본 연구는 정기적인 건강검진을 받는 수검자들이 검진결과에 대한 상담을 받는 것이 건강증진행위에 좋은 영향을 줄 수 있는가에 대한 목적을 가지고 있으며 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 검증결과 인구의 일반적 특성에 따른 건강검진 후 교육 및 상담에 대한 만족도 정도는 성별에서는 여성보다 남성의 만족도가 높았고, 직렬의 경우 기능직공무원이 만족도가 높았으며, 재직기간이 오래 될수록 만족도가 높았다. 2. 건강검진 시 상담서비스 만족도와 건강증진행위의 관계 분석결과 만족도 내용에서 '검진결과 설명시 교정해야할 건강 위험에 대한 지적, '검진결과에 따른 건강 상담', '검진 후 결과에 대해 제공하는 상담 및 보건 교육', '검진 후 결과에 관련된 자료나 진료 혹은 상담안내'에서 건강증진행위와 영향관계를 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 3. '검진결과 설명 시 교정해야 할 건강 위험에 대한 지적'은 식사조절과 건강관리행위, '검진결과에 따른 건강 상담'은 건강관리행위, '검진 후 결과에 대해 제공하는 상담 및 보건 교육'은 신체활동과 심리적 안정, '검진 후 결과에 관련된 자료나 진료 혹은 상담안내'는 건강관리행위와 영향관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 위의 연구결과에서 나타난 건강검진서비스 만족도가 낮은 항목의 불만족요인을 분석하여 건강교육 프로그램 계획 시 교육내용에 포함한다면 건강검진서비스 만족도가 상승할 것이며, 건강증진행위를 높일 수 있다고 생각한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the marital satisfaction and family strengths in dual-Income teachers. The subjects of this study were 289 dual-income teachers in the Gyeongnam Area. Korea. The major findings obtained from this study are summarized as follows: 1) The degree of marital satisfaction of the dual-Income teachers was 5.22 on a scale of 0-7.0. The significant variables were sex, the educational degree, religion, the type of family. housework-helper, self-esteem and job satisfaction in dual-Income teachers. 2) The degree of family strengths of dual-Income teachers was 3.88 on a scale 0-5.0. The significant variables were economic level, self-esteem, job satisfaction, and marital satisfaction in dual-Income teachers. 3) There was a close correlation between the marital satisfaction and family strengths in dual-Income teachers.

In this study, we investigated the effects of health satisfaction and family relationship satisfaction on depression among low-income middle-aged men who are expected to have great economic difficulties. The mediating effect was analyzed to see what kind of change in the depressive state according to the social acquaintance satisfaction. Frequency analysis and regression analysis were performed using SPSS statistics program using data from the 15th Korea Welfare Panel for middle-aged adults aged 50 to 64 years. As a result of analyzing the mediating effect of social acquaintance satisfaction on depression, it showed a partial mediating effect on health satisfaction and a fully mediating effect on family relationship satisfaction. The result of this study is to clearly reveal the effect of service support for improving social acquaintance satisfaction for middle-aged men on mental health such as depression, in the future effective standards can be provided for validation of the validity of social network support services for middle-aged men.

The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between the health insurance perception level and health insurance satisfaction for national health insurance subscriber. The collected data were analyzed by $X^2$-test, t-test, ANOVA using the SPSS/WIN (ver.14.0). Research results can be summarized as follows. The relationship between the health insurance perception level and health insurance satisfaction was relatively high. The study showed significantly high levels in the score of health insurance satisfactions according to perception of security level, health insurance premium, positive thinking, and fair in premium charge. Also health insurance satisfaction scores were significantly low levels according to perception of raise health insurance premium and burden on households. This study investigated the relationship between the detail perception and satisfaction for national health insurance. Therefore, we are setting the overall direction of national health insurance perception, and look forward to utilizing the basis data as help to improve the system of health insurance for people.

