정보 수요가 증가하고 있다. 지질자원정보 및 시스템을 구축하기 위한 기술적 환경요인으로서 분산된 리소스의 공동 활용을 위한 인터넷 정보 표준 서비스 기술 및 정보의 공공활용을 위한 지질자원정보화 생산기관에서 역할의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 이러한 지질자원정보분야에서 외부 환경에서 지질자원정보화를 능동적으로 추진하기 위한 고려사항 및 전략들을 알아보고 효율적인 정보화를 위한 관련 시스템 모델 및 기술들에 대하여 논의하고자 한다.

한국정보산업연합회에서는 '96년 1월 30일 전경련회관 3층 대회의실에서 올해의 정보화 추진 및 정보산업 육성정책 내용과 이와 관련한 장 단 기 정책방향에 관한 설명을 청취하고 이에 대한 업계의 의견을 개진하면서 기업의 사업방향과 대 정부 협조방안을 모색하는 기회를 마련하였다. '96년도 각 부처별 정보화 정책과 정보산업육성시책을 종합적으로 파악할 수 있으며 또한 자사의 사업수립과 경영활동에 큰 도움이 될 것으로 보며, 본고에서는 정보화 정책 포럼(정보통신부, 초고속정보통신망구축기획단, 교육부, 국방부, 건설교통부, 총무처, 통상산업부 내무부) 내용중 '96년도 사업계획을 발췌하여 게재하였다.

The construction industry has mainly relied on financially focused performance measurements, and studies on performance measurement systems (PMSs) have been carried out at the project level. However, recently, the demand for performance evaluation and management at the company level has increased. A few previous efforts have aimed to develop a conceptual model for company performance, but there have been few follow-up studies. From this perspective, we have developed a web-based performance and informatization measurement system to measure and compare the business performance and the level of informatization of construction companies. Then, we carried out a performance evaluation and system test using the data set of 78 Korean construction companies and identified practical issues for the implementation of our PMS.

Information technology developed into ubiquitous IT past through computerization and telecommunication. The importance of informatization of architectural/engineering firms has been addressed since technical problems caused by owner and users$^{\circ}{\O}s$ needs and requirements increased. However, the investment and the human resource support have not been enough, and the effectiveness and efficiency of jnformatization has not been verified and validated, either. Therefore, the objective of this paper is to analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of informatization based on the corporation performance through considering the present status of corporation performance and jnformatization of architectural/engineering firms and analyzing the correlations between them. In addition, this study proposed the performance measurement framework to evaluate the performance and jnformatization level on architectural/engineering firms based on the previous studies.

According as acceptance an order results of plant industry increases, ability of plant project management is required and necessity about information technology is augmented. For required information technology, developing information present conditions that consist of partial or unit system of domestic plant companies by synthetic system, development of systematic plant information system that supply standard direction presentation, tools and know-how about information technology need. This study achieved basic research that set information strategy and target by reflect trend of such plant industry, analyze future IT technology trend, international information environment, policy trend etc. and execute SWOT analysis of plant information system through this and present confrontation ways. It is presented confrontation ways by SWOT analysis through this research; (1) Development of education contents that can come forth competent person of plant industry, (2) Practical use of communication means that can offer by real time about informations connected with plant, (3) Offer of knowledge contents that supply various and useful inside and outside of the country's plant knowledge
