As the Construction Technology Promotion Act was revised in 2015, the term of Supervision was removed and Construction Management was included instead. The consideration of Construction Management shall be based on the cost plus fee method specified in the Criteria for the Cost of Construction Technology Services of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. Nevertheless, it is based on the construction cost ratio in accordance with the Economy and Finance Ministry's Detailed Guidelines for Preparing the 2018 Budget Plan and Fund Management Plan (Manual for Business Type and Item). As a result, it has been expected that Construction Management consideration will be calculated according to a single government standard and that the Criteria will be applied reasonably. In addition, although the change in the Labor Standard Act has a significant effect on the working environment of the construction site, the nature of the construction site is not considered in this Act. Based on these problems, the study suggested that the government should apply a single standard after consultation with the relevant agencies when calculating the consideration for Construction management, that the scope of the Criteria for the Cost of Construction Technology Services should be clear, that the amount of input by the Construction Manager should be considered for the capability of engineers and the number of working days, and that construction characteristics should be considered when determining the number of working days and hours.

The managerial effort to acquire and maintain detailed construction control data has been the major barrier to improving the effectiveness of construction project management. Therefore, utilizing data acquisition technologies (DAT) can greatly improve the construction management processes by automating the data collection. Even though many researches attempted to explore the DAT utilization in construction, there has been no comprehensive study that examine the viability of DAT usage from a comprehensive perspective. In this context, the purpose of this study is to investigate the current efforts and future recommendation of DAT implementation in the construction industry.

Recently, the Construction Management service of domestic construction environment has being extended because that is an effective means to supplement owner's management and improve a total management of construction. But existing CM service guide is staying simply defined level about a work scope and procedure. So the standard CM guide needs to set a detailed plan of the project. Therefore, the key works were deducted by doing survey after the main work of CM service based on CM case studies and an existing CM service guide. That is expected to use CM contract and do service.

With the increased demand on housing quality and effective urban redevelopment, a new paradigm in reconstruction project is in need. Especially, the Urban and Residential Environment Improvement Law which initiated on July 1, 2003 has become a significant turning point. This code is expected to function as a consistent and systematic measure. This study will examine the code's major concepts and methods to progress reconstruction projects effectively. The application of construction management is examined carefully since the new code requires renewal project consulting firms to function as a professional complement rather than simply perform administration work, as in the past. Also, construction managing methods that can be related to renewal project consulting are examined and speculated. Lastly, methods to improve efficiency in reconstruction projects are introduced through case study and analysis on applicability and expected results.

Recently The public project ordering is a tendency increasing of CM service because of the visible and affirmative effect in the CM which is advanced meanwhile. The CM services of project all phase excepts a planning business are performed. But recently the CM services of project all phase including a planning business are increasing every year. To develop CM must be prepared the system plans concerned with the CM application from planning phase, actuality maintenance of CM fee-estimation standard, understanding conversion of participation subjects, etc. But, unexpected actuality the problems occurs when the CM business is performing. The purpose of this study are to present the solution to the problems concerned with the planning business management, additional business by owner, schedule control and establish the plan to perform CM services efficiently in the public sector through analyzing the case of CM application in Daegu Gyeongbuk Institute of Science & Technology.

The construction by the ministry of health and welfare support of the first special hospital for only children in busan and gyeong-nam is under building with YPNUH(Yangsan Pusan National University Hospital) for the best medical treatment town and is to improve the productivity and efficiency by eliminating unproductive and inefficient fact through the construction management, systemic and scientific management technique. So in this study we would like to suggest the generated effect to apply project management technique to all stage such as from pre-design phase, turn-key enterprise choice, construction, design VE(Value Engineering), PMIS (Project Management Information System) construction to maintenance phase and cost and schedule reduction effect through basic, execution design VE by using engineer of field.

Construction project become larger and more complicated. Korea go through government complex relocation Mega-size program including many sub-projects which were complicated, long-term, and need extensive funding. Effective change management is very important for this kind of mega-project since it has many stakeholders and can't avoid continual change of schedule, budget, etc. Especially, change management process and system is very important for program success. When each project have changes, program is impacted by these changes. So, Change management is very important for effective program budget and time management. This study try to develop change management process and framework considering continuous changes in project level for effective program management. In addition, this study developed change management system and applied it to new mega-size program and analyze the effectiveness.

Construction management system has been needed to be anchored and revitalize in these days, since it was entered into a domestic market. We could consider application of CM services as a challenge of construction project system and a way to get to an advanced nation in construction field. Application of CM services could be possible in public projects by a regime. However, in case of private construction projects, it is hard to apply it without understanding of substantial necessity and propriety. so in this study, we find a application method of CM services to private small-midium construction projects, and make CM services item table of CM services for revitalization by examining the cases that applied to in private small-medium construction projects.

The necessity of specialized and systematic management has been a tendency to accomplish the goal of business efficiently according the trend of construction industry has become bigger, complicated and specialized as well as Placing an order of CM(Construction Management) Service has been Increased because it made viable and positive effect. Institutional plan is necessary CM application from planning, realistic estimation of CM service charge, converting understanding among paticipants for the business and inducing specialization through certifyizing CM qualification to develop CM. But, it makes some realistic and unexpected pro41ems in the middle of step-by-step CM management for doing its business. So we need to consider a measure. This study suggests problems in practical a)fairs and improved idea that it summarized each stage of a bid for CM, planning, construction contract. It shows direction to take root successfully and develop.
