저소득계층 주거 공간 화재안전성 강화를 위한 연구 (A Study on Reinforcement of Fire Safety in Residential Spaces of Low-Income Classes)

  • 연구목적: 저소득계층의 주거공간인 고시원을 중심으로 화재안전성의 향상이라는 부분에 목적을 두었다. 연구방법: 화재 발생 및 피해 과정에서 나타나는 문제점을 다시 한 번 검증하는 한편, 사각지대에 대한 제도적인 논의를 통해 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 연구결과: 고시원화재의 위험성을 살펴본 결과, 객실 내부에서 발생하는 화재발생 원인은 다양하게 나타날 수 있으나 좁은 객실로 인한 열축적에 의한 복사열 가능성이 높고 의류 및 가재도구 등으로 인해 화재 확산 가능성도 상당하다는 것을 알 수 있었으며, 이는 내부에 가급적 많은 인원을 수용하려고 하다 보니 좁은 실내공간의 열악한 내부 구조가 화재 확산 및 피해 규모에 상당한 영향을 미치고 있다는 것이 재확인되었다. 결론: 간이스프링쿨러 미설치된 고시원에 대하여는 조속히 설치가 완료 될 수 있도록 정부 및 자치단체의 더욱 강력한 추진력이 필요한 반면, 고시원의 구조특성상 나타나는 공간적, 구조적 화재취약성에 대하여 어떻게 개선할 것인가에 대한 논의가 필요할 것이다.

  • 연구의 목적은 비즈니스 여행자들이 중요하게 생각하는 우리나라 특급호텔과 중저가호텔 선택속성의 차이점과 그에 따른 만족도를 파악하여 중저가호텔이 특급호텔과 구분되는 경쟁우위의 방안을 모색하고 이에 따른 숙박환경을 개선하여 국제적으로 경쟁력 있는 국내 중저가호텔의 개발과 활성화를 위한 것이며 신규투자나 중저가호텔을 건설하는 투자자에게 그에 따른 필요한 기본 개념을 제공하기 위한 것이다. 연구결과는 특급호텔 수준의 서비스를 원하면서도 상대적으로 저렴한 중저가호텔을 선호하는 비즈니스 여행자를 위한 중저가호텔의 모델에 대한 이해 및 시장 세분화를 위한 기초자료를 제공하였다는 점에서 의미가 있다고 볼 수 있다.

  • More than 7 million persons use Seoul Metropolitan Subways (SMS) everyday and the number has been in increasing trend. With the increasing trend of concerns on indoor air quality(IAQ), the management of IAQ has become an important issue, especially in case of subway operators, because most of subway lines are placed underground with poor ventilation condition. The ultimate object of study develop independent cleaning device that reduce efficient fine particle and $CO_2$. Urban subway has characteristics about proper clean air flow, must be installed in narrow space and maintenance cycle has enough time. Two layered electrically pre-charged filters were used for removing particulate matters and gas absorbers are packed between two layer filters for removing gases pollutants such $CO_2$, VOCs and HCHO. SCAP prototype is producted as all in one method which decrease fine dust, $CO_2$ and noxious gas. and basic test carry out with quantity of wind, a gap of pressure, sampling efficiency.

  • In the modern society various types of transportation mode are utilized, among them the subway system is the one of the main transportation mode which more than 7.21 million people ride a day. Because of interests on the indoor air quality (IAQ) of underground public facilities, concerns on IAQ of subway system by many people are increasing. There are several approach to improve IAQ of subway station, such as installing platform screen door (PSD), frequent tunnel washing-out, and etc, however there has not been any attempt to improve IAQ of subway cabin inside. Most technologies for removing airborne particulate matters are known to be difficult to adopt on the subway cabin since the problem of maintenance cost. Therefore, the ultimate object of this study is a practical development of cabin air cleaning system which can reduce the concentration of airborne particles and harmful gases at the same time. The subway cabin air purifier (SCAP) was developed for removing particulate matters and gases pollutants inside a cabin. The whole system was designed and the roll-filter device was manufactured based on numerical prediction results. It is expected that SCAP could reduce indoor air pollutants in the subway cabin practically and it can be applied to other part of transportation vehicles.

  • People spend approximately 80 ~ 90 % of their time in various kinds of indoor spaces. And, in metropolitan area, most people spend more than 1 hour in public transportation everyday. For this reason, people's interest in the indoor air quality is drastically increasing. Among various indoor air pollutants, $CO_2$ is one of the most severe environmental concerns. Ventilation is commonly used to keep low $CO_2$ concentration in the passenger cabin. However, ventilation may worse the indoor air quality problem in case of subway because the tunnel is seriously polluted by particulate matters. In this study, an alternative way to remove $CO_2$ was suggested. The adsorption of $CO_2$ by $CO_2$ adsorbent was studied. Zeolite modified with base was prepared, and $CO_2$ removal performance was tested in $4m^3$ and $24m^3$ environmental chambers. It was found that $CO_2$ adsorbent could effectively remove $CO_2$ in the chambers.

