Inter-Relationship and Combining Ability of Plant Growth in F1 Hybrids of Petunia hybrida (페튜니아 일대 잡종에서 생육관련 형질의 상호관계 및 조합능력)

  • The inter-relationship and combining abilities of characters for leaf length, leaf width, branch number, leaf number, leaf area, fresh weight and dry weight were studied in the F1 combination of 15 crosses from the partial six-parent diallel cross in Petunia hybrida. The leaf area, fresh weight and dry weight showed high positive correlation together with the other growth characters such as leaf length, leaf width, branch number, leaf number. The mean squares of general combining ability(GCA) and specific combining ability(SCA) were highly significant for all the growth characters. The estimates of variance components of SCA were greater than those of GCA for all the characters, showing preponderance of non-additive gene actions for these characters. GCA effect was high in the lines of D and G for leaf length and fresh weight, and in the lines of C and D for branch number, leaf number, leaf area and fresh weight. The crosses of D×E, D×G, and E×G exhibited high SCA effect for all the growth characters such as leaf length, leaf width, branch number, leaf number, leaf area, fresh weight, and dry weight. The broad sense heritability was generally high compared to narrow sense one in the 7 characters. The highest heritability of the broad and narrow sense was shown in the leaf width and dry weight.

Development and Comparison of Growth Regression Model of Dry Weight and Leaf Area According to Growing Days and Accumulative Temperature of Chrysanthemum "Baekma" (국화 "백마"의 생육 일수 및 누적 온도에 따른 건물중과 엽면적의 생장 회귀 모델 개발 및 비교)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the growth characteristics of standard chrysanthemum 'Baekma', such as fresh weight, dry weight, and leaf area and to develop prediction models for the production greenhouse based on the growth parameters and climatic elements. Sigmoid regressions models for the prediction of growth parameters in terms of dry weight and leaf area were analyzed according to the number of the day after transplanting and the accumulate temperature during this experimental period. The relative growth rate (RGR) of the chrysanthemum was 0.084 g·g-1·d-1 on average during the period.The dry weight and leaf area of 'Beakma' increased exponentially according to the number of day after transplanting and the accumulated temperature, in the case of dry weight increased by an average of 39.1% until 63 days (accumulated temperature of 1601℃), after that dry weight increased by an average of 7.4% before harvest. The leaf area increased by an average of 63.3% until the 28th day after transplanting, and by an average of 6.5% until the 84th day before flower bud differentiation occurred, and increased by an average of 10.6% before harvest. This experiment can be used as a useful data for establishing a cultivation management system and a planned year-round production system for standard chrysanthemum "Baekma". To make a more precise growth prediction model, it will need to be corrected and verified based on various weather data including accumulated irradiation.

  • 최근 유비쿼터스 시대를 맞아 건설 분야에서 이용되는 CAD 자료에서 GIS 자료로의 변환 및 융복합에 대한 요구가 증대되면서 상호변환을 위한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 건설도면 CAD 데이터를 활용하여 수치지도의 건물데이터를 수정, 갱신하기 위한 방법론의 일환으로 건설도면의 건물외곽선을 추출하여 수치지도의 건물데이터 수준으로 일반화하는 선형 단순화 알고리즘을 비교 분석하였다. 선형 단순화 알고리즘은 Douglas-Peucker 알고리즘, Lang 알고리즘, Reumann-Witkam, Opheim 알고리즘을 적용하였으며 분석방법으로는 시각적 분석, 절점 수, 총길이, 면적 변화율 분석 그리고 각 절점이 수치지도 작성내규를 만족하는 비율을 이용하였다. 분석 결과 Douglas-Peycker 알고리즘이 시각적 측면과 절점 수 감소율 측면에서 상대적으로 우수한 단순화 결과를 보여주었으나 수치지도 작성내규 만족도 측면에서는 공통적으로 $50{\sim}60%$ 수준의 만족도를 보이고 있어 국내의 수치지도의 건물데이터를 작성하기 위한 단순화 기법으로는 한계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 이를 만족시키기 위한 일반화 알고리즘의 개발이 필요하다고 판단된다.

