온라인소액결제의 속성중요도와 이용행동에 관한 연구

  • 온라인거래가 폭발적으로 증가하면서 온라인결제에 대한 이용자 수요가 증가하고 있다. 특히 최근 들어 온라인소액결제는 다양한 디지털재화(MP3, VOD, 사이버머니 등)를 구입하는 데 활발하게 사용되고 있으며, eBay의 PayPal, 구글의 Checkout 등 해외에선 이미 차세대 온라인 비즈니스 영역으로 주목 받고 있다. 온라인소액결제는 전자 상거래에서 사용되는 결제 방식으로 금액이 작은 온라인 거래에서 사용되는 결제를 말한다. 하지만 온라인소액결제에 대한 국내외적인 성장에도 불구하고 이 분야에 대한 연구는 거의 전무한 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 온라인소비자들이 온라인 환경에서 소액결제를 이용할 때, 선호하는 결제수단과 중요시 여기는 속성에 대한 실증연구를 진행했다. 온라인 소액결제는 연령층에 따라 신용카드 결제와 상품권, 사이버머니 등의 결제 선호로 나뉘어 지고, 개인정보 보장 등과 같은 안전성에 관련된 속성을 중요시 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 향후, 온라인 소액결제에 대한 소비자 특성과 도입 및 발전전략에 대한 다양한 해석을 통해 이비즈니스 분야에 실질적으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Unrelated question model with quantitative attribute by simple cluster sampling (단순집락추출법에 의한 양적속성의 무관질문모형)

  • In this paper, we developed one-stage cluster randomized response model for obtaining quantitative data by using the Greenberg et al. model(1971) when the population was made up of sensitive quantitative clusters. We obtained the minimum variance by calculating the cluster's size and the optimum number of sample clusters under the some given constant cost. We compared the efficiency of our model with the Greenberg et al. model by simple random sampling.

  • 본 연구에서는 21세기 기술개발 방향 및 기술속성에 의해 분류된 새로운 분류법에 의한 기술체계도를 제시한다. 지금까지 배전기술개발 분류는 중장기연구개발 계획을 근거로 하여, 3개의 기술개발 분야로 분류되어 왔으나, 이 방법은 광범위한 기술개발 분야의 분류로 상호간의 중복되는 분야가 발생하거나, 새로운 기술 분야에 대한 기술 분류의 어려움이 상존해 있었다. 이러한 단점을 보완하기 위해, 본 연구에서는 기술의 전개방향과 속성을 기준으로 배전분야의 최종목표와 추진분야, 주요 기술개발과제(R&D과제)로 구성된 새로운 배전기술개발 체계도를 제시한다.

  • 최근 다양한 시계열 데이터의 분석이 딥러닝 방법을 통하여 수행되고 있다. 주로 RNN과 LSTM을 이용하여 많은 시계열 예측이 이루어지고 있다. 하지만 이러한 예측모델을 생성하는데 가장 중요한 것은 어떠한 변수를 얼마나 사용하는지가 중요하다. 이에 대하여, 본 연구에서는 3개의 신경망을 적용하여, 속성을 선택하는 Selection MLP, 속성에 가중치를 부여하는 Extraction MLP 그리고 예측을 진행하는 Prediction MLP로 이루어진 MLP-SEL 구조를 제안한다. 비교를 위하여 다른 순환 신경망에 대하여 시계열 데이터에 대한 예측을 진행하였으며, 그 결과 우리가 제안한 MLP-SEL 모델의 시계열 예측이 좋은 성능을 보였다.

Design of knowledge search algorithm for PHR based personalized health information system (PHR 기반 개인 맞춤형 건강정보 탐사 알고리즘 설계)

  • It is needed to support intelligent customized health information service for user convenience in PHR based Personal Health Care Service Platform. In this paper, we specify an ontology-based health data model for Personal Health Care Service Platform. We also design a knowledge search algorithm that can be used to figure out similar health record by applying machine learning and data mining techniques. Axis-based mining algorithm, which we proposed, can be performed based on axis-attributes in order to improve relevance of knowledge exploration and to provide efficient search time by reducing the size of candidate item set. And K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm is used to perform to do grouping users byaccording to the similarity of the user profile. These algorithms improves the efficiency of customized information exploration according to the user 's disease and health condition. It can be useful to apply the proposed algorithm to a process of inference in the Personal Health Care Service Platform and makes it possible to recommend customized health information to the user. It is useful for people to manage smart health care in aging society.

