  • 최근 기후변화의 영향과 급격한 도시화로 인한 하천 저류능력의 감소 및 부적절한 하수시설의 설계로 도시유역의 홍수 위험성이 증가하면서 적극적인 구조물적 홍수방어대책으로 대심도터널의 활용에 대한 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 일본을 비롯한 외국에서는 대심도터널의 활용이 적극적으로 고려되고 있으며 실제 설치 및 운영 사례 또한 증가하고 있다. 그러나 국내에서는 아직까지 홍수 방어용 대심도터널의 설치 및 운영된 사례가 없고 설계 및 시공과 관련한 기준 및 연구가 미미한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 대심도터널 내부에서의 이상흐름 거동특성을 구명하기 위하여 터널을 모형화한 수평관에서 실험적 연구를 수행하였다. 직경 100 mm 투명 아크릴관으로 제작된 수평관 내부를 흐르는 물에 공기를 주입하여 기포를 발생시키고 전기전도계를 이용하여 유속변화에 따른 관에서의 물-공기 혼합 이상흐름의 거동특성에 대해 살펴보았다. 실험결과 터널 계통 전반에서의 물-공기(이상류) 거동 특성을 파악할 수 있었다. 이를 통해 대심도터널 내부 공기에 대한 효과적인 제어로 흐름의 안정화 및 그에 따른 수리성능의 개선효과를 기대할 수 있으며, 도시지역의 집중강우로 인한 수방재 대응 기술개발을 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • The contemporary domestic construction landscape has witnessed a contraction, primarily attributed to the operational challenges faced by construction entities and a downtrend in the initiation of new projects. In light of this, domestic construction enterprises are ardently seeking avenues to economize whilst simultaneously amplifying the quality across diverse construction genres. Value engineering (VE), heralded for its prowess in not only cost mitigation but also in accelerating project timelines and bolstering construction quality, has been extensively adopted in refining finishing tasks. However, its application to framework enhancements remains conspicuously limited. Particularly in factory edification, framing emerges as a pivotal process exerting significant influence over the entire construction continuum. Thus, it becomes imperative to integrate VE techniques at the inception phase of framing. This would facilitate a meticulous examination of design schematics and on-site conditions, paving the way for alternative strategies that condense construction durations, economize on costs, and augment work efficiency, all the while upholding paramount standards of quality and safety. Such a venture stands to be foundational in expediting construction timelines, fostering economic efficiency, and buttressing construction safety protocols.

  • Most construction project managers should focus on the reasonable cost-down with same quality and function-enhancement with same cost for the value-added construction project delivery in construction industry. Especially, a building structure construction is one of the most important processes to affect the total cost and schedule in building construction project. It means that the process has the possibility of project cost-down or quality-enhancement among the whole project life-cycle. This research focuses on the importance of underground structure of building project by increasing underground use ratio in the urban building construction projects nowadays. This research adopts VE method for the improvement of cost and time by process and analysis dimension modeling on the underground building structure construction, and verifies it throughout the case study, This research is the basic study on the improvement of underground building works through the value engineering method in construction industry.

  • Pre-compensation and post-construction policy'(PCPC) is a part of $\ulcorner$public project performance improvement policies (PPPIP)$\lrcorner$ whose purpose is to reduce the construction project cost by $20\%$. This research focuses on measuring the quantitative and qualitative impacts of PCPC public construction project. The evaluation of PCPC was conducted using five performance indices which are measuring performance improvement in terms of project cost and schedule. The analysis results show that implementation of this policy reduced $4.8\%$ of public construction project budget while playing a positive role in shortening the project schedule.

  • A road construction project needs a large scale of investment and tine. In this study, we will review some elements of feasibility analysis and derive points of the existing analyses. And we make some suggestions to improve the existing methods. We propose a 'A Feasibility Information System' for road construction projects. The system will be useful to make a feasibility study for road construction project and help us to predict risks in process of the projects.

  • The duration of highrise building projects is more shorter than its increasing of the numbers of floors. The project is liable to overrun of the time in which the project must be complete. AS highrise buildings are increased, time management has been reorganized as critical success factor. To improve time management, time management softwares are introduced and the software's education is made lively in construction company. However a large amount of time management works still have been based on not the software but scheduler's experience. We often can find the time overrun risk of highrise building because of the shortage of scheduler's experience. To diminish the mistake of the scheduler who does not have much experience, we suggested HRB Expert which uses expert's knowledge to make the time plan of highrise building. We made an example of knowledge acquiring and knowledge usage which cased on reinforced concrete work of highrise building by literature review and interview with scheduling expert. The precision of time plan will be enhanced and time overrun will be prevented on condition that HRB Expert is constructed and used

  • Recent construction projects consist of large and complex facilities, which project management information system (PMIS) is used for managing construction cost and schedule. The ministry of land, transport and maritime affairs (MLTM) is using a continuous acquisition and life-cycle support (CALS) system for managing the public construction projects. This study attempts to survey some problems of the CALS system in practical application, and then suggests the new functions to improve practical application of the CALS system. All functions in each menu were analyzed in the practical application aspect. All projects ordered from MLTM should use the CALS system as a PMIS, but the practical application is limited in partial functions and special working group. And the utilization of system is focused on simple tasks and report process. One of main reason is that the system is using numerical data rather than graphical data. This study suggests new functions and a visualized management method that can improve the practical applicability using a 4D object in each current functions.

  • Dewatering mold form get many holes on the surface to drain excessive water from combine concrete. While fiber is adhered to the forms inter surface, that makes it possible to improve concrete workability by draining excess water through the holes. We can expect the outer layer to solidify and to compact and get improvement of concretes durability. Maybe, it is valuable enough that dewatering mold form is put to practical use. On this study, the purpose is to obtain fundamental data for effective dewatering mold and properties of exposed concrete with the form, and ultimately, is to propose practical theory.

  • The effective management of major construction resources is the key to the success in high-rise residential building construction projects. It is even more important and challenging as well especially in CBD(central business district) area under tight project duration since little leeway in interface between construction trades, severe constraints in staging n and heavy demands for lifting among construction resources. In order to meet high demands among major construction resources, highly effective construction resource management information system is required This research develops and provides a system which selects and disseminates these information from each phase of procurement transportation, lift-up and storage for major construction resources This research applies the Kanban system, well recognized material information system technique in automobile manufacturing industry, in concrete work processes. It develops concrete procurement information system utilizing VSM(Value Stream Mapping) and also applies the model in actual super-high rise residential building construction project in order to analyze the benefit of the research model.

  • Construction work has character which claim or dispute is frequently raised. This means that each construction project has it's own contract documents due to the difference of environment and time. Therefore to overcome the associated risks, domestic contract rules and acts should be reformed. Several well-recognized contract documents developed by FIDIC, AlA, CMAA and general conditions of the contract is investigated and analyzed. Based on the research outcomes the direction of reformation is suggested.
