소방공무원의 노출 위험과 그에 따른 건강영향 중에서 파킨슨병에 대한 연구를 고찰하고, 파킨슨병을 진단받은 소방공무원에 대한 업무 관련성 평가의 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 이에 소방공무원의 유해인자 노출특성을 파악하고, 이들과 파킨슨병과의 연관성을 살펴보았다.

직무스트레스를 이해하기 위해 많은 선행연구가 있어왔다. 특히 고위험 공무직군의 직무스트레스는 다양한 정신건강에 영향을 미쳐오고 있는 만큼 연구된 내용을 이해할 필요가 있다. 선행연구내용을 경찰관과 소방관을 중심으로 분류하고 적용된 직무스트레스 모델과 척도를 분석하였다. 분석된 논문에서 직무스트레스가 영향을 주고 있는 정신장애를 확인하고, 직무스트레스와 정신장애 간의 영향을 조절할 수 있는 조절변인들을 확인하였다. 직무스트레스 모델과 척도는 JCQ, ERI, NIOSH 모델을 바탕으로, 척도는 KOSS(52%)가 가장 많았다. 또한 직무스트레스가 영향을 주는 요인들로는 직무태도(62%)로 가장 많았으며, 우울(19%)로 나타났다. 직무스트레스를 조절하는 변인으로 직무만족(20%), 사회적지지(19%), 직무특성(15%)로 나타났다. 논의에서는 연구의 한계와 직무스트레스가 영향을 주는 정신장애와 조절변인들을 분석하는 것을 통해서 이후 연구에 나아갈 방향을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the effectiveness of the 8-week telephone counseling hypertension self-management program provided through welfare center nurses and nursing student volunteers for hypertensive patients with physical disabilities and brain lesions who use the welfare centers for the disabled. A quasi-experimental with non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest design was implemented. From December 2019 to May 2020, data from 28 controls and 29 experimental groups who completed pre and post-investigation were analyzed using the SPSS program. As a result of the main study, after the intervention, the knowledge of hypertension, seriousness and sensitivity among the health beliefs, and quality of life EQ-VAS indicated significant difference between the experimental group and the control group. Therefore, efforts to improve self-care behaviors and quality of life by applying various self-care programs to hypertensive patients with the disabled which require long-term health care will be needed continuously.

This study was conducted to analyze the relationship between the levels of lead (Pb) exposure and cardiovascular disease (CVD) in Korean adult women. We used cross-sectional data on blood lead and self-reported diagnoses of ischemic heart disease (IHD), stroke and hypertension in a subsample of 1.821 adults 19 years and older who participated in the 2017 Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHANES). CVD and blood Pb concentrations were analyzed through logistic regression analysis, and correlations between factors were confirmed using the pearson correlation coefficient. An increase of blood Pb was associated with an increased risk of IHD (OR 5.68, 95% CI 1.01-17.51) and hypertension (OR 3.37, 95% CI 2.24-5.07) only in women. Additionally, there was a correlation between blood Pb and nutrient intake. This suggest that blood Pb levels may be used as a key predictor of CVD development, and that women are more susceptable to IHD and hypertension associated with Pb exposure.

생체역학(biomechanics)은 생물(bio)과 역학(mechanics)의 합성어로서 글자 그대로 생명체에 관 련된 역학을 다루는 학문이다. 생체역학의 역사는 레오나르드 다빈치가 혈액순환에 대하여 관 심있게 관찰한 것이 효시가 되겠지만 본격적인 생체역학은 Alfonso Borelli가 1680년에 "동물의 동작에 관하여"(De motu animalium)라는 책을 출판한 것이다. 생체역학은 공학의 발달 및 인 류의 건강복지 향상에 대한 관심의 증가로 장족의 발전을 하고 있으며 정형외과학, 재활의학, 체육학, 산업공학, 상해예방, 생리학, 외과학등 다방면에 응용되고 있다.에 응용되고 있다.

서울시 서초구청에서는 '반포 종합사회복지관'건립 현상설계경기를 실시하여 대도건축(윤태수)안을 당선작으로 선정, 지난 5월 8일 발표했다. 이번 설계경기는 고속터미널이 소재하여 유동인구가 많고 ATP가 밀집되어 있는 반포지역의 지역적 특수성을 감안하여 주민복지 욕구에 부응하는 건강하고 문화적인 지역주민 생활을 보장하는 지역사회 복지 서비스를 제공하기 위해 실시됐다. 총 6개 사무소에서 작품을 제출한 이번 설계경기의 우수작으로는 하규ㆍ다남건축(안병일)안이 선정됐다.

The purpose of this study was development of a synthetic scale to measure young adults' views of life and death. Participants were 610 university students. The authors developed a View of Life and Death Scale including several subscales of afterlife views(belief in afterlife and retribution, belief in souls' effects and transmigration), meanings of death(liberation, nature, integration, collapse, impact, futility), death anxiety, death concern(death acceptance, death awareness) and life respect will(suicide inhibition, abortion inhibition, organ donation intention). The present study contributed to enhance our understanding of view of life and death in young adulthood. This study, therefore, could work as a stepping stone to investigate the structural relationship among elements included in views of life and death in young adulthood and to explore the consequences and determinants of personal view of life and death.
