Estimate of the Fluctuating Pressure Distribution of Tall Building under Hazard Fluctuating Wind Load (재난변동풍하중을 받는 고층건물의 변동풍압분포의 평가)

  • In this paper, used by the boundary layer wind tunnel test, have conducted a series of wind tunnel experiments, i.e. test the mean velocity profile regarding the surface roughness, turbulence intensity and power spectrum measured by augmentation device. After that, to provide data relevant for the preliminary design step of tall building hazard fluctuating wind loads may be obtained fluctuating pressure coefficients, fluctuating pressure spectrum, autocorrelation coefficients by the boundary layer wind tunnel test. From the results of experiments, this study can be obtained conclusions as follows. 1. We know the fact that the mean velocity profile and the turbulence intensity are well fitted natural wind flow in the boundary layer wind tunnel. 2. The satisfactory agreement of velocity spectrum can be obtained from the compare of fluctuating power spectrum and Von Karman spectrum. 3. We know the fact that the fluctuating pressure spectrums distributed peak at 0.01 Hz-0.1 Hz in the windward surfaces and at 0.1 Hz in the leeward surfaces. 4. We know the fact that the autocorrelation coefficients distributed stationary random processes with application time of hazard fluctuating wind loads.

A Study on Technique Vowing of Roads and Buildings for Spatial Information Management of Cyber Urban Area (가상도시의 공간정보관리를 위한 도로 및 건물의 시각화 기법의 연구)

  • It is difficult to figure out the specific contents of the buildings in the internet spatial area, since those data on the internet present only the location of buildings and the outlines of lands on which buildings are located, An experimental study for the view management of building information at internet urban spatial area was conducted on the Web-GIS based map using hyper map. With the building information on the 2-D map, modified from the previous numerical map and the regional building information and additional information, a new form of building through 3-D icons was shown on the internet spatial area. This study shows the Web-based building management system, which is designed to manage attribute data about hyper-linked buildings of 2.5-D icons and to reproduce visual building information by putting a variety of information into hyper-linked icons on the hyper map. This system not only complements the lack of consistency between real buildings and those on the map, but also provides users with more familiar urban space, so that everybody can utilize the building information as long as he has access to the internet.

A Numerical Study on the Effects of Meteorological Conditions on Building Fires Using GIS and a CFD Model (GIS와 전산유체역학 모델을 이용한 기상 조건이 건물 화재에 미치는 영향 연구)

  • In this study, we investigated the effects of wind speed and direction on building fires using GIS and a CFD model. We conducted numerical simulations for a fire event that occurred at an apartment in Ulsan on October 8, 2020. For realistic simulations, we used the profiles of wind speeds and directions and temperatures predicted by the local data assimilation and prediction system (LDAPS). First, using the realistic boundary conditions, we conducted two numerical simulations (a control run, CNTL, considered the building fire and the other assumed the same conditions as CNTL except for the building fire). Then, we conducted the additional four simulations with the same conditions as CNTL except for the inflow wind speeds and direction. When the ignition point was located on the windward of the building, strong updraft induced by the fire had a wide impact on the building roof and downwind region. The evacuation floor (15th floor) played a role to spread fire to the downwind wall of the building. The weaker the wind speed, the narrower fire spread around the ignition point, but the higher the flame above the building reaches. When the ignition point was located on the downwind wall of the building, the flame didn't spread to the upwind wall of the building. The results showed that wind speed and direction were important for the flow and temperature (or flame) distribution around a firing building.

  • 본 논문에서는 자연재해나 노후화로 인해 많은 건물의 외벽에 균열(Crack)이 생기고 있고, YOLO 딥러닝 기법을 이용하여 텐서플로우(Tensorflow)기반 균열 데이터의 학습 과정을 거쳐 가중치 파일을 획득하고, 이를 기반으로 효율적으로 건물 관리를 할 수 있는 드론(Drone)에 장착된 카메라를 이용한 실시간 영상으로 건물 외벽 균열을 촬영하고 균열을 감지하여 사용자 모니터에 감지된 균열을 경계 상자를 통해 검출하고, 검출 사진과 위치를 기록하도록 시스템을 개발하였다.

수치지도 제작을 위한 지형ㆍ지물의 경계추출

  • 고해상도 위성영상을 이용하여 수치표고모델(DEM) 및 정사영상을 제작해서 수치지도의 갱신 및 지형공간정보체계의 자료기반으로써 활용할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 Sobel 연산자를 이용하여 경계추출을 행한 후 스크린 디지타이징 방법으로 경계선을 추출하였다 이렇게 추출된 벡터자료와 기존수치지도와의 중첩을 통해서 건물, 도로, 임야의 평균위치오차를 분석해 보았다. 평균위치오차가 공공측량의 작업규정에 대한 1 : 5,000 수치지도 제작의 허용오차범위에는 들지 못하였지만, 특정 부분의 지형·지물의 경우에는 수정, 보완이 가능한 것으로 나타났다. 그리고, 산악지역 보다는 도심지에서의 경계추출이 뚜렷하기 때문에 위치정밀도가 향상됨을 알 수 있었다.

