Generally the level of accumulating scheduling knowledge-base in Korean construction companies is in the scheduling knowledge-base infrastructure construction phase and Even in top 10 construction companies, the level is in early scheduling knowledge activity phase. The principle causes of this situation are unawareness of importance to scheduling knowledge and absence of procedure related to scheduling knowledge-base. This research analyzes the problems to accumulate scheduling knowledge-base in Korean construction companies and proposes a procedure model to accumulate scheduling knowledge-base property, which adds items of scheduling knowledge-base infrastructure and scheduling knowledge activity to the existing scheduling procedures of Korean construction companies. Using procedure model for accumulating scheduling knowledge-base, Korean construction companies can develop a new scheduling procedure and accumulate scheduling knowledge accordingly. If scheduling knowledge were accumulated property according to the procedure, a framework for knowledge management system could be provided.

In globalization and information-oriented society, the domestic construction companies are competing with others in domestic and overseas market. To survive in the age of limitless competition, companies have to manage their performance systematically. However, domestic small and medium-sized companies which are holding a large majority don't have their own Performance Management System(PMS) yet. The purpose of this study is to analyze the existing PMS and to extract key drivers for developing PMS. Through case studies of KPI(UK), NBS(Chile), CII BM&M(USA) and SISIND-NET Project(Brazil), the key drivers are derived. Having these key drivers, this study suggested the conceptual model of PMS using benchmarking for small and medium-sized construction companies.

본 연구는 건설현장 관리자를 대상으로 재난에서의 위험인식이 BCMS위험평가를 매개로 기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 설문을 통하여 실증적으로 미치는 영향을 확인하는 것이다. 최근의 사회적 이슈가 되는 중대재해 처벌법이 건설현장에서 기업의 사업주에게 영향을 미치고 있으며, 또한 사업주에게 영향을 미치는 것은 기업연속성에 직접적인 인과관계를 형성함으로써 기업에 경영성과에 영향을 미친다. 건설현장을 운영하는 기업의 사업주에게 중대시민의 재해에 대하여 실질적인 대처방안이 필요하며, 대안으로 현재 행안부에서 적극추진중인 BCMS의 위험평가를 적극적으로 활용하여, 건설현장에서의 관리자가 주체가 되어 중대시민재해를 예방하고, 기업의 연속성을 확보하는 것이 필요하다.

Cost control is an exceedingly fundamental and important construction business function. Even though enormous research efforts have been exerted in this area, there has been no comprehensive and quantitative study exploring detailed cost control practice of construction companies in terms of practical patterns and trends. This paper identified the variables for practical cost control process first. A survey questionnaire was developed and used in order to collect data from Korean general contractors. Survey results analyzing responses from 45 companies show that engineering aspects of cost management has recently been strongly stressed in the construction industry. Applying various types of progress measurement method are getting popular, and the level of details in collecting job site cost data are prevalent. Cost forecasting are performed more frequently. These trends indicates the recent efforts by Korean general contractors to achieve competitive advantages in the globalized market.

Recently, as smart construction has become more active, construction companys are evaluating their smart construction capabilities in order to transform into smart construction companies. However, the revitalization of smart construction doesn't only apply to construction companies, the level of utilization of all participants, including owners, designers, construction project managers, and construction company, must be improved. Therefore, this study aims to present a model that evaluate the building information modeling (BIM) utilization level for measuring the BIM utilization level of construction management companies in executing construction project management. In this study, an AHP questionnaire survey targeting BIM practitioners to calculate the weight of each BIM utilization item and score it to construct evaluation model and evaluate it by applying it to construction management companies are conducted. As a result of the evaluation using model, there were differences between companies in the number of BIM users, and in the qualitative evaluation, it is mainly used for interference review, constructability review, and design change management. Therefore, in order to revitalize BIM, it is believed that it is necessary to strengthen BIM utilization ability through separate training for construction manager (CMr) and to present clear utilization standards and scope of work for BIM utilization in performing construction management tasks. Consequently, evaluating more construction management companies using the model presented in this study will result in the transition of CM companies to smart construction and revitalization of BIM adoption.

