This study is to explore how the employees of tourist hotels perceive moderate room rates and price acceptance. Sampling was taken among employees for deluxe hotels at Yusong in Daejeon. A total of 150 samples were distributed and 124 valid samples were selected for this research. Answers were processed by SPSS 15.0 after data coding. The results of study are as follows; First, annual average sales price of hotel rooms is \99,223, and the rack rates take up 49.7% of the transaction rates. Second, the rack rates which many employees think moderate are in the range of $50.09{\sim}75.13%(\100,000{\sim}150,000)$ of the rack rates. Third, many employees consider $40.07{\sim}50.09%(\80,000{\sim}100,000)$ of the rack rates as the moderate acceptability rates. Finally, the differences of fair rates by age and annual income were noticeable. These hotels ought to narrow the gap between rack rates and transaction rates. This study has a meaning to draw up a new plan for the room rate policy.

Aviation industry, which is highly dependent on human resources, emphasizes airline's human resources management and performance check because quality of services provided to customers is closely related to airline's employees. Because roles of cabin crews take a significant portion of services provided to customers, airlines and cabin crews represent an inseparable relationship. Attitudes of cabin crews who plays the role of facing and dealing with customers directly in the process of providing flight related services are an essential factor that determines an image of an airline and actually have significant impact on the performance as well. By increasing performance satisfaction of cabin crews, organizational loyalty can be strengthened and such successful human resources management could have a positive effect on increasing customer satisfaction as well as revenues. From corporate's perspective, performance satisfaction of an employee is a crucial factor that decides the quality of service provided to customers that supports employee retention as well as client retention. This can eventually lead to organization loyalty that can positively affect overall work performance. Thus if corporates put efforts in and invests to improve and develop favorable attitudes and service quality within employees, performance satisfaction and organizational goals will be more effectively achieved.

본 연구는 해양플랜트 지원선 중 작업자들에게 전용거주시설을 제공하는 생활바지선 거주구공간계획에 관한 연구이다. 생활바지선의 거주구는 '작업자영역', '서비스영역', '승무원영역', '업무영역'으로 공간을 분류할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 현재 사용되고 있는 10척의 생활바지선 일반배치도(GA)를 조사하여 거주공간특성을 분석하였다. 또한 해양플랜트 거주구 설계시 가장 많이 참조되는 ABS, NORSOK 등 해외선급협회에서 제시하는 해양플랜트 거주구 공간설계지침을 분석하여 생활바지선에서 거주구 공간계획에 적용하기위한 설계지침을 제시하였다. 그리고 생활바지선 거주구 설계모델을 설정하고 모델을 대상으로 데크별 공간배치와 동선을 계획하였다. 마지막으로 거주구 설계모델의 객실, 식당, 주방, 휴게공간 그리고 위생시설 등 주요공간을 대상으로 공간계획을 실시하고 계획안을 제시하였다. 최근 국내 조선업계에서도 생활바지선에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있으나 거주구 공간설계기술의 부족으로 외국 설계업체에 의존하고 있는 형편이다. 따라서 우선 한국선급협회에서 본 연구결과를 기초 생활바지선 거주구 공간계획을 위한 설계지침을 시급히 만들어야만 한다.

본 연구를 통해 e-business 웹사이트에서 사용자의 입력에 사용되는 어느 정도 표준화된 인터페이스 디자인들을 실험을 통해 비교하고 최적의 사용법을 알아내었다. 풀다운 메뉴, 텍스트 입력 창, 리스트, 라디오 버튼 등의 입력 디자인(도구)들이 실험에 사용되었으며 이들은 호텔 객실의 예약 웹사이트 시뮬레이션을 통해 비교되었다. 실험 결과 사용자의 입력 선택 사양이 4가지 이상인 경우 전문가에겐 텍스트 입력 창이 입력시간을 줄여주고 일반 사용자에게는 풀다운 메뉴가 사용성 측면에서 효율적임을 알 수 있었다. 단지 두 가지의 선택 사양이 존재할 경우엔 만족도, 유연성, 단순성을 고려했을 땐 리스트가 우수하며 사용 편의성 면에선 라디오 버튼이 최적의 인터페이스로 나타났다. 연구 결과를 사용자의 데이터 입력이 필요한 인터렉티브한 웹사이트의 디자인에 적용할 경우 경제적 효율과 사용성을 증대시킬 것이다.

Crashworthiness design is of special interest in automotive industry and in the transportation safety field to ensure the vehicle structural integrity and more importantly the occupant safety in the event of the crash. Front side assembly is one of the most important energy absorbing components in relating to the crashworthiness design of vehicle. The structure and shape of the front side assemblies are different depending on automakers. Thus, it is not easy to grab an insight on designer's intention when you glance at a new front side member without experiences. In this paper, we have performed the explicit nonlinear dynamic finite element analysis on the front side assembly of a passenger car to identify the mechanical roles of each part of the assembly and to enhance the absorbing energy from the viewpoint of reverse engineering.

