항공기 추락 시 충돌충격단계에서 사상자가 가장 많이 발생하는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 대부분의 경우, 승객들은 두부손상으로 의식을 잃게 되어 비상탈출에 실패하여 사망에 이르게 된다. 이에 대한 대응책으로 항공기 제작사들은 내구성이 강화된 항공기 좌석을 설계 및 제작하여 설치하고 있다. 객실에서는 승객들이 충격방지자세를 취함으로써 부상을 최소화할 수 있다. 승객들에 대한 충격방지자세 안내는 모든 항공사가 시간적 여유가 있는 비상상황에서만 객실승무원이 안내방송과 함께 시범을 보이도록 절차가 수립되어 있다. 그러나 갑작스런 사고의 경우 승객들은 충격방지자세에 대한 정보를 전달받지 못한 상태에서 사상의 위험에 직면하게 된다. 본 논문은 SHEL 모델을 적용하여 승객과 사상자발생 환경, 승객과 충격방지를 위한 안전절차, 승객과 승객안전정보 전달매체, 승객과 객실승무원등의 상호작용에 내재된 위해요소를 체계적으로 규명하고 객실안전에 대한 법규 및 절차 등의 개정을 제시함으써, 항공기사고로 인한 사상자 발생에 대한 근본적인 대안을 제시하여 항공안전 증진에 기여하고자 한다.

High concentration of carbon dioxide at subway cabin is one of the serious environmental concerns because carbon dioxide causes drowsiness, headache, and nervelessness of passengers. Ministry of Environment set a guideline for indoor carbon dioxide levels in train or subway in 2007. In this study, a carbon dioxide removal system for subway cabin was developed and tested using a test subway cabin. Various types of modified zeolites were used as the adsorbent of carbon dioxide. The tested zeolites were applied to the subway cabin, and showed high potential to lower the indoor $CO_2$ level.

Work situational awareness test (WSAT) has been utilized to estimate the fatigue risk of workers who worked with time pressure or latent accident risks at their work environment. Thus researchers decided to use WSAT to estimate fatigue risk of cabin crews of an airline in Korea and to analyze empirically how such risk might have an effect on cabin crew's safety behavior. This was because there had not been enough research on accessing cabin crews' fatigue and analyzing its risk for the flight safety. In addition, the mediation effect of cabin crew's planning was also analyzed through Sobel-test by researchers among external factors such as lack of concentration, attention deficit, distraction and safety behavior. According to empirical analysis, it was found attention deficit and distraction of cabin crews due to fatigue during the flight had a significant negative effect on their planning. Planning was also proven to have mediation effect to cabin crew's safety behavior.

한진 중공업은 상용 운행 속도 200km/h로 중국 광주-형양간 운행을 목적으로 하는 고속열차를 개발하여 제작을 완료하였다. 중국 철도부 측에서는 한진 고속 열차의 객실 내 소음 수준이 운행 최고 속도에서 65 dBA이하이도록 요구하였으며, 당 연구소에서는 외부 소음원을 가정하여 다양한 실험 및 해석을 통하여 객실 내 소음 수준을 예측하여 이를 설계에 반영토록 하였다.

최근 사회 전반에서 직업인식에 대한 고정관념이 점점 얕아지고 성별이나 사회적 통념과는 상관없이 자신의 적성에 맞는 직업을 택하는 사회적 변화가 일어나고 있다. 특히 최근 항공업계에서는 대표적인 여성 직업 중 하나로 인식되던 항공사 객실승무원이 되기를 희망하는 남성들이 많아지고 있고, 남성 객실승무원의 채용규모 역시 폭발적으로 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 그러나 기존 연구들을 살펴보면 객실승무원이 겪는 일반적인 스트레스요인들과 직무만족, 조직몰입과의 관계를 연구한 논의는 꾸준히 있어왔지만, 그러한 스트레스들이 남승무원/여승무원이라는 성별 차이에 따른 비교연구는 전무했다. 이에 본 연구는 역할스트레스를 구성하고 있는 요인들이 남승무원/여승무원이라는 조절변수에 따라 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 연구모형을 구성하고 실증연구를 시행한다.

