An operation of Pangyo experimental catchment to assess the variation of stream hydrology and water quality by urbanization (도시화에 따른 하천 수문.수질 변동 영향 평가를 위한 판교 시험유역의 운영)

  • 도시화는 수문학적으로 산림이나 농경지와 같은 투수지역을 건물, 도로 등의 불투수지역으로 변화시키는 것이며, 이로 인하여 홍수파의 도달시간이 줄어들고 첨두유량이 증가하는 등의 수문변화를 수반하게 된다. 도로나 건물 등이 대부분을 차지하고 있는 도시지역에서는 지표면이나 식생으로부터 대기중으로 방출되는 증발산량이 농촌이나 산림지역보다 상대적으로 적으며, 강우시 토양중의 침투량과 지표면의 저류량도 도시지역에서는 매우 적게 나타난다. 본 연구에서는 도시화로 인하여 대규모의 토지이용 변화가 예상되는 신도시 개발예정지구인 판교 운중천 유역을 시험유역으로 선정하여 장기적인 수문/수질 모니터링을 수행하고 있으며, 향후 판교 시험유역에서 계측된 자료와 유역수문모형을 활용하여 개발 전후의 홍수 및 장기유출 특성을 분석하여 도시화가 하천의 수문 및 수질에 미치는 영향을 정량적으로 비교 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 2004년과 2005년에 시험유역내의 운중천과 금토천에 매송2교, 삼평교, 판교교, 운중저수지, 저수지 용수로, 내동교 등 총 6개의 수위관측소와, 매송2교와 내동교의 2개 우량관측소를 설치하여 실시간 계측을 수행하고 있으며, 인근의 기존에 운영되고 있던 탄천 본류의 성남과 궁내 수위관측소와 운중천의 낙생 우량관측소 자료를 활용하여 유역 수문자료를 수집하고 있다. 수집된 자료를 이용하여 장단기 유출분석을 수행한 결과, 택지개발공사가 시작되기 전인 현재로서는 택지개발 대상지구인 운중천 유역이나 비대상지구인 금토천 유역, 그리고 하류의 운중천 본류 유역 모두 강우시나 무강우시 비슷한 유출 특성을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 도시화가 점차적으로 진행됨에 따라서 이러한 유출 특성의 변화 양상을 파악해 나간다면, 도시화에 따른 유출 특성의 변화는 물론 수질 변화에 대해서도 정성적, 정량적인 규명이 가능할 것으로 생각된다.TEX>의 범위이고, 2차 처리수의 유입수의 T-N, T-P 농도와 유사하였다.적인 방법론을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.첨두홍수량을 저류하기 위해서 상대적으로 넓은 저류면적이 필요한 것으로 나타난다. 대등한 수위감소값의 홍수저감효과를 발휘하기 위해서 본 연구에서는 On-Line 저류지 면적은 Off-Line 저류지에 비 두배 이상이 필요한 것으로 보여졌다.들에 관한 정보는 종종 현장관측에서 조차 무시되는 경우가 많다. 이에 본 연구에서는 수질모형의 매개변수 중 특히 수리특성에 관련된 매개변수들이 수질에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 적용된 수질모형은 QualKo를 사용하였으며, 대상 하천은 낙동강 본류 경남구간 시점 부근인 회천 합류 전부터 낙동강 본류 경남구간 종점 부근인 밀양강 합류 전까지의 경남 오염총량관리 기본계획 시 구축된 모형 매개변수를 바탕으로 분석을 수행하였다. 일차오차분석을 이용하여 수리매개변수와 수질매개변수의 수질항목별 상대적 기여도를 파악해 본 결과, 수리매개변수는 DO, BOD, 유기질소, 유기인 모든 항목에 일정 정도의 상대적 기여도를 가지고 있는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이로부터 수질 모형의 적용 시 수리 매개변수 또한 수질 매개변수의 추정 시와 같이 보다 세심한 주의를 기울여 추정할 필요가 있을 것으로 판단된다.변화와 기흉 발생과의 인과관계를 확인하고 좀 더 구체화하기 위한 연구가 필요할 것이다.게 이루어질 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.는 초과수익률이 상승하지만, 이후로는 감소하므로, 반전거래전략을 활용하는 경우 주식투자기간은 24개월이하의 중단기가 적합함을 발견하였다. 이상의 행태적 측면과 투자성과측면의 실증결과를 통하여 한국주식시장에 있어서 시장수익률을 평균적으로 초과할 수 있는 거래전략은 존재하므로 이러한 전략을 개발 및 활용할 수 있으며, 특히, 한국주식시장에

