Analysis and Isolation of Cultivator Vibration transmitted to Hand (손으로 전달된 관리기 진동의 분석과 방진 대책)

  • 본 연구는 보행형 관리기의 손으로 전달되는 진동특성을 실험적으로 해석하고 평가하며 방진 방안을 제시할 목적으로 수행되었다. 관리기의 작업기 중에서 설문을 통해 사용 빈도가 높은 3개의 작업기(중경로터리, 중경제초기, 구굴기)를 선정하였고 각 작업기별 진동수준을 측정하였다. 진동 방지 방안에 대해서는 4개의 방진 장치(고무 패드, 방진 장갑, 핸들 방진 장치, 엔진 마운트)를 선정하여 각 방진 장치별 진동수준을 측정하였다. 방진 장치의 성능을 정확하게 비교하기 위해 진동의 측정은 진동수준이 가장 높은 구굴기에서 수행되었다. 실험결과에 의하면 관리기 작업이 작업자의 인체에 해를 끼칠 위험이 매우 크지만 이 결과는 작업자가 매일 3시간씩 관리기를 사용할 경우를 기준으로 설정한 값이기 때문에 실제로 관리기 사용일수가 많지 알은 대부분의 우리나라 사용자들에게 적용하는데는 한계가 있음을 밝힌다. 그렇다 하더라도 관리기의 주 사용자는 보행형 관리기 뿐만 아니라 보행형 경운기나 보행형 이앙기 등의 손으로 전달되는 진동이 심한 기계를 함께 사용하는 경우가 많음을 고려하면 방진 장치를 개발하거나 진동수준이 낮은 농작업기계를 개발하여 작업환경을 개선하는 조치가 필요하다고 생각한다. 그러므로 농작업기계에 대한 진동수준에 대한 종합적인 연구와 그에 대한 대책 마련이 지속적으로 수행되어야 할 것이다.

유럽의 개인정보보호 법.제도 동향

  • 유럽연합(EU)이 출범하게 된 이후 OECD 가이드라인 및 유럽회의 조약에 맞춰 개인정보를 보호하는 국내법을 시행해 오던 유럽 각국이 입법수준이 다른 지역 내 시장에서 개인정보의 원활한 유통을 위해 EU차원에서의 지침을 1995년 10월 제정하였다. 이후에 유럽 각 국에서는 이 지침을 반영하여 자국 내에 개인정보보호 기구를 설치하여 운영하고 있으며 관련 법제도 등을 정비하는 등 개인정보보호에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 본고에서는 영국, 프랑스, 독일, 네덜란드, 스웨덴 등의 유럽 국가에서의 개인정보보호 관련 기구와 법제도 추진 현황에 대해서 분석하였다.

  • 기업의 개인정보보호 수준을 강화하기 위한 개인정보보호관리체계 인증을 구축하기 위해서는 개인정보관리체계를 위한 추가 요구사항, 보안 측면의 통제, 프라이버시 측면의 통제가 요구된다[1,2]. 국제표준화위원회/전기위원회 합동위원회 1의 정보보호기술연구반 신원 관리 및 프라이버시 작업반 (ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 27/WG 5)에서는 개인정보보호를 위한 여러 국제 표준을 개발하고 있다[18, 32, 22]. 본 논문에서는 작업반 1과 작업반 5에서 2016년 4월 SC27 회의에서 논의된 개인정보보호 관련 주요 표준화 이슈와 대응 방안을 제시한다.

  • In uncertain future and the rapidly changing environment, it is necessary for companies to do innovative management activity. With business strategy that creates value and vision, The major industrialized countries ensure development of venture & start-up business and business competition by creating various added value through design. Thereby, Companies use design to increase enterprise value, a lots of interests and supports are focused in design industry which pioneer new market with new product and services. Therefore, Companies need more innovative and creative activities, and leads creative companies through developing entrepreneurship. Now, Companies should improve successful entrepreneurship, developing effective process in the organizational level beyond individual level. This research conducts empirical analysis from the individual and organizational perspective of corporate entrepreneurship. This study of design corporate 351 employees in design corporate is surveyed. This research finding is that design corporate employees' entrepreneurial capacity, entrepreneurial attitude and CEO support have meaningful effects on culture and structure. However, The analysis result indicates that this employees' entrepreneurial capacity, entrepreneurial attitude and CEO support have no effects on operation systems, so it is necessary to build the operation systems for activation of corporate entrepreneurship. This study puts emphasis on the needs to raise the level of corporate entrepreneurship and requires ways to improve entrepreneurship for sustainable growth. Also, This study suggests practical implications that it is important to systematic operation systems to actively utilize infrastructure, so it occurs in employees' entrepreneurship not only on the individual level, but also on the organizational level.