국내 복합리조트 숙박시설의 실내디자인특성 분석 - 콘도미니엄 객실을 중심으로 - (A Study on Characteristics of Lodging Facility Design in Domestic Resort Complexes - Focus on the Guestrooms of Condominium -)

  • According to the rapid changes in our society and lifestyles, the methods of spending leisure time are being diversified and the facilities for leisure activities are growing as multi-purposed complexes. Purpose of this study was to figure out the design changes of lodging facility interiors in resort complexes which had been influenced by socio-economic conditions after the year 2000, and to provide fundamental references for planning pleasant and differentiated resort accommodations. To accomplish this purpose, the recent tendency of making complex resort facilities was examined and the changes in the properties of lodging facility design since the year 2000 was analyzed. The result shows that the surface areas of guestroom units have been enlarged, and the composition of floor plans has been diversified into various types. Also the number of bathrooms and built-in furniture units has been increased. For the design properties, concepts and themes for guestroom design has been diversified by applying unique color schemes and design elements. The characteristics of lodging facility design in domestic resort complex have been developed to reflect social trends and customer needs. Nevertheless, to deal with changing culture of leisure life, continuous study on resort facilities and various types of lodging facility is required.

  • 건물 개보수의 의사결정과정에서는 개보수후의 건물의 경제적 가치 및 건물의 현재 상태에 대한 철저한 조사가 필요하고, 에너지 절약적 개보수의 방향 설정을 위해서는 정확한 진단과 신뢰성 있는 개보수 대안이 제시되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 건물의 개보수를 계획하고 있던 서울 K사의 본관 및 별관의 사무 공간과 서울 S호텔 객실 공간의 빛환경 측정사례를 통해 건물 조명시스템의 개보수 과정을 고찰해보고자 한다. 이 사례들에서 측정된 빛 환경요소를 통해 현재 상태에 대한 진단과 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션에 의한 개보수의 대안을 제시하였다.

국내 저비용항공사의 객실서비스품질, 고객만족, 충성도와의 영향관계 (Effects of low cost airline cabin service quality, customer satisfaction, and loyalty to Airline)

  • This research identifies the relation between the quality of cabin service(personnel and material services) in Korean low-cost airlines and resulting customer satisfaction and loyalty. Its aim is to provide low-cost airlines' international flights with basic information when building strategies, and to suggest a strategic implication for an original and competitive cabin service policy that can enhance customer retention. As a result of the analysis, first, hypothesis 1 on relation between the quality of Korean low-cost airlines' cabin service and customer satisfaction was all valid. Moreover, it was coherent with the results of previous researches. Second, hypothesis 2 on relation between the quality of Korean low-cost airlines' cabin service and customer satisfaction was also valid and coherent with previous studies. Third, hypothesis 3 on relation between customer satisfaction and loyalty was valid and coherent with existing studies. Consequently, this research suggests that in order to achieve the continuous retention of loyal customers through customer satisfaction, the quality of personnel and material service has to be considered primarily. In addition to that, this research also suggests that the original and competitive service marketing of low-cost airline is necessary for an airline to continue its profit-making.

KTX 의자 설계에 따른 객실 Speech Privacy 평가 (Evaluation of Speech Privacy on the Seat-design in High-speed Train Passenger Cars)

  • This study investigates the effects of seat-design elements such as seating arrangement, shape, and height on speech privacy in high-speed trains. For the evaluation of speech privacy, acoustic simulation software was used to reproduce room acoustical conditions in passenger cars on the basis of in-situ measurement data. The influences of speech source directivity and source height on privacy distance ($r_P$) were investigated, and it was found that $r_P$ determined using an omni-directional source was relatively shorter than that determined using a directional source. It was also found that $r_P$ decreased when the source height was lower than the height of the seat-back because the seat-back blocked the propagation of speech from the sound source. The effect of seating arrangement was not significant when comparing the vis-a-vis seating and one-side seating arrangements. In addition, among the alternative seat-designs, the seats that block the space between the seats and cover the space near the ear were found to show significantly enhanced speech privacy in high-speed train passenger cars.

  • The goal of crashworthiness is an optimized vehicle structure that can absorb the crash energy by controlled vehicle deformations while maintaining adequate space so that the residual crash energy can be managed by the restraint systems to minimize crash loads transfer to the vehicle occupants. Front side assembly is one of the most important energy absorbing components in relating to the crashworthiness design of vehicle. The structure and shape of the front side assemblies are different depending on auto-makers and size of vehicles. Thus, it is not easy to grab an insight on designer's intention when you glance at a new front side member without experiences. In this paper, we have performed the explicit nonlinear dynamic finite element analysis on the front side assembly of a passenger car to investigate the effect of thickness distribution of the front side assembly on the collapse shape, which is important in the aspect of controlling deformation to maintain adequate space, from the viewpoint of reverse engineering. To do this, we have performed crash FE analysis for the assembly by varying the thickness distribution of the assembly.