3-D Building Reconstruction from Standard IKONOS Stereo Products in Dense Urban Areas (IKONOS 컬러 입체영상을 이용한 대규모 도심지역의 3차원 건물복원)

  • This paper presented an effective strategy to extract the buildings and to reconstruct 3-D buildings using high-resolution multispectral stereo satellite images. Proposed scheme contained three major steps: building enhancement and segmentation using both BDT (Background Discriminant Transformation) and ISODATA algorithm, conjugate building identification using the object matching with Hausdorff distance and color indexing, and 3-D building reconstruction using photogrammetric techniques. IKONOS multispectral stereo images were used to evaluate the scheme. As a result, the BDT technique was verified as an effective tool for enhancing building areas since BDT suppressed the dominance of background to enhance the building as a non-background. In building recognition, color information itself was not enough to identify the conjugate building pairs since most buildings are composed of similar materials such as concrete. When both Hausdorff distance for edge information and color indexing for color information were combined, most segmented buildings in the stereo images were correctly identified. Finally, 3-D building models were successfully generated using the space intersection by the forward RFM (Rational Function Model).

Elastic Wave Propagation in Nuclear Power Plant Containment Building Walls Considering Liner Plate and Concrete Cavity (라이너 플레이트 및 콘크리트 공동을 고려한 원전 격납건물 벽체의 탄성파 전파 해석)

  • Recent investigation into the integrity of nuclear containment buildings has highlighted the importance of developing an elaborate diagnostic method to evaluate the distribution and size of cavities inside concrete walls. As part of developing such a method, this paper presents a finite element approach to modeling elastic waves propagating in the containment building walls of a nuclear power plant. We introduce a perfectly matched layer (PML) wave-absorbing boundary to limit the large-scale nuclear containment wall to the region of interest. The formulation results in a semi-discrete form with symmetric damping and stiffness matrices. The transient elastic wave equations for a mixed unsplit-field PML were solved for displacement and stresses in the time domain. Numerical results show that the sensitivity of displacement, velocity, acceleration, and stresses is large depending on the size and location of the cavity. The dynamic response of the wall slightly differs depending on the existence of the containment liner plate. The results of this study can be applied to a full-waveform inversion approach for characterizing cavities inside a containment wall.

A Legal Study on Boundary Relocation Surveying (경계복원측량에 관한 법적 고찰)

  • When a boundary dispute occurs between landowners of adjoining lands, a court deals with a boundary violation on the basis of cadastral register. Boundary relocation surveying is one which reconstructs a boundary in cadastral register on actual land. Boundary relocation surveying includes most of surveyings related with the civil case such as restoration of land and demolition of building and a surveying result affects a ruling critically. However, boundary relocation surveying depends on surveying technician's knowledge and experiences and can lead to different surveying results. This study reviews legal principles of boundary relocation surveying by analyzing law practice of boundary relocation surveying which is used for solving a boundary dispute between landowners of adjoining lands and by examining related laws and Supreme Court precedents. The study seeks to contribute to consistent and reliable results of surveying by leading surveying technician to carry out a boundary relocation surveying on the basis of judicial doctrines.

An Analysis on the Effect of Environmental-Friendly Planning Elements on Residential satisfaction Level of the High-Rise Residential Complex (친환경 계획요소가 초고층 복합주거 거주 만족도에 미치는 영향요인 분석)

  • The statistical analyzing of environmental-friendly planning elements is getting important because it is getting concerned with the change of residential types and environmental friendly housing. However, in terms of the high-rise residential complex, paper about green building rating system and research about residential satisfaction to residents are lack. Therefore, this paper is analyzing of impotentness and satisfaction about housing subdivision, inside of building, facility, and maintenance. In addition, residential satisfaction(satisfaction, loyalty, preference) and impact relationship of environmental-friendly planning elements are analyzed by PLS structural equation. To sum up, first, improving of green building rating system in housing subdivision is impacted on loyalty if satisfaction was fulfilled. Second, increasing of environmental-friendly planning elements in inside of building is impacted on loyalty if both satisfaction and preference were fulfilled. Third, providing of green building rating system in facility and maintenance is analyzed as preference, but satisfaction hypotheses is not valued.