The number of foreign cabin crews consist of 7% of total crews in K-airline, of which Chinese crews are of 38%. The number of foreign crews are 433 from 10 countries as of the end of July 2012. The airline has continued to hire foreign cabin crews to increase efficiency of human resourcing qualified flight attendants. This paper tried to do empirical research through SEM(Structural Equation Model) to overview confirmatory factors and course effects integrally. Cultural stress, aggressive coping, social support and job adaption have been chosen to be a factors. Especially, the SEM was set to show indirect effects of cultural stress and aggressive coping through social support to the dependant variable, job adaptation. According to the analysis result, cultural stress has a direct negative effect on job adaptation. Aggressive coping has also a direct positive effect on job adaptation. It has also proven cultural stress and aggressive coping has a indirect effect to job adaptation through social support. This paper is expect to contribute to develop such training and administrative programs as enhancing foreign crews' job adaptability and managing them effectively.

The noise reduction is important one of considerations in the process of a civil aircraft development program. External noise sources are classified into an air-born source and a structure-born source. Among these noise sources, the most affected noise source into a cabin is the air-born noise source from an engine or propeller. The external noise is transmitted into the cabin through the fuselage structure of airplane which are composed of an fuselage structure, an interior trim panel and an acoustic insulation layer between an fuselage structure and an interior trim panel. Therefore, appropriate fuselage structure and acoustic insulation layer is very important to reduce the internal noise level. In this paper, the vibro-acoustic coupled analysis of the cabin noise of the 80~90 seats regional turboprop aircraft is carried out to validate the acoustic analysis method using Direct BEM and FEM. The sound pressure level onto the fuselage skin is acquired by fan-source noise analysis using BEM, and which sound pressure is used as acoustic noise source in vibro-acoustic noise analysis for cabin noise analysis using FEM.

경포호는 우리나라의 대표적인 자연호수이자 대관령과 더불어 강릉을 상징하는 대표적인 관광지이다. 거울같이 맑아서 '경호(鏡湖)'라고도 한 경포호수를 두고 송강 정철은 관동별곡에서 "이보다 갖춘 데 또 어디 있단 말인가"라고 할만큼 빼어난 경관을 자랑한다. 이처럼 자연경관이 뛰어난 경포 해수욕장 일원에 강원도에선 유일한 6성급 호텔에 준하는 '씨마크 호텔(경포대 현대호텔)'이 오는 6월 26일 그랜드 오픈을 한다. 현대중공업이 조성 중인 경포대 현대호텔은 강문동 옛 현대호텔 부지(5만$144m^2$)에 지상 15층, 지하 4층 규모로 150개의 객실과 컨벤션센터, 야외공연장, 수영장, 전시장, 한옥호텔 등을 갖추고 있다. 우리나라 호텔 중 가장 아름다운 해변경관을 갖췄다는 평가를 받고 있는 경포대 현대호텔은 세계적인 건축가로 꼽히는 리처드 마이어와 제임스 코너가 설계를 맡아 화제를 모았었다. 특히 리차드 마이어의 백색 건축물은 강릉 앞바다의 풍경과 어우러져 아름다운 절경을 만들어냈다고 평가받고 있다. 오는 2018년 평창에서 개최되는 동계올림픽이 열리면 약 30분 거리에 겨울바다를 조망할 수 있는 경포대 현대호텔의 대형 연회장에서 다양한 행사를 개최, 경포대를 전 세계에 알릴 수 있는 기회가 될 것이며 숙박난 해소 등 동계올림픽의 성공적인 개최에 이바지할 전망이다. 본지는 5월 30일 준공을 향해 막바지 작업에 심혈을 기울이고 있는 경포대 현대호텔 현장에서 현대건설 손정모 설비공구장과 무경설비(주)[대표 김원열] 유경열 소장을 만났다.

본 논문은 KTX36호(300km/h) 운행시 수집된 검측데이터를 효과적으로 분석하여 유지보수에 활용하기 위한 단락전류의 반파장주기(${\lambda}$/2)에 관한 연구수행 결과를 나타낸다. KTX36호는 현재 하나의 객실을 검측차로 개조하여 운행속도에서 각종 검측을 수행하고 있다. 우리나라의 고속선 궤도회로는 프랑스의 궤도회로와 달리 토공, 교량, 터널 구간으로 나뉘어 있으며, 상용전원 주파수도 프랑스는 50Hz, 우리나라는 60Hz를 사용하고 있어 정보전송을 위해 사용하는 반송주파수도 다르다. 또한 특성임피던스 와 감쇠정수/위상정수를 결정짓는 중요한 변수인 선로정수(R,L,G,C)가 다르기 때문에 KTX36호의 단락전류에 대한 반파장주기(${\lambda}$/2)는 검측데이터를 활용한 유지보수에 있어 매우 중요한 역할을 한다. 본 논문에서는 프랑스에서 사용하는 단락전류의 반파장주기 (${\lambda}$/2)에 대해 언급하고 연구결과 산출된 국내 단락전류의 반파장주기(${\lambda}$/2)를 비교하였다.