Updating Building Data in Digital Topographic Map Based on Matching and Generation of Update History Record (수치지도 건물데이터의 매칭 기반 갱신 및 이력 데이터 생성)

  • The data of buildings and structures take over large portions of the mapping database with large numbers. Furthermore, those shapes and attributes of building data continuously change over time. Due to those factors, the efficient methodology of updating database for following the most recent data become necessarily. This study has purposed on extracting needed data, which has been changed, by using overlaying analysis of new and old dataset, during updating processes. Following to procedures, we firstly searched for matching pairs of objects from each dataset, and defined the classification algorithm for building updating cases by comparing; those of shape updating cases are divided into 8 cases, while those of attribute updating cases are divided into 4 cases. Also, two updated dataset are set to be automatically saved. For the study, we selected few guidelines; the layer of digital topographic map 1:5000 for the targeted updating data, the building layer of Korea Address Information System map for the reference data, as well as build-up areas in Gwanak-gu, Seoul for the test area. The result of study updated 82.1% in shape and 34.5% in attribute building objects among all.

Building Boundary Extraction from Airborne LIDAR Data (항공 라이다자료를 이용한 건물경계추출에 관한 연구)

  • Due to the increasing need for 3D spatial data, modeling of topography and artificial structures plays an important role in three-dimensional Urban Analysis. This study suggests a methodology for solving the problem of calculation for the extraction of building boundary, minimizing the user's intervention, and automatically extracting building boundary, using the LIDAR data. The methodology suggested in this study is characterized by combining the merits of the point-based process and the image-based process. The procedures for extracting building boundary are three steps: 1) LIDAR point data are interpolated to extract approximately building region. 2) LIDAR point data are triangulated in each individual building area. 3) Extracted boundary of each building is then simplified in consideration of its area, minimum length of building.The performance of the developed methodology is evaluated using real LIDAR data. Through the experiment, the extracted building boundaries are compared with digital map.

The Building Energy Efficiency Rating Evaluation of Apartment depending on SC and Window area ratio (차폐계수와 창면적비에 따른 공동주택의 건물에너지효율등급 평가)

  • Enhancement of exterior's insulation performance like wall or window etc. is general way for building's energy efficient and thermal performance. But exterior's opening plan is important for minimizing the energy consumption and heat loss. In this paper, energy saving rate will be analyzed and compared considering the window area's rate and window's SC(Shading Coefficient) in a apartment with Building Energy Efficiency Rating System's evaluation tool. In the process of evaluation, energy saving rate is measured at each stage of the window area's rate from 20% to 60% every 10% term and the shading coefficient value from 1.0 to 0.6. As a result of this research, energy saving evaluation could not be measured exactly with existing evaluation tool. Accord this research, Building Energy Rating System's evaluation range is needed to be broaden for exact evaluation of energy saving rate.

  • 1. 지렁이 분립량이 증가할수록 용적비중(bulk density), 유효수분함량(available water content), pH, 전기전도도(electrolytic conductivity), 무기물(ash), 전질소(total nitrogen), 양이온치환능력(cation exchange capcaity), 유효인산(available $P_{2}O_{5}$), 치환성양이온(exchangeable cation)이 증가하였다. 2. 근대는 분립 40${\sim}$100%의 혼합비율에서 초장(PL), 엽면적(LA), 엽수(NL), 엽면적(LA), 지상부 건물중(SHW), 근중(RW), 줄기두께(SD), 근중(RW) 및 생물학적수량(BY)이 다른 처리구보다 유의하게 높았다. 3. 열무는 분립 40${\sim}$60%의 혼합비율에서 초장(PL), 지상부 건물중(SHW), 근중(RW), 생물학적수량(BY)이 다른 처리구보다 유의하게 높았다. 3. 시금치와 상추는 40%의 혼합비율에서 지상부중(SHW), 근중(RW), 생물학적수량(BY)이 다른 처리구에 비해 유의하게 높았다(p${\leq}$0.05).