사회복지사 개인간 갈등 형성요인에 관한 연구

  • In this paper, the proposing a fundamental data for a systematic and effective organizational management by examining the extent of the levels of conflict perceiving among individuals of social welfare workers in the Busan community social welfare center, a social welfare organizations, and investigating the related influencing factors are the purpose of the study, The summary of this study is as follows. At first, it is dysfunctional when the level of conflict is either exceedingly high or low in the interrelational conflict aspect. However, the social welfare workers' working in the community social welfare center, the extent of individual conflict is relatively low as 2.37 out of 5 points. Secondly, the multi-regression analysis is operated for controlling the population sociological factors and measuring the effectiveness of the conflict factors to the level of conflict. The influencing factors affects the result in the order of greater extent are communication factor, leader's flexibility of leadership factor, spontaneity among personality, confidentiality. As a result, Not like the case that in the technological bureaucratic organizations such as the enterprises or industrial organizations, in the human service organizations including social welfare organizations, these technological bureaucratic paradigm does not applying directly since the material of organization is composed of humans who are given moral values. Therefore, this paradigm should be put as a presupposition of the conflict management strategy. And, the communication among colleagues, learning a reasonable problem solution method, or the chances of education or training for establishing a sound human relationship should be prepared in order to lower the level of the conflict among individuals in the community social welfare department. Furthermore, professional education programs are needed for not only supporting an effective supervision and consultation(consultation with superiors and colleagues), but also, working with confidentiality and pride as a professional.

A Study on Applicable Level of Entrepreneurship: Focus on Entrepreneurial Orientation (기업가정신의 적용수준과 기업성과에 관한 연구 -기업가지향성을 중심으로-)

  • This study was carried out with the attention that the concept of entrepreneurial orientation has been applied at various levels of CEO, employee, management, and organization as a whole. The differences between these concepts were examined by discriminant validity and convergence validity, and the causal relationship between these concepts and performance was analyzed. A total of 96 questionnaires were collected and analyzed. The results show that CEO's entrepreneurial orientation, employee's entrepreneurial orientation, manager's entrepreneurial orientation and organizational entrepreneurial orientation have convergent validity and discriminant validity, and that these variables have different effects on the firm 's innovation performance and financial performance. In the analysis of the mediating effect, when the variables of all levels were put into a single variable, the innovation performance mediates between the entrepreneurial orientation and the financial performance in all variables. However, when all variables are applied simultaneously, innovation performance has mediating effect only on the relationship between organizational entrepreneurship orientation and financial performance. This shows that there is a conceptual difference according to applied level. As a result of the analysis of the causal relationship by the application level of entrepreneurial orientation, it is found that causality is formed among the entrepreneurial orientation variables. In particular, CEO's entrepreneurial orientation influences employee's entrepreneurial orientation, manager's entrepreneurial orientation, and organization's entrepreneurial orientation, and again, employee's entrepreneurial orientation and managerial entrepreneurial orientation form a causal relationship that influences organization's entrepreneurial orientation. In the relationship between innovation performance and financial performance, CEO's entrepreneurial orientation, organization's entrepreneurial orientation, and manager's entrepreneurial orientation are influencing innovation performance, and the only variables influencing financial performance are organization's entrepreneurial orientation. In conclusion, the limitations of the study and its future direction are presented.

The Study on the Explanatory Factors of the Disabled Women's Safety in the Convergence Society (융복합 사회에서 장애여성 안전의 설명요인에 대한 연구)

  • This study aimed to explore the factors explaining the safety of disabled women in the convergence society and was surveyed 374 disabled women nationwide. This study examined the factors that explain the safety of disabled women from the accidents and crimes in terms of individual, familial, and community characteristics. Main findings are as follows: 1) the safety from accident was largely explained by the community type and social capital condition in characteristics of community domain. The material hardship in characteristics of familial domain and disability level in characteristics of individual domain explained the safety from accident also. 2) the safety from crime was largely explained by the material hardship in characteristics of familial domain. And the community type and social support condition in characteristics of community domain and the educational level in characteristics of individual domain explained the safety from crime. Based on the findings, we suggested practical and institutional implications to ensure the disabled women's safety.

  • In this study, we consider to assess the information ability of individuals related to local information. Questionnaire surveys are frequently used for studies on the measuring of information index and such specified indexes of society development. However, if questionnaire papers measured individuals' abilities and such parts of quality, the subjective judgments of respondents cannot but be intervened. Therefore a method which will enable subjective points to be comparatively objectified is needed. In this study, when an attempt is being made to measure individuals' information capacity through questionnaire surveys as the process for calculating the standards of regional information levels. Cases have been looked at for times when, by using a scorecard, individuals' subjective survey result have been be changed to be comparatively objectified scores and such process. The logit model was used in the preparation of the scorecard. In this study, we have presented a clue which enables the comparative measurement about regional information gaps by using characteristics of regional population statistics.

Middle School Students' Understanding about Earth Systems to Implement the 2009 Revised National Science Curriculum Effectively (2009 개정 과학과 교육과정의 효과적인 실행을 위한 중학생들의 지구계에 대한 이해)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore middle school students' perceptions about earth systems in order to implement the 2009 revised national science curriculum effectively. A total of 1219 students participated in the survey and asked to determine their basic understandings about earth systems, self-reported knowledge level, and perceived significance level of the 23 earth systems concepts (contents). In relation to students' basic understandings about earth system, approximately 67% students reported that they didn't know about the term of the earth system. Atmosphere and hydrosphere were highly perceived as major component of earth system. However, cryoshere was perceived to be least familiar by the subjects. The findings also showed that students' self-reported knowledge level and significance level about major ESU#4, #5, #6 related concepts (contents) were significantly different by gender. Most of male students were more knowledgeable and perceived more significant than female students. Regarding the difference of the perceived significance level by grade, 10 out of 23 concepts were significantly different. Some implications for implementing the revised curriculum and school fields were discussed.