  • Leveraged buyouts (LBO) means the acquisition of a company using bonds and loans. There are the prolific volumes of LBO transactions in the international M&A markets, and its influence to the financial market is increasingly huge. However, there are very few LBO transaction in the domestic M&A market and there are also few researches in this field due to the private nature of LBO transactions. Once a company is privatized through a LBO transaction, it is not so long before it is relisted on the stock exchange or it is resold to a third-party investor. In order to repay the borrowed money, an LBO investor may decide to end a company's private status through an exit via an initial public offering (IPO) or a takeover. In this paper, we expand Kaplan's study on the organizational status of post leveraged buyout (LBO) transaction. We find that there is a significant change starting 1986. Most notably, fewer LBOs remain private, the median holding period of the LBO was cut in half to 3.2 years and of those that exit, IPO exits had significantly shorter holding periods. Regression analysis shows that good market conditions lengthen the holding period of a LBO investment whereas the size of the transaction shortens it.

  • In SS branch of Korea District Heating Corporation, Combined Heat & Power power plant with 99MW capacity and 98Gcal / h capacity is operated as a district electricity business. In this region, it is difficult to operate the generator due to the problem of surplus heat treatment between June and September due to the economic recession and the decrease in demand, so it is urgent to develop an economical energy new business model. In this study, we will develop an optimized operation model by introducing a renewable energy hybrid system based on actual operation data of this site. In particular, among renewable energy sources, fuel cell (Fuel Cell) power generation which can generate heat and electricity at the same time with limited location constraints, photovoltaic power generation which is representative renewable energy, ESS (Energy Storage System). HOMER (Hybrid Optimization of Multiple Energy Resources) program was used to select the optimal model. As a result of the economic analysis, 99MW CHP combined cycle power generation is the most economical in terms of net present cost (NPC), but 99MW CHP in terms of carbon emission trading and renewable energy certificate And 5MW fuel cells, and 521kW of solar power to supply electricity and heat than the supply of electricity and heat by 99MW CHP cogeneration power, it was shown that it is economically up to 247.5 billion won. we confirmed the results of the improvement of the zone electricity business condition by introducing the fuel cell and the renewable energy hybrid system as the optimization process model.

Investigations on the Financial Determinants of Profitability for Korean Chaebol Firms by applying Conditional Quantile Regression (CQR) Model (국내 재벌기업들의 수익성관련 분위회귀모형 상 재무적 결정요인 분석)

  • This study investigated one of the contemporary issues in the Korean capital market and two hypotheses of concern were tested on the financial determinants of profitability for the firms belonging to the Korean chaebols during the era of the post-global financial turmoil. The first hypothesis applying conditional quantile regression (CQR) estimation provided the evidence that leverage ratio, fixed asset utilization, and foreign ownership among the nine quantitative explanatory variables, had overall statistical significance relative to the book-valued profitability measure, while additional variables such as a firm's size, fixed and a proxy for the type of exchange market showed their strong impacts on the market-valued profitability indicator. Concerning the formulated 'extended' DuPont system, only two components of EBITDAEBIT and EMULTIPLIER revealed their prominent influence on ROE (Return on Equity) over the two tested periods (the years 2008 and 2012).

  • In advanced mobile devices environment, the market share of mobile application has been increased. Among various mobile services, Location-based Service (LBS) is an important feature to increase user motivation related to purchase intention on mobile. However, individual privacy has also increased as an important problem for invasion of privacy and information leakage while too many LBS based applications (App) rapidly launched in the App market. In this study, we focused on perceived values of LBS App users who use Apps related to recommending best restaurants in China and South Korea. The purpose of this study is to identify important factors for perceived value when users provide personal information for LBS service provider. The result of this study is follows: perceived value can increase while LBS customers can more control self-information and information useability. Also information ability of users affected perceived values for LBS Apps. Also users' app user ability and perceived value were effects on privacy revenue. In addtion, perceived weakness of users and perceived value increased privacy threat.