저온 용융 합금물을 이용한 울진 1,2호기 원전 캐비티에 대한 노심용융물 고압분출 실험 연구

  • 국내 프랑스 가압경수형 원전인 울진 1,2호기 캐비티의 격납건물 직접가열에 대한 특성을 분석하기 위하여 노심용융물 고압분출 실험을 수행하였다. 본 연구에서는 환형통로 면적과 파손 직경에 따라 원자로용기 압력을 변화시키면서 용융물을 저온 용융 합금물인 Wood's Metal, 증기를 질소기체로 각각 모의하여 실험을 수행하였으며, 실험 결과는 물을 용융물 상사물로 사용한 전년 실험 결과(1)와 비교.분석하였다. 실험결과, 밀도가 물보다 큰 저온 용융 합금물을 사용한 경우는 물을 사용한 실험결과보다 밀도와 용융물의 벽면 고화고착 때문에 격납건물로 방출되는 용융물 양이 적게 나타났다. 물을 상사물로 사용한 경우와 같이 노심 용융물 고압분출에는 원자로 용기 파손직경이 많은 영향을 미치고 환형통로 면적은 큰 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 노심용융물 고압분출 실험에 중요한 영향을 미치는 실험 상사물의 밀도와 용융물의 벽면 고화부착에 대해서는 종합적으로 분석하는 추가 연구가 필요하다.

  • 최근 우리나라의 기후변화와 도시화로 인한 홍수피해 규모가 대형화 추세를 보이며, 그에 따른 도시침수의 발생이 증가하고 있다. 도시침수로 인한 피해는 파손보다는 침수가 대부분이고, 도시의 규모가 클수록 침수의 비중이 크게 나타난다. 그로 인한 피해는 인명피해 및 재산피해 이외에 여러 가지 피해를 유발하며 도시기능 마비가 일어난다. 이러한 도시지역의 침수피해는 넓은 불투수층으로 인해 홍수 도달시간이 감소하고, 급격한 도시화로 인한 건물, 이외에 하수 관망에 미치는 영향 등 여러 가지를 고려하여 침수해석이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 XP-SWMM 모형으로 도시지역의 불투수층의 면적비율, 건물의 영향 등을 고려하여 침수해석을 하고자 하였다. 또한 XP-SWMM 모형의 2차원 TUFLOW엔진을 기반으로 하는 2D 지표 유출 계산을 이용하여 대상 지역의 침수 취약지역을 예측할 수 있을 것이다. 최근 송도국제도시 개발이 이루어진 인천광역시 연수구를 대상지역으로 선정하여 도시지역의 특성을 고려하여 분석을 수행하였다. XP-SWMM 모형의 적용성을 평가하기 위해 대상지역의 도시침수 피해를 입은 강우사상을 선정하여 분석을 수행하였고, 유출량 및 침수면적을 산정하여 침수흔적도와 비교 및 적용성을 평가하였다. 본 연구는 도시지역 하수도 관거의 성능 및 도시지역의 특성을 고려하여 여러 강우 빈도를 이용해 집중호우로 인한 침수지역 및 침수면적 등 침수피해를 예측하여 수해 예방 발전에 기여할 수 있을것으로 사료된다.

Growth and Yield Responses of Soybean Cultivars to Drought Stress at Early Growth Stage (콩 생육초기 수분 장애에 따른 생육 및 수량 반응의 품종간 차이)

  • Water deficit stress during early soybean[Glycine max (L.) Merrill] growth stage is the most important environmental factor limiting productivity. Eight soybean genotypes were grown in replicated pot under well-watered(control: near 0 bar) and drought(-5 and -10 bars) conditions. Soybean plants were subject to drought stress for 20 days at 10 days after seed emergence. Significant genotypic variation was observed for leaf area(LA) and total dry weight (TDW). At the end of water stress, LA and TDW of Hwanggeumkong and Paldalkong, which had large LA in the non-stressed control, were more sensitive to water stress than those of the other cultivars, while those of Suwon 93 with small LA were insensitive. Leaf proline and abscisic acid(ABA) contents increased after water stress. However, changes in proline and ABA contents were not consistently related to the changes in LA as affected by water stress. As the soil water potential decreased, the yield reduction of Hodgson 78 showing large decrease in LA and TDW in response to water deficit was severe when compared to that of Baegunkong with small decrease in LA and TDW. Relatively greater yield stability and higher average yield across soil water potential were observed in Baegunkong. Of specific interest was the small reduction in yield of Paldalkong in spite of its significant decrease in LA and TDW.
