Development of 3D Underground Utilities Processing and Partial Update Automation Technology - Focused on 3D Underground Geospatial Map - (3차원 지하시설물 가공 및 부분갱신 자동화 기술개발 - 지하공간통합지도 중심으로 -)

  • As cities expand and underground utilities construction projects increase, there is an urgent need for a technology capable of analyzing the underground utilities network in 3D. Since 2015, 3D Underground Geospatial Map project, that has been integrating 15 types of underground information such as underground utilities, underground structures, and ground information, is in progress in S. Korea. However, the construction of 3D underground facilities is currently based on manual work and the logic for building a 3D model is very complicated. And it takes a lot of time and cost to process millions of large amounts of data per local governments. By presenting a framework on the processing and partial updating of the 3D underground utilities model, this paper aims to establish a plan to quickly build a 3D underground utility model at a minimum cost. The underground utilities processing and partial update automation technologies developed in this study are expected to be immediately applied to the 3D Underground Geospatial Map project.

Update for Building Layers of Digital Map Using LiDAR Data and Aerial Images (LiDAR자료와 항공영상을 이용한 수치지형도 건물레이어 갱신)

  • As NGIS project has been implemented in 1995 and effectiveness of geospatial information increased, Digital maps serve several purpose in administrative, living, and the variety of industrial fields. But, Digital maps have difficulties in application of managing urban facilities due to many differences with real world information caused by high update cost and long generation period. This paper suggests an update method of building layers of digital map in urban area; first, we verify the filtered building information using digital areal imagery and LiDAR data which is high-accurate and also can be faster and more economical in 3D information acquisition, and finally update building layers by comparing with the existed digital map. Future research will concentrate on automatic removal of the small and the tree regions, discrimination of buildings and vegetation for generating and updating building layers using LiDAR data.

  • In recent years, as the number of ground subsidence has increased nationwide, the latest and usefulness of underground information for underground space development and underground safety management has become more important than ever. However, the 3D Underground Geospatial Map project, which started in 2015, has a problem with the manual-based long-term update system. This research paper overcomes these limitations and automatically updates the 3D CAD/GIS-based integrated management of underground structures that can be managed automatically from a full-cycle perspective of underground structure data management such as processing, transformation, updating, management, and visualization of 2D/3D underground structure data. If this technology is applied, it is possible to integrate processing and update management of the existing complex 3D construction logic of underground structures in one system, and it is expected that it can be used for underground space development and underground safety management as a foundation technology for automatic update of underground structures data.

  • Recently, the technology of autonomous driving, one of the core of the fourth industrial revolution, is developing, but sensor-based autonomous driving is showing limitations, such as accidents in unexpected situations, To compensate for this, HD-map is being used as a core infrastructure for autonomous driving, and interest in the public and private sectors is increasing, and various studies and technology developments are being conducted to secure the latest and accuracy of HD-map. Currently, NGII will be newly built in urban areas and major roads across the country, including the metropolitan area, where self-driving cars are expected to run, and is working to minimize data error rates through quality verification. Therefore, this study analyzes the spatial relationship of reference objects in the attribute structuring process for rapid and accurate renewal and production of HD-map under construction by NGII, By applying the attribute input automation methodology of the reference object in which spatial relations are established using the library of open source-based PyQGIS, target sites were selected for each road type, such as high-speed national highways, general national highways, and C-ITS demonstration sections. Using the attribute automation tool developed in this study, it took about 2 to 5 minutes for each target location to automatically input the attributes of the spatial relationship reference object, As a result of automation of attribute input for reference objects, attribute input accuracy of 86.4% for high-speed national highways, 79.7% for general national highways, 82.4% for C-ITS, and 82.8% on average were secured.

  • LIDAR의 표고점 데이터는 건물, 수목 등의 개체를 구성하는 비지면점과 순수한 지표면을 나타내는 지면점들이 섞여있기 때문에 이들을 분리하는 과정이 필요하다. 지금까지 연구된 방법들은 몇 가지 입력 요소가 필요하여 완전 자동화를 이루지는 못하고 있으며, 다양한 크기의 개체를 동시에 자동으로 찾아내기 어렵고 경사진 지형에 대해서는 적용하기 어려운 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 원 데이터의 동일 스캔 라인 상에 존재하는 이웃 점들 간의 경사를 이용하여 입력 요소를 최소화하여 개체를 추출하고자 한다. 이웃하는 두 점플 간의 경사를 이용하여 비지면점을 탐지하여 이웃하는 지면점의 높이 값으로 대체하며 갱신된 값을 바로 다음 연산에 반영시킴으로써 윈도우를 사용하거나 그룹화 할 필요가 없다. 또한 갱신된 값을 전파시키기 때문에 복잡한 지붕을 가지는 건물도 추출할 수가 있다. 이와 같은 연산을 두 방향에 대하여 수행하여 경사진 지형에 대하여 적용할 수 있도록 하였으며 천안과 마산지역에 대하여 테스트를 수행하였다.