A Text Mining Analysis of Attributes for Satisfaction and Effect of Consumer Ratings to Korea and China Duty Free Stores - Focusing on Chinese Tourists - (텍스트 마이닝을 통한 한국과 중국 시내면세점 만족 속성과 소비자 평점에 미치는 영향 분석 -중국인 관광객을 중심으로)

  • This study aims to find new attributes by analyzing Korea and China duty free store online reviews and examine the influence of these attributes on star ratings(satisfaction)of duty free store. For study, we used Dazhong Dianping that largest online review site in China. Using R, we analyzed 5,659 reviews of Korea duty free store and 4,051 reviews of China duty free store. According to the analysis, Sale, Food and Membership attributes had a positive effect on star rating of Korea duty free store. Sale, Product, Airport, Food and Membership had a positive effect on star rating of China duty free store. This study has identified new factors such as food that showed the importance of providing space of restaurants while shopping at duty free store. This study has contributed to the existing literature by finding new attribute such as food. Practically, this finding will help to duty free industry workers better understand the impact of providing space of restaurants on duty free store.

A Study on the Purchase Intention of Eco-friendly Products and Greenwashing in Korea and China (한·중 친환경제품과 그린워싱의 구매의도에 관한 연구)

  • Eco-friendly consumption is increasing as a response of climate change or as consumers' awareness of eco-friendliness increases. In order to meet these macro changes and consumer demands, companies are also making efforts to release eco-friendly products. On the other hand, as this eco-friendly consumption trend leads to purchases, greenwashing, which promotes an eco-friendly image even though it is not an eco-friendly product, is also becoming a big issue. Therefore, this study aims to examine how Korean and Chinese consumers view eco-friendly products through research on the purchase intention of eco-friendly products, given that interest in the environment has increased in Korea and China. To this end, eco-friendly products were divided into personal, product, and corporate attributes, and the influence of these attributes on purchase intentions was examined, as well as purchase intentions for greenwashing. As a result of empirical analysis, in Korea, personal and product attributes had a positive effect on the purchase intention of actual eco-friendly consumption when choosing eco-friendly products. In addition, in the case of greenwashing that deceives consumers, it was shown to have a negative effect on purchase intention, and in cases where it is not an actual eco-friendly product, the sense of betrayal or distrust felt by consumers is quite large, and this has a negative effect on actual consumption. On the other hand, China, only personal attributes were shown to have a positive effect on the purchase intention of actual eco-friendly consumption when choosing an eco-friendly product, and the greenwashing variable also showed the expected sign, but it was not significant. However, it is expected that this result will change in the future through media or education in China.

Study on Importance-Performance Analysis Regarding Selective Attributes of Home Meal Replacement (HMR) (가정식사 대용식의 선택속성에 관한 중요도-만족도 분석)

  • This study analyzed the Importance-Performance Analysis of selective attributes of Home Meal Replacement (HMR). This study was conducted using a primary field survey on department stores and wholesale markets in Seoul and Gyeonggi province. A total of 201 out of 234 questionnaires were analyzed. First, the highest intake frequency was 1~3 times a month (100 respondents: 48%), the most common purchasing place was wholesale market (148 respondents: 73.6%), and the most cited reason for preference was convenience (115 respondents: 57.2%). According to the IPA results, selective attributes with low satisfaction and high importance in the second quadrant were 'quality', 'health', 'hygiene', 'origin of food', and 'safety'. These results suggest that the microbiological and sensory qualities of HMR production should be improved to meet consumer's expectations.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine parental perceptions on the importance, performance level, and satisfaction with foodservice quality at daycare centers in the Compensation and Welfare Service institute. The questionnaire was developed to measure thirty-two attributes of foodservice operations are administered to 598 parents and 23 foodservice supervisors from June 22, 2009 to July 10, 2009. The parents placed a high importance on the need for foodservices, earning 4.70 points out of 5 points. Their perceptions of foodservice quality menu, foodservice ingredients and effects, facilities, sanitation, and service scored even higher than performance. The overall satisfaction level for foodservice compared to performance was 4.33 and 4.03 points out of 5 points, respectively. Multiple regression analysis indicated that 98.6% of the variance in parents' overall satisfaction scores was explained by six dimensions.

  • 그 동안 사회과학 분야에서의 연구는 논리실증주의의 객관성 중시 사고가 지배해왔다. 그 결과 객관적인 측정과 변수들 간의 관계에 대한 타당성에 중점을 개인간 (interindividual)의 비교에 대한 연구가 주를 이룸으로써 개인의 주관성이 반영되어 나타나는 다양한 자극들에 대한 개인내(intraindividual)의 반응의 차이에 대한 연구가 부진하였다. 사회과학분야에서 중요한 연구대상이 되는 인간의 독특성은 바로 개별 주체들이 가지고 있는 주관성에 있다고 해고 과언이 아닌데 실증주의자들이 사용해 온 계량적 접근방법으로는 인간의 본질적 속성인 주관성에 대한 연구에 한계가 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 Q 방법의 방법론적 특성과 실제 적용에 대해 알아본다.