The purpose of this research is to clarify the relationship between participation motivation of physical education and welfare service participants and physical health, emotional health and satisfaction of living in an integrated structure. The following results were obtained from the actual analysis by voting for general adult males and females participating in the National Physical Fitness 100 program. It was found that the external motivation had a positive effect on physical health and emotional health, internal motivation had a positive effect on physical health and satisfaction of life. It was found that physical health had a positive effect on emotional health and satisfaction of life and emotional health had a positive effect on the satisfaction of life. Therefore, participants participating in welfare services are expected to maintain their physical fitness and health through of National Physical Fitness 100 program physical strength and to improve the satisfaction of life and emotional health.

This study aimed to identify the effect of the active aging on life satisfaction and present an improvement strategies to increase life satisfaction in elderly people. Active aging is divide into three aspects; health, participation and security. The subjects were people older than 55 years who were enrolled in Korean Retirement and Income Study. The influencing effect was analyzed by a hierarchial regression. Key factors associated with active aging influencing life satisfaction were subjective health, mental health, participation in the labor market, income, and housing while subjective health was a determinant factor that best describes the effect of the active aging on life satisfaction. On the basis of above result, this study suggests that there needs to be an effort in improvement of physical and mental health, participation in the labor market, and housing at national and regional levels.

The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of family strength as a parameter on the relationship between grit, and learning satisfaction of university students. The grit scale, family strength scale and learning satisfaction scale were applied to data from surveys conducted on 194 students recruited from a university in G gun, C province. This study examined the mediating effects of family strength in relation to grit and learning satisfaction using the hierarchical regression analysis. Results showed that family strength had partial mediating effects in the between grit and learning satisfaction. Therefore, it seems that grit directly and indirectly affect learning satisfaction through family strength. This result indicates that the importance of family strength for learning satisfaction and suggest that family strength should be included in developing learning satisfaction improvement programs.

본 논문은 건강증진센터 이용자들의 건강증진센터 이용에 따른 만족도를 조사하는 것이 주된 목적이다. 건강증진센터에 대한 전반적인 만족도에 영향을 미치는 변수로써 건강증진 센터이미지, 시설물에 대한 만족, 그리고 검사 후의 최종결과에 대한 만족도와 건강증진샌 터에 대한 전반적인 만족도와의 관계를 살펴보고, 만족 후의 행동으로써 구전과 재이용의 도와의 관계를 조사하고자 하였다. 구조모델에 의한 분석결과 건강증진센터이미지, 시설물에 대한 만족, 그리고 검사 후 최 종결과에 대한 만족은 건강증진센터에 대한 전반적인 만족에 영향을 미치며, 전반적인 만 족정도가 높을수록 긍정적인 구전활동을 하며, 재이용의도가 높다는 것을 밝혀냈다. 마지막 으로 연구결과의 마케팅시사점과 연구의 한계점 및 미래연구방향을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine factors related to the satisfaction of dental service in college women. This survey was conducted between March 14, 2014 and April 21, 2014 to investigate the influence on dental care satisfaction in college women. Data were obtained from 412 college women of some areas. At the conclusion of this investigation, as for the correlation analysis between variables affecting college women satisfaction, every variables showed significantly positive relation, and the relation between satisfaction of dental hygienist and satisfaction of hospital environment had the strongest positive relation (p<0.01). To increase the satisfaction in dental clinic, it is necessary to provide the continuing education programs for dental service to dental clinic worker.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of satisfaction with green space on life satisfaction and to examine mediating effect of subjective health status in the relationship between satisfaction with green space and life satisfaction of older adults living in cities. For the purpose of the study, older adults aged over 65 years old who participated in 2018 Social Survey conducted by Statistics Korea were analyzed. A total of 4,567 older adults were analyzed using multiple regression analyses and significance of mediating effect was examined using bootstrapping method. Results of the analyses showed that satisfaction with green space had a significant effect on life satisfaction. Since a higher level of satisfaction with green space increased the level of life satisfaction, a direct effect of satisfaction with green space on life satisfaction was revealed. Also satisfaction with green space had a significant effect on subjective health status, so persons with a higher level of satisfaction with green space perceive their subjective health more positively. In regard to mediating effect, subjective health status partially mediated the relationship between satisfaction with green space and life satisfaction of the urban elderly. Results of this study show that green space can be used as an intervention method to improve health and life satisfaction of the urban elderly.
