  • 항만의 개발 및 건설업무의 중요한 정보인 각종도면을 전산입력하고 이를 이용관리 할 수 있는 시스템을 전산화 개발하여 도면의 이용 및 관리업무를 획기적으로 개선함과 동시에 항만개발 및 건설관련업무를 기존의 문자정보 위주의 DB에서구현 할 수 없는 도면정보를 신기술인 컴퓨터 매핑시스템을 활용하여 공간적이고 시각적으로 표현이 가능한 통합DB구축을 목표로 하고 있어 향후 항만건설관련 분야에서 많이 이용 될 것이다

  • 오늘날 고성능의 소형 센서 및 무선통신 기술의 발달로 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅의 실현이 가능하게 되었다. 미래의 스마트한 디바이스뿐만 아니라 무선통신이 가능한 USN(Ubiquito us Sensor network) 기술은 주변 현황을 인식하고 필요한 정보를 처리하여 현장건설 등에 피이드백 시킴으로써 보다 나은 건설 진행과정에 관한 파악과 설계변경 및 계획 등에 필요한 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 본 연구는 TinyOS 기반에서 운용되는 무선 통신에 의한 USN 기술과 그래픽 기반의 LabView 프로그래밍 기술을 융합하여 정보를 처리할 수 있는 일련의 인터페이스 방법을 구현하였다. 송수신된 데이터 처리 결과는 TinyOS 기반으로 동작하는 PC에 그래프 등으로 나타나도록 하였으며, 무선통신용 USN 기술과 융합된 그래픽 처리 기반의 마이크로프로세서 시스템의 장점과 편리성으로 건설현장의 진행과정파악 및 변경 등에 필요한 정보를 제공하며 건설현장 정보의 피이드백을 가능하도록 하였다. 그 결과, 철도건설 현장관리에서의 USN과 구조물의 정밀진단 및 관리에 매우 유용함을 입증하였다.

  • The importance of using construction data is increasing in accordance with the recent trend in the smart construction. However, construction project and maintenance information is distributed on the web, and the existing BIM(Building Information Modeling) information exchange and linking method using IFC(Industry Foundation Classes) cannot support connection with BIM data and web resources. This study aims to establish the BIM-based port facility data integration system using linked data(LD) technology in order to integrate BIM and heterogeneous data in the port maintenance domain. To this end, the port BIM-based ifcOWL and port facility maintenance ontology were designed, and LD was built for the BIM and maintenance information of Busan New Port 2-1 Pier3, a BIM pilot project. In addition, service prototypes such as search, statistics and SPARQL(SPARQL Protocol and RDF Query Language) endpoint functions were implemented using the issued LD. The LD-based information utilization system is expected to improve the reusability of information by converting the existing closed information system into an open system and BIM and maintenance data as a web resource in a standard format.

국가지리공간정보 유통체계의 통합방안에 관한 연구

  • 최근 GIS 정보의 효율적인 관리에 대한 필요성이 강조되면서, 정보 기술을 활용한 지리공간정보의 체계적 관리의 필요성이 증가되고 있고 이에 따라, 건설교통부ㆍ정보통신부 등 관련 부처별로 국가 지리공간정보 유통체계를 구축하게 되었다. 그러나, 대상 지리공간정보의 특성에 따라 집중형 및 분산형의 공간정보유통체계가 개별적으로 구축되어 있어 유통체계의 혼란을 야기하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 집중형 및 분산형 유통체계의 특성에 대해 살펴보고, 유통체계의 통합을 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

Method of RFID Network System Application for Improving of Construction Productivity in Construction Site (건설생산성 향상을 위한 건설현장 내 RFID 네트워크 시스템 적용 방안)

  • We study the RFID network system in a construction site, and study the connection method between the RFID network system and the integrated information system of construction material. Moreover, we developed a prototype of the construction site RFID server for the management of construction materials and performed the pilot application in a construction site. Through the pilot application, it was known that the proposed RFID network system can be more usefully applied in the construction sites. The results of the pilot application show that the RFID network system is faster, more accurate, and more reliable than the existing system of information management and achieves improvement in construction productivity.

  • Reliable progress management at construction requires integrated information of cost and schedule, and information is used as a basis for project performance measurement. However, separate handling of cost and schedule information at construction projects makes objective measurement more difficult and decreases management productivity due to additional works for breaking down bill of quantities into corresponding activities. Recently, research related to BIM addresses issues on effective progress management based on BIM with incorporation of daily progress management. Therefore, the objective of this paper is to propose information model for daily progress rate and budgeted cost of work performed by utilizing BTM-based quantity and location information.

  • Recently, the word 'outsourcing' is used frequently in the corporation circumstance. Continuous recession with IMF caused restructuring measures which made unnecessary organization be downsized, and offered opportunity to breakup structure of $^{\circ}A$EHigh cost and Low efficiency, which is inefficient and uneconomic production method' in our corporation. Due to the effect of such circumstance change, the construction industry have already introduced and implemented outsourcing in many parts. For successful outsourcing in the construction industry, close relation and mutual cooperation should be preceded and JIT system is needed to improve the relation. In this study, the importance and proportion in which outsourcing is occupied in the construction industry are recognized, and the method for improving the productivity is suggested through evaluating the factors and usefulness of JIT system which can be applied to the construction industry.

  • Roadway construction planning processes involve a large amount of information on design, construction methods, quantities, unit costs, and production rates. GIS (Geographic Information System) is a strong tool for integration and managing various types of information such as spatial and non-spatial data required for roadway construction planning. This paper proposes a GIS-based system for improving roadway construction planning with its 'Spatial Analysis' and 'Visualization' functions. The proposed system cail help construction planner make a proper decision in a unique way by integrating design information and construction information within the system and creating design element modules for space scheduling purposes in real-time with its 'Interactive Planning' function.

  • Recently, the demolition industry is becoming more important than ever for formulating reuse and recycling of a construction waste with the current trend in pursuing a sustainable development. As considering the situation of a domestic housing construction and an existing house, a scale of a demolition market is expected to increase continually. Therefore, for a sustainable development, it is needed to forecast and manage rightly the demolition waste producted in a demolition phase. But, because most of a demolition company is very small and the investment in a technology development is not enough, the effort to develope a system and to make a standard for managing righly a demolition waste is also not sufficient. Therefore, this study develops a system to automatize quantifying a demolition waste. This system makes it possible to manage the planning of demolition works and the quantifying, disposal, reusing and recycling of a demolition waste in one system by integrating all the activities related with demolition works. 3D drawings of each element for demolition works will manage by being linked to its schedule for visualizing 3D object. Also, this study presents methods for quantifying easily a demolition waste by using 3D object.
