State of the Art of Virtual Construction System based on 3D Object for Design Phase (설계단계 활용을 위한 3D객체기반 가상건설시스템 개발 현황)

  • Recently, construction management technology based on information technology is being changed from numerical information management to visual information management with virtual reality (VR) method. This study suggests a IDEF0 model for development process of VR system for the planning, design and construction phases of civil engineering project. And the simulation functions by each phase based on VR were developed by using the suggested IDEF0 model. The developed virtual construction system can be used as an effective design review tool by visualization of design information based on 3D object.

  • Assuming that the knowledge creation and retrieval functions could be the most important factors for a successful knowledge management(KM) especially during the promotion stage of KM, this study suggests an e-learning application as one of best methods for producing knowledge and also the integrated knowledge repository model in which learning, knowledge. and information objects can be semantically associated through topic map-based knowledge map. The traditional KM system provides a simple directory-based knowledge map. which can not provide the semantic links between topics or objects. The proposed model can be utilized as a solution to solve the above-mentioned disadvantages of the traditional models. In order to collect the basic data for the proposed model, first, case studies utilizing interviews and surveys were conducted targeting at three Korean insurance companies' knowledge managers(or e-learning managers) and librarians. Second, the related studies and other topic map-based pilot systems were investigated.

  • 본 연구는 RC 공정을 대상으로 하여 핵물질 계량을 위한 실시간 정보관리 시스템 모형을 설계하였으며 개발기구는 PC상에서 C언어를 이용한 Nexpert Object를 이용하였다. 전문가 시스템을 이용한 계량관리 시스템은 다중 상속성을 갖는 규칙과 임의 객체를 포함한 객체들로써 Nexpert Object의 개발 환경에서 지식 기반이 설계되었다. 설계된 지식 기반은 Nexpert Object Protected Mode의 운영 환경에서 무한한 양의 정보관리가 신속 정확히 이루어질 수있었다.

  • 본 연구는 웹상에서 삼차원 객체들을 쉽게 생성시킬 수 있는 중요한 방법 중의 하나가 VRML에 의한 방법이다. 본 연구에서는 웹기반 환경하의 삼차원 객체의 생성 및 이동 또는 변형에 대한 시뮬레이션기법을 다룬다. 간단한 부품을 웹상에 표현하기 위해 제작 도구를 이용하여 작성한 프로그램을 VRML 파일로 변환하여 작성한 예를 제시하고 이때 발생되는 문제점과 이에 대한 해결 방안을 제시한다.

  • 근래에 들어와서 소프트웨어 개발 방법론에 있어 소프트웨어의 재사용 및 유지보수를 위한 여러 방안이 제시되었다. 이를 위해 분석 및 설계에 초점을 두어 여러 객체 지향적인 개발방안이 나왔는데, 일반적으로 컴포넌트를 기반으로 모형화하고 있으며, 이에 대한 연구가 현재 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 개발 과정에서 컴포넌트를 기반으로 소프트웨어 구조를 설계하고, 모형 화하기 위한 도구로 HappyWork을 구현하였으며, 이를 기술하기 위한 언어로 HWL(HappyWork Language)을 만들었다. 우리는 이를 이용해 소프트웨어를 구조적인 차원에서 심도 있게 분석하고 성능을 평가해 보고자 한다.

  • The software Process can be defined as the set of activities, rules, procedures, techniques and tools used within the production of software. A software process model is a conceptual representation of a real world software Process and can be described by process programming languages. In this paper, we present the language constructs of SimFlex designed for object-based software process programming. The design of SimFlex is based on the object concept, so that it can model complex software processes concisely both in syntax and semantics. Since the language constructs of SimFlex are derived from the analysis of major PSEEs and their associated process programming languages, SimFlex includes the core characteristics required for a desirable object-based process programming language. In addition, SimFlex is designed to act as a template software process definition language which could be included in specific PSEEs through customization appropriate to those PSEEs.

Extraction of 3D Objects Around Roads Using MMS LiDAR Data (MMS LiDAR 자료를 이용한 도로 주변 3차원 객체 추출)

  • Making precise 3D maps using Mobile Mapping System (MMS) sensors are essential for the development of self-driving cars. This paper conducts research on the extraction of 3D objects around the roads using the point cloud acquired by the MMS Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) sensor through the following steps. First, the digital surface model (DSM) is generated using MMS LiDAR data, and then the slope map is generated from the DSM. Next, the 3D objects around the roads are identified using the slope information. Finally, 97% of the 3D objects around the roads are extracted using the morphological filtering technique. This research contributes a plan for the application of automated driving technology by extracting the 3D objects around the roads using spatial information data acquired by the MMS sensor.

  • This Pager presents an object-oriented analysis and design for Remote Examination System on Internet. The UML is used for describing the process of analyzing and designing the system. The system is composed of the parts: Question Generation part that professors make questions, Question Answer part that students answer the questions. By object-oriented analysis and design, the system inherits the advantages of object-oriented methodology. All the results are retained on database on server-side. This system can be integrated with the Cyber-University System, and substituted for off-line paper-based tests or adopted to on-line poll applications on Internet.

  • To build the consistency among different metadata systems and to increase the interoperability of that systems even among different domains, naming rules and glossaries for the data elements are necessary. This study provides discussion of naming and identification of the data element concept, data element, conceptual domain, value domain, and its meta model. This study also describes example naming conventions based on ontology derived from the combination with object, properties, and representation of data elements. The naming principles and rules described in this study use I-R analysis, DC metadata set, and SHOE 1.0 as an example of the scientific documents. This study would be a guideline to build the naming rules of metadata based on ontology in various domains.

  • e-Learning 컨텐트 설계에 있어 객체지향기법에 근간한 학습객체 기반 설계에 많은 관심이 모아지고 있다. 학습객체는 기존의 컨텐트가 하나의 커다란 덩어리로 이루어져 있어 동일한 내용에 관해서도 많은 코스들이 생성되었던 재사용성의 문제를 해결하며 상호운용성, 접근성. 내구성 등의 잇점을 제시하고 있다. 이러한 학습객체는 레고모형에 비유되어 각각의 학습자마다 서로 다른 조합의 코스를 제공한다고 하지만, 현재의 시퀀싱된 형태는 CBT 수준의 분기수준에 머물러 있다. 본 연구에서는 개별화 학습을 지원할 수 있는 시퀀싱 설계를 위하여 학습객체 구조의 관점에서 접근하며, 이러한 학습 설계에 기초가 되는 학습객체의 기본 구조를 제안하고자 한다.