  • This study examined the factors influencing foreign direct investment(FDI) in OECD countries where Korea is a target country. The differences in the cultural distances of host and home countries and the difference in the perceptions of corruption have been used to identify the factors affecting foreign direct investment. As a result of the study, it was found that there are differences in foreign direct investment according to cultural dimension and corruption perceptions index. Foreign direct investment may increase or decrease depending on the cultural tendency and the higher the perceptions of corruption, the more active the investment. The smaller the power distance between host country and home country in the factors affecting foreign direct investment, the larger the number of investments and the larger the size of individualism versus collectivism. Foreign direct investment increased when the investing country's corruption perceptions index was high. The results of this study confirm that cultural and corruption perceptions can affect trade transactions. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the cultural tendency and the cultural distance in the trade transaction by confirming that the degree of culture and corruption perceptions can affect the trade transaction. And that it can influence trade and economic growth by appropriately managing social variables such as public corruption.

  • A variety of O2O (Online to Offline) services such as Uber, Airbnb, and KakaoTaxi that create new values by connecting offline and online have emerged in the world. O2O services support the convenience of online services and the real-life capability of offline services simultaneously. Thanks to the development of ICTs such as mobility, IoT (Internet of Things), Fin-tech, and big data technologies, the market size of O2O industry is growing very rapidly. This paper reviews various O2O services and industry trends in Korea. In addition, important issues on O2O services and industry promotion are reviewed and presented. Specifically, legislative issues regulating the O2O industry in Korea, interest conflicts between new O2O platform providers and existing traditional offline service providers, current technology infrastructures for O2O services, and negative or side effects of O2O services are reviewed and summarized. Finally, comprehensive policy directions are proposed based on these reviewed issues. It is expected that the proposed policy directions would be adopted by the government and this research could consequently contribute to strengthening the competitiveness of the O2O industry in Korea.

  • This research suggests improvement strategies for the problems of 'public housing supplied through the purchase of existing house' by understanding the situation of supply to lowest income class in Seoul where there are many demands. Due to the heavy housing expenditure burden, in spite of the fact that the needs for affordable housings are increasing, the number of 'public housing supplied through the purchase of existing house' which has been supplied to Seoul by LH & SH has decreased since 2009. It is caused by the low standard purchasing price set by government especially Seoul. Since 'the public housing supplied through the purchase of existing house' is targeted for indigenous inhabitants, different supply stocks among different regions cause equity problem. Generally regions with low income class are in short supply, on the contrary the supply is especially concentrated specific regions in outskirts of Seoul. The main reason of such new supply stagnation and regional concentration is the low standard purchasing price. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the government's standard price according to the actual transaction price. Also it is needed to associate actual transaction price's increasing rate with the government's standard price. The housing supply based on demands must be established. In addition, the provision of 'public housing supplied through the purchase of existing house' should be expanded to low-middle income inhabitants and low income youth in the regions where the supply of the affordable housing excess demands.

  • This study analyzed Korean Fair Trade Commission's judgemental cases of cartels in telecommunications and media industry and presented the following results. First, cartels were formed frequently in multi-channel broadcasting industry, telecommunications industry, movie industry, and newspaper industry. In addition, price-fixing were observed in almost all subfield of telecommunications and media industry. Second, administrative guidance facilitated more opportunities for collusion in the telecommunications industry than in the media industry. Third, the telecommunications and media industry, similar to overall domestic industries, had a high proportion of hard-core cartels. Fourth, the depth of judgemental case in evaluating agreements among competitors was generally low, even though detail evaluations were found in the cases of large fines. Fifth, the overall level of sanctions was relatively low.

  • B2B e-commerce guarantee service is a guarantee service combining the electronic systems among Korea Credit Guarantee Fund(KCGF), banks and e-marketplaces to process all procedures on internet ranging from application for credit guarantee, issue of written guarantee and contracting for a commerce to payment. B2B e-commerce guarantee service plays as an intermediary role in financial support for small and mediumsized enterprise(SME), which are small size, low credit level, and unfavorable status in many aspects compared to major companies. Despite the B2B e-commerce guarantee service has various advantages conducive to promotion of e-commerce among small and medium businesses as well as development of e-commerce itself, it has yet to be diffused due to lack of acknowledgement, misunderstanding of its functions and vague psychological fear of the on-line settlement. Thus, this study identifies the values and effects of the B2B e-commerce guarantee service using financial data and cases. The process of this study is 4 phase. first phase is analysis of B2B e-commerce guarantee service and e-Marketplace. second phase is analysis of performance from the Perspective of Diverse Participants. third phase is analysis of economic performance and support for SME. last phase is policy suggestions and conclusion.