  • 데이터베이스는 매우 복잡한 성격을 지니고 있으며, 일반적으로 한 조직의 모든 데이터를 모아놓으므로 대형화되는 것이 보통이다. 따라서 데이터베이스는 항시 많은 데이터들이 생성 및 갱신을 반복한다. 이에 데이터베이스의 구성요소인 객체 또한 생성 및 변경을 거듭한다. 즉, 이러한 데이터의 증가 및 갱신으로 인하여 처음 생성되었을 때의 객고의 성능 및 저장 공간에 대한 이용은 향후 지속적인 관리가 없이는 보장받지 못한다. 이에 데이터베이스를 관리하는 사람들은 많은 인적 물적 자원을 할애하여 객체를 관리하고 최적의 상태로 만들기 위하여 노력한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 일련의 행위들들 시스템에서 자동으로 자원을 수집하고 수집된 자원을 분석하여 시스템 특성을 반영한 관리기준에 부합하는 객체를 선별하여, 온라인 REORG(on-line reorganization) 작업을 통한 객체의 관리를 자동화 하여 보다 안정적인 데이터베이스 관리 및 데이터베이스의 관리의 효율성을 높이고. 데이터베이스 관리자의 생산성을 향상시키는데 기여 하고자 한다.

Development of Drawing Processing Tool Program and Establishment Strategy of 3D Underground Structures based on Standardized Drawings (표준도 기반의 3차원 지하구조물 구축 방안 및 도면가공 툴 프로그램 개발)

  • In order to respond and prevent underground safety accidents, the Korean government has been preparing a submitting completion drawing web system project for converting the current manual-based 3D Underground Geospatial Map construction and its update system to an automation-based 3D underground information construction. However, research on standard drawings required for the automatic update of 3D underground structures is insufficient, so detailed research is needed. In this research paper, a standard map-based 3D underground structure construction plan was presented for the six types of underground structures constituting the 3D Underground Geospatial Map, enabling rapid and accurate drawing data creation and systematically 3D underground structure drawing data could be managed. In addition, we developed a 3D construction drawing tool that can be used in underground information practice so that ordinary CAD program users can easily produce processing drawings. The results derived from this paper are expected to be major reference materials for the establishment of standard frameworks and practical application guidelines for the construction of 3D underground structures in the future.

  • 자동차제조에 있어서의 용접은 신뢰성 양산과 생력화에 대응하여 접합 조립하는 방법으로 특이한 분야를 형성하여 발전되었다. 예를 들면, 자동차의 생산은 기본적으로 양산체제를 갖추고 있 어서, 일반적으로 노동집약형 산업이라고 불리어지며 그 제조공정을 보면 stamping press 공정과 같이 용접공정도 비교적 장치산업적인 분야로 빠르게 자동화나 성인화 내지 무인화로 진행되고 있다. 자동차용접은 사람이 portable spot welder로 한점씩 용접하지만 양산에 대비한 합리화와 안정화를 위하여 다점용접 (multi spot weld)라는 자동화공법의 도입이 불가피하며 금일의 자 동차생산에 있어서 상식화가 되고 있다. 이것은 한개의 차체라면 차형의 대조 또는 press panel의 수에 따라 차이가 조금 있으나 약 4-5 천점의 점용접이 필요하기 때문에 여러 가지 반송장치와 조합하여 대규모의 line설비로 발전되어 가고 있다. 이와 같이 용접공정의 자동화는 생산성을 높이는 반면에 전용성이 높기 때문에 설계변경에 대한 초기투자의 용접설비 대부분을 갱신하여야 하는 새로운 투자의 필요문제가 증대되었다. 이러한 전용설비에 대한 유연성을 가미한 자동차로 지향되어, 그 한 방법으로 산업용 robot가 도입되었다. 근래에 와서는 자동차제조에 있어서 새 로운 용접기술을 합리적으로 효과있게 적용하는 기술이 금후의 연구과제라 하겠다.

A Study on the problems of the AACR2R in the OPAC (OPAC에서의 AACR2R의 문제 고찰)

  • As the OPAC has been changed by the automation of library catalog, AACR2 recognized as internationally standardized Cataloging Rules, and MARC transforming to automation program have some partial irrationality. In this study, I presented the methodology improving practically and specifically Cataloging Rules adjusted to Online environment, especially centering on AACR2R, after I reviewed the literature asserting a criticism and a renewal of AACR2 and MARC.

  • Developed a service platform technology for automated that analyze the fire-fighting vulnerable area and equipped a map online. As a result, it is possible to provide the information necessary for the vulnerable area of the fire-fighting activity online. If progress on the study of the utilized service, it is possible to reduce the Golden Time of the fire fighting field. In this study, Confirmed the technical viability satisfactory to the management and service expansion improvements to fire-fighting vulnerable area.