항공 사고는 첨단 항공 기술의 발달로 꾸준히 감소해 왔지만, 여전히 발생하고 있다. 조종사는 목적지 공항까지 안전하고 효율적으로 비행하기 위해 위협과 오류를 관리해야 한다. 조종사에게 영향을 미치는 위협은 환경적 위협과 항공사 위협으로 나눌 수 있으며, 환경사위협에는 객실 위협이 포함된다. 조종사와 객실 승무원은 정상적인 운항 중에는 협력이 필요하며, 비상시에는 안전한 비행을 위해 효과적인 협력이 절대적으로 필요하다. 조종사가 비행 중에 간섭이나 작업 흐름의 중단이 발생할 때 에러를 할 가능성이 높아진다. 항공사들은 안전 운항을 방해할 수 있는 객실위협의 종류를 적극적으로 식별하고 분석하여, 조종사들이 안전한 비행을 유지하기 위해서 위협을 관리하도록 절차 및 훈련을 개선해야 한다. 본 연구는 안전관리시스템(SMS)의 안전도구인 LOSA(Line Operation Safety Audit)를 기반으로 기내위협의 유형을 파악하고, 항공사들에게 조종실위협 관리를 체계적으로 개선하는 데 필요한 객실위협과 간섭에 대한 자료를 제공하고자 한다.

항공사가 매년 정기적으로 수행하고 있는 정기 안전 교육 프로그램(Safety Training Programs)을 통한 객실승무원의 안전인식(Safe Recognition) 변화와 직접적인 사고 발생 시 즉시 행동으로 연계되는 안전행동(Safety Behavior)을 연구하여 항공안전의 목표를 달성하고, 사고를 방지하여 항공사의 신뢰도를 향상시키고 다른산업에서 직원안전교육을 수행할 경우 안전교육의 내용,절차, 횟수등을 제시하는 지표로 활용하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 항공사 객실승무원의 안전 교육 프로그램이 객실승무원 안전인식과 행동에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 안전인식이 정기안전교육 프로그램과 안전행동의 관계에 있어서 매개효과(mediating effect)가 있는지 파악해보고자 한다.

In this study for the purpose of providing the basic data for airline cabin service improvement and efficient crew management. The relationship on team effectiveness and team performance according to the quality of airline cabin crew team LMX(Leader-Member Exchange) and TMX(Team-Member Exchange) was verified. The findings from the analysis shows the closer team leader and team members have quality exchange relationship the more the cabin crews will team commitment and team satisfaction. The conclusion is drawn that increased team effectiveness(satisfaction and commitment) enhances team performance as well. Therefore, based on the results of the study on airline cabin crew team operation system, the team leader and team members should come up with specific scheme to establish quality exchange relationship and to maintain the relationship.

The Comodo-Hotel situated in Jung-gu, Susan has elements the Korean traditional culture, but there is problem that these elements is not applied to room interior. Therefore, hotel room remodeling applied to Aesthetic Attributes of the Korea Traditional does so that tourists do it so that may experience our culture familiarly and advances continuously and preserves and inherits our culture together and become universal culture. Target hotel room chooses by Standard-double, Deluxe-twin, Semi-Suite-ondol three type and applies modernity and Traditional characteristics of Korean culture variously and proposes interior remodeling.

The study empirically investigates the effect of mindfulness on their job satisfaction and organizational commitment of flight attendants focused on the mediating effect of job satisfaction between mindfulness and organizational commitment. Data was collected at Incheon and Jeju international airport from flight attendants working on international flight of domestic airlines. The results of this study reveal that concentration among the sub-factors of mindfulness had positive effects on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. And job satisfaction partially mediated between the sub-factor of mindfulness and organizational commitment. In order for flight attendants to avoid habitual behaviors and to increase concentration while on duty, it is important to work together to remind one another of next step of service that immediately follows and complete a checklist at the end of each step of service.
