역설적이게도 죽음을 통해 비로소 독서대중의 전면에 등장하게 된 김일성에 대해 그동안의 우리는 백지상태나 마찬가지였다. 사실의 규명보다 정치적 선전의 필요가 압도적으로 우세했던 시대에 김일성은 다만 한국현대사의 악역으로 비난받고 무시되는 존재였고, 따라서 그에 대한 객관적 연구나 그것의 출판은 거의 불가능한 형편이었다.

일본정부는 지난 7월 14일 독도 영유권이 일본에 있다는 내용을 사실상 포함시킨 '중학교 사회과목 새 학습지도 요령 해설서'를 공표했다. 이에 우리나라 정부는 권철현 주일 대사를 독도 영유권 명기에 대한 항의 표시로 일시 귀국조치 시켰다. 이처럼 독도가 일본땅이라고 억지주장하는 것과 비례해 독도에 대한 관심도 그 어느때보다 높아지고 있다. 이에 본지는 독도가 한국영토임을 증명하는 역사적 객관적 사실을 지도와 책자 등 인쇄물을 통해 정리해 본다.

The culture industrial design classification is the major factor to develop the various potential abilities, promote a new value to change and maximize the competitiveness of industry and the nation. Accordingly it is important to comprehensively understand and recognize the changing of this new design paradigm with its structural contents. In order to have universality data need to be made a classification system in advance for the policy, strategy, analysis indicator and assessing the culture industrial design classification. This study build CIDC that structure divided into three sections(A,B,C) with divisions(medium), classes(small) and groups(specific field) of numeric code from "01" or "001" and increasing their numbers. CIDC is set up in order to search for differences and referential character through comparisons with design-related classification systems as well as making a role of the basic under data for this field.c under data for this field.

K-pop has gone through ups and downs for 30 years since it was introduced to China in the 1990s. As the trigger for the 'Korean wave', K-pop has become a business card of Korean pop culture, which is another popular culture that has culminated in China after the 'Western wave', 'Japanese wave' and 'Hong Kong.Taiwan's wave'. Its wide range of influences and long time are rare in the world, so it can be regarded as a typical example of modern intercultural communication. The paper takes 1988-2018 as the time interval, combs the process of K-pop's intercultural communication in China. Based on this theory, it can make an objective evaluation on the current situation of K-pop in China. Then this paper discusses the influence of K-pop culture on the current Chinese university students through a questionnaire survey, and puts forward some developmental suggestions from the perspective of Chinese people. In order to provide a theoretical basis and enlightenment for the study of K-pop in China.

Two investigations were carried out to understand the relationship between self-enhancement bias and psychological adjustment. In study 1, a scale for measuring the self-enhancement bias was constructed and the relationship between self-enhancement bias and psychological adjustment was examined in Korean college students. The relationship between two variables was significant in Korean college students. At study 2, college students and laborers in Korea and Germany participated to examine the relationship between two variables. It was significant both samples. This is very interesting result because it is reverse the existing outcomes that there are no self-enhancement bias and no relationship between self-enhancement and psychological adjustment in collective cultures. It is need to develop more refined measure tool and to do comparison with various cultures for more profound research on self-enhancement bias and cultural difference.

As part of the education in the pursuit of equity, in this study, we have analyzed the differential item functioning on mathematics assessment through the result of 2011 National Assessment Educational Achievement. For this we used SIBTEST method and M-H method to extract differential item functioning on multicultural and North Korea migrant families students. As a result, 10 items that has the differential functioning were extracted by both methods in three school levels from Elementary, Middle and High School. The result of a exploratory for potential causes of differential functioning on multicultural and North Korea migrant families students through a qualitative analysis of each items that has been extracted, language ability, the complexity of computation and problem-solving process, the curriculum, the problem situation have been discussed. These results will be able to contribute to establishing education policy and designing teaching and learning methods for the multicultural and North Korea migrant families students.

This study attempts to analyze the critical issues of globalization and present an alternative framework that places ICT in the function of development in comparative perspective. To adjudicate the controversies concerning the effect of developmental factors, it examines the determinants of global trend that leads to the comprehensive mechanism of ICT and cultural residues. The advent of the global community in cyber space requires a new balancing point by the mode of communication and culture among all societies and operation with decentralized authority. This interdependence, by providing diverse network structures and participating in cyberspace, includes the power shift from the dynamics of international relations with voluntary collaboration and brings some important implications for a global empathetic society.

The aim of this study was to analyze the cultural contents represented in elementary school English textbooks for grades 3 and 4 based on the 2015 revised Korean national curriculum. An analysis of cultural contents was conducted on the basis of Morgan(2001)'s five category criteria. Among the five aspects of culture, 'practices' relevant to daily life were presented most frequently in the textbooks followed by 'products'. English textbooks showed a relatively low frequency in 'perspectives' and 'communities' areas of culture. 'Persons' did not appear at all in all eight textbooks. It revealed that there was a serious imbalance in the representation of textbook about cultural contents. In conclusion, there should be balanced cultural contents for the students to have a balanced cultural awareness and to accept cultural diversity and differences. In addition, textbooks should include more various cultural materials and activities for the students to develop four key competencies suggested on the 2015 revised Korean national curriculum.

Tourism now stand among the fastest and largest industries in the global economy in the 21 st era, with knowledge information and environment industry. After 1990's, each local government in korea that has been organizing and expanding new and existing festivals, those related locality, natural resources, speciality and ethnic customs. While netizens have increased from the later half of 1990's, the Internet has appeared in it with a main advertizing channel of all industries, especially tourism. Each local county publicizes a local festival and all kind of information while managing its web-site. However, they have lots of difficulties In building local information web sites because of lack of technical and financial resources. This study examined general theories about Internet web sites and local festivals to elicit the previous problems and to suggest the ways to activate local festivals utilizing Internet, based upon analysis of web sites and Internet utilization on local festivals designated by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism as the cultural tour one among local festivals.

지난해 출판된 '미래를 파괴한다'라는 책은 일본의 인쇄업계에서 지금까지 본적이 없는 신선한 충격과 새로운 가치관을 심어줬다. 현재 일본 인쇄업계는 분명히 변해가고 있지만 자발적이고 혁신적이라기보다는 마지못해 끌려가고 있다는 느낌을 주는 것도 어느 정도 사실이었다. 이런 상황에 대한 객관적이고 통렬한 메시지를 전달하고 있기 때문이다.
