올 초만 해도 자재 시장에 큰 소용돌이가 있을 것이라는 견해가 지배적이었다. 결과는 찻잔 속의 태풍으로 그쳤다. 침체된 건설 경기에 돌파구가 생기지 않은 탓이다. 오히려 부도 여파와 줄어든 수요 때문에 자재 시장은 이전 투구의 양상까지 보이고 있다. 단기적으로 큰 변화가 없다고 전제할 때 당분간은 기업 경쟁력 강화 특히 구매력 강화에 더욱 힘써야 하겠다. 즉 회사의 구매 경쟁력 요소 중 강점은 더욱 부각시켜 단가 인하의 토대로 만들고 약점은 최소화하여 단가 인상을 막아야겠다. 연말 결산의 의미에서 회사의 구매 경쟁력 수준 파악에 필요한 요소들을 점검해 보고 그에 따른 경쟁력 강화 전략도 함께 살펴보겠다.

전력계통은 전력회사만이 갖고 있는 특유한 시스템으로써 우수한 계통해석 기술자를 양성하려면 그분야에 폭넓은 지식과 경험을 쌓아가는 것이 중요하며 이들에 대한 기술력의 향상은 전력회사 자신의 책임으로서 이를 위하여는 전력계통 시뮬레이터가 필수적인 수단이라 하겠다. 본 설비는 워낙 가격이 고가이고 전력계통 전분야에 활용이 기대되는 장비라는 점을 고려하여 설계단계에서 면밀한 검토가 수반되어야 할 것으로 생각되며 이를 위해서는 설비의 규모라든가 기본기능 설정에 있어서 국내의 학계, 산업체, 연구소 전문가들로 구성된 심의기구를 만들어 활용하는 방안이 효과적이라 생각된다. 또한 본 설비의 효과적 활용 및 운전을 위하여 [계통해석 그룹]과 같은 조직을 발족시켜 건설단계 부터 전문인력을 확보하고 건설후에는 그 조직을 [해석센터]로서 체제를 강화해나가는 방안이 고려될 수 있을것으로 판단된다.

국내 굴지의 금융 기관들이 해킹에 따른 전산 사고 등으로 홍역을 치르고 있다. 특히 고객 정보가 유출되거나 멸실된 경우는 상당액의 금전적 보상도 따를 것으로 보아 회사의 손해도 만만치 않을 것이다. 더 큰 문제는 고객들의 불신에 따른 기업 이미지 손상이다. 이것은 돈으로 환산할 수 없는 가치로 오랜 기간 악 영향을 끼칠 수밖에 없다. 우리 협회 회원사의 경우 개인 고객의 정보를 직접 취급하는 일이 거의 없어 걱정이 덜되지만 대부분의 기업 정보가 전산으로 처리되고 있는 만큼 그 보안 상태를 점검해 볼 필요가 있다.

건설부가 국회에 보고한 $\ulcorner$`93주요업무계획$\lrcorner$에 따르면 올해안에 건설업법개정을 추진 건설 기술개발 및 부실공사방지를 위해 현행 건설공사 표준품셈제도를 전면 재검토하고 부실시공 건설업체의 경우 면허취소와 함께 회사 대표자도 처벌하도록 제재를 강화하는 한편 특수건설업면허체제를 개편하고 하도급계열화를 확대해 중소규모 전문건설업의 육성기반을 다지기로 했다.

Quality management in construction industry becomes more significant under the existing conditions such as, increasing higher demand caused by the high value of real estate and extension of the warranty period. Therefore, this study presents the alternative idea related to the current quality management conditions of small and medium construction companies, including the difficulties and problems in qualify management, in order to develop the systematical method for the quality management in small and medium construction company.

The purpose of this study is to analysis of counter strategy of greenhouse gas·energy target management system for the construction firm. For this purpose, the greenhouse gas·energy target management system of other industries was investigated. The selection possibility that is construction firm to be managed company was analyzed. In addition, status of counter strategy on the greenhouse gas·energy target management system were investigated and analyzed about 5 domestic major construction firm via questionnaire and interview. As a result, the counter strategy by organization and annual for the greenhouse gas·energy target management system was drawn.

This paper investigated the qualitative introduction status of domestic major construction company. And that focused on a point of suggestions about CM at Risk introduction. The survey analysis showed that three importan suggestions. First, the biggest obstacles factors to CM at Risk introduction that related laws is lagging amendment. Second, we have to improve the available hands ability in domestic major construction company. And last, we have to do that using uncomplicated design and standard design form. Consequently, environmen analysis for the introduction and example project is urgently required.