현재 어느 기업이든 업무 환경을 e-Transformation하는 쪽에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있으며 이의 성과는 곧 기업의 경쟁력 제고와 밀접한 관계에 있다. 이러한 환경의 변화는 건설산업에 있어서도 예외일 수 없으며 오히려 국내외 현장에서 Business가 이루어지는 건설산업에서는 더욱 업무환경을 e-Transformation화하는 것이 필요한 상태이다. 그러나 많은 기업들의 노력에도 불구하고 If의 실제적 가시효과는 크지 않은 것이 현실이며 Best Practice도 국내외의으로 많지 않고 이에 따라 건설업에서의 17 활용 수준은 매우 미미한 상태이다. 국내외에 널리 알려진 ERP Package도 국내의 건설 업무 Process에 최적으로 적용할 수 있는 Solution은 없어 많은 기업에서 IT 적용의 방향 수립을 제대로 못하고 있는 상황이다: LG건설은 이러한 건설환경에서 IT를 활용하여 모든 업무를 공사과 손익이 연결된 사업관리를 이루고 언제 어디서든지 IT를 활용한 업무를 수행할 수 있도록 하는 통합정보시스템을 구축, 운영 중에 있으며 현재 많은 성과를 거두고 있다. 또한 핵심 기술에 대하여는 정보화 사업 전략하에 건설업계에서는 드물게 정보화 사업도 추진 중에 있으며 이러한 성공사례를 공유하고자 한다.

Construction companies have been required high technique and integration of management. Because they not only have got high competition, variation of customer's demands, social and economical changes but also more complex and specialization. Construction companies require performance measurement to exclude inefficiency and be aware of their business performance level, but domestic construction industry does not have adequate performance measurement system like as manufacture industry or business administration. Construction companies require management system to increase efficiency and profit because of receiving competition and globalizing business environment. Since 1990s, construction companies have made various attempts to innovate business structure both internally and externally by means of BPR, 6 Sigma, PI, and Workflow. Some improvements were made, but most of them were temporary, and insufficient to provide the much-needed promptness of business process in responding to the changes. Furthermore, the recent methods of applying BPM and practical using are limited to the theory and method of other industries, and also the attempts of applying BPM in construction industry are at the stage of theoretical approaching and examining in a few construction companies. Accordingly, this study deduces the necessity of adopting BPM based on change of business paradigm for construction companies and limits of current researches, failure causes and problems of application attempts of BPM and process management. And also, we analyze Advance of BPM and suggest the application method of business process management model for construction companies.

최근 위험관리(risk management)라는 말을 많이 사용하고 있다. 기업을 둘러싼 환경은 어느 시대에나 복잡ㆍ다양하며, 불확실성에 가득차 있다. 다라서 기업은 항상 경제환경이나 경영환경에 적응하고 그 생존을 유지하고 성장 발전을 이루어나가지 않으면 안 된다. 그러기 위해서 기업은 항상 각종의 위험(Risk)을 분석하고 그것을 극복하기 위해서의 경영관리가 필요하다. 즉 위험관리(risk management)가 기업경영상 필요한 것이다. 이와같은 견지에서 위험관리를 소개하고자 한다.

본 연구는 건설현장 관리자를 대상으로 중대재해처벌법 인식이 건설업체의 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 확인하는 것이다. 최근의 사회적 이슈가 되는 중대재해처벌법이 건설회사 이미지 실추, 경제적 손실 등의 간접적인 손실뿐만 아니라, 최고경영자에게 직접적인 영향을 미친다. 또한 건설업체에서 중대재해 발생시에는 중대재해처벌법에 의하여 최고경영자의 구속등으로 기업의 업무연속성에 영향을 미치는 사회재난이다. 건설현장을 운영하는 기업의 사업주에게 중대재해로부터 실질적인 대처방안이 필요하며, 대안으로 건설현장 관리자의 중대재해처벌법의 위험성에 대하여 인식을 강조하여, 건설현장에서의 관리자가 주체가 되어 중대재해를 예방하고, 기업의 연속성을 확보하는 것이 필요하다.
