A Taxonomy of Female Consumers in Daegu (의복쇼핑성향에 따른 소비자의 유형분석 -대구 여성 거주자를 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of the study were to classify apparel shoppers into specific apparel shopping orientation groups and to compare the classified groups on importance of store attributes, information sources, lifestyle activities, and demographic characteristics. The data were obtained from questionnaires filled out by 317 women in Daegu and were analysed by utilizing factor analysis, cluster analysis, and ANOVA. By cluster analysis of apparel shopping orientation factors, three groups were identified: Recreational shopper (48%), Economic shoppers (20%), Apathetic shoppers (32%). The results of ANOVA indicated that the cluster groups are significantly different in importance of store attributes (product assortment and shopping convenience), information sources (marketer-driven and consumer -driven), lifestyle activities (regular activities and activites for self-improvement), and IPmnuraDhic characteristics (age and education).

  • As the results of actual survey of indoor noise in apartment houses, it represents that plumbing noise and floor impact noise are most unsatisfactory factors to inhabitants. In this paper, the actual condition of plumbing noise in apartment houses was measured and the methods of plumbing noise reduction are suggested. For these suggestions, the actual survey of plumbing noise and the model test on structure-borne sound of water supply pipe and drain sound were carried out.

  • 스마트 홈서비스가 이루어질 앞으로의 가정에서는 거주자의 편리를 추구하는 다수의 가전기기와 다양한 장치를 통해 여러 형태의 서비스가 제공된다. 그 환경의 중심에서 사용자는 무엇보다 손쉽고 편리하게 이들을 시용할 수 있어야 한다. 기존에는 사용자가 쉽게 휴대할 수 있는 소형 컴퓨터, PDA, 휴대폰을 이용해 스마트 홈서비스를 제어하는 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 하지만 이들을 사용하는 것은 복잡하면서 전문적인 지식이 필요할 수 있으며 항상 결에 두어야 한다는 불편함이 있을 수 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 관성센서를 이용한 동작인식 시스템을 개발하였다. 이 시스템은 자이로 센서와 가속도 센서를 사용하며 3축의 자이로(각속도) 및 가속도를 측정할 수 있는 센서 모듈과 측정된 데이터를 이용해서 동작 패턴을 분류해 주는 알고리즘으로 구성된다. 차후에 홈 네트워크 시스템과의 결합을 통해 미리 지정된 간단한 손동작만으로 여러 가전기기를 제어할 수 있을 것이며 특히 노약자나 장애인들이 기존의 리모트 컨트롤 등의 복잡한 제어 장치를 대신해서 간편하고 손쉽게 사용할 수 있을 것이다.

The remodeling contents by the length of residence in small and medium-sized Apartments Resident -In Pusan and Ulsan areas- (중소형 분양 아파트 거주자의 개조시 거주기간별 주택개조내용 -부산.울산광역시를 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out the remodeling contents by the length of residence of remodeling the housing for 472 households living in small and medium-sized apartments in Pusan and Ulsan areas. The subjects of this survey have remodelled their housing 1.58 times during 4.57 years of residence in average. All of them had changes of finishing in living rooms, masters bedrooms, other bedrooms, kitchens and dining rooms and changes of facilities in kitchens, dining rooms, living rooms and bathrooms. The changes of structure and use age have been performed only by the limited numbers of households. Time of remodelling was mostly right after moving in and then about once in two or three years. But it differed according to the room of the housing and the types of remodelling.

  • This study has the purpose to reveal the differences of residents' level of satisfaction & demand of neighborhood environment and recognized residents' importance level & improvement priority of neighborhood environment at new 3 residential areas in the middle-sized city. The 3 residential areas had differentiated development concepts; (1) residential area in the downtown (2) government-residence compound area in the downtown and (3) industry-residence compound area in the outskirts. Followings are the results of the study. 1) It is different that importance level which have effect on satisfaction of neighborhood environment according to the 3 residential areas. 2) In terms of improvement priority residents present higher preference on location. In terms of improvement priority is different according to the 3 residential areas.

  • This study is done in order to find the solutions that we are facing on social and ecological crisis around the world. The basic survey was done on college students who will mostly become city residents in the future. Students collect information about the amount of the waste and the way of disposition for a week. The analysis how they produce and dispose waste will show what influence their behavioral decisions. The findings are first, students are very conscious of the importance of environmental conservation. But they value little and they don't have proper knowledge. Second, sex was the decisive factor, women tend to behave eco-friendly. But the more they are conscious about environment, the less they behave eco-friendly. The more they spend allowances, the less they are conscious of environment. Third, they recycle waste at home during the weekend, but not during weekdays at school because there is no recycling bin or they are not economically responsible.

  • This study has the purpose to reveal the differences of residents' using behaviors and patterns of living facilities at new 3 residential areas in the middle-sized city. The 3 residential areas had differentiated development concepts; (1) residential area in the downtown, (2) government-residence compound area in the downtown, and (3) industry-residence compound area in the outskirts. Followings are the results of the study. 1) The shopping facilities, banking facilities, public open facilities with high using level are planned in proper places. 2) The using pattern of shopping facilities show a improper pattern. Therefore it is necessary to plan the shopping facilities to induce the resident to change the proper using pattern.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the consciousness of residents and managers in multi-family housing management. Research methods used in this study were survey, field study. The parts of evaluation tool are composed of maintenance, operating management, residential life management. The evaluation tool of questionnaire got contents through documents research. This study indicates; first, residents' evaluation about the degree of satisfaction was totally lower than its importance. Specially, perception on residential life management was lowest. Second, it seems that managers assume indifferent attitude toward management works. It was caused by low pay, inferior work environment, and residents' exceeding interferences. In future, such efforts as residents participation, improvements of managerial work environment are required for the housing management efficiency.

  • Apartment, which have become the major housing style in Korea, have contributed to the development of housing culture as well as achieved a growth in volume. However, the demands and characteristics of residents have not been reflected in the apartment. because it has been developed only for a growth in volume. In this society, apartments need to be developed for resident. Therefore, the purpose of this study is analyzing apartment design factors and examining the appropriateness of apartment residents. To do so, questionnaire research is conducted and 90 questionnaires are analyzed for this study. The questionnaire mainly consists of questions about residential appropriateness of each space, and reaction and coping behavior on the inappropriate residential environment.

  • 본 연구는 여러 분야에서 언급되어지고 있는 인테리어트렌드를 조사 정리하고, 각 트렌드의 특성을 비교 분석하여 이들을 대표할 수 있는 키워드를 순수, 자연, 혼성의 3개로 추출하였다. 이를 중심으로 2008년 인테리어트렌드를 분류하고, 각 트렌드를 표현하는 색채를 조사하고 재정리하여 3개의 키워드를 대표할 수 있는 색채를 팔레트로 작성하였다. 작성된 색채 팔레트는 거주자들이 개성에 맞는 실내공간을 디자인하는데 효과적으로 활용될 것이며 디자이너와의 상호이해도 높일 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.
