This study looked at the conflict between the aspect of the use of personally non-identifiable information for the development of the big data industry and the digital advertising industry and the aspect of personal information protection. In order to achieve the research purpose, this study focused on literature research such as thesis, legal texts, administrative regulations, and recent media articles. As a result of this study, the main issues related to the protection of personally non-Identifiable Information in digital behavioral advertising were 'conflict between freedom of advertising expression and personal rights', 'personalization of unidentifiable information', 'information imbalance'. In this regard, as measures to protect personally non-identifiable information in digital behavioral advertising, it was proposed to 'harmonize with freedom of advertising expression and personal rights, 'improve notification and consent. process', and 'reinforce the right to control personal information'.

주민등록번호는 주민생활의 편익 증진과 행정사무의 적정한 처리를 목적으로 도입되었으나 인터넷의 발달과 함께 관행적이고 무분별하게 사용되어 왔다. 수집된 주민등록번호가 해킹 등의 유출사고로 명의도용 등 범죄에 악용될 우려가 커지자 이를 근본적으로 해결하기 위하여 2011년 방송통신위원회는 인터넷상 주민등록번호 수집 이용을 제한하는 법 제도적 정책을 추진하였다. 정보통신망법이 개정되어 주민등록번호의 사용이 제한되면서 사업자에게 본인확인, 연령확인 등 법률의무의 이행이나 고객의 분쟁조정 등 목적을 위해 주민등록번호를 대체할 본인확인수단이 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 주민등록번호를 이용자가 입력하지 않으며 보편적으로 사용하고 있는 인프라를 이용하고 단순한 입력정보의 변경을 통해 본인확인을 할 수 있는 방안을 제안한다.

The purpose of this study was to research the perception and performance of patient private information protection(PPIP) of 76 nursing students with clinical practice of 18 weeks. The mean score of perception on PPIP (4.62 points/5 points) was significantly higher than the performance(3.84 points/5 points). There was a statistically significant positive correlation between perception and performance. In the future, it is necessary to study the interdisciplinary convergence study to understand the factors affecting the perception and performance of PPIP of nursing students and to Develope and apply of PPIP education program for nursing students. Also it is necessary to seek joint plans between medical institutions and universities to improve the perception and performance of PPIP.

WWW(World Wide Web)이 인터넷 사용영역의 대부분을 차지하면서 웹을 이용한 전자상거래가 인터넷의 새로운 활동영역으로 등장하였다. 이와 함께 마케팅 차원에서 웹 사용자들에 대한 신상정보와 개인성향에 대한 정보를 요구하는 사이트가 증가하고 있고, 이로 인해 점차 웹 사용에 대한 개인 프라이버시 보호와 익명성 제공에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 하지만 현재의 HTTP 혹은 WWW의 구조는 부가적인 메커니즘이 없이 개인의 프라이버시 보호나 익명성 같은 서비스를 거의 제공해주지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재 WWW에서 프라이버시 보호와 익명성을 제공하기 위한 기법들을 살펴본다.

본 연구는 여러 위치에서 이동 중인 다양한 유형의 단말기에 대해 보안을 관리하는 통합 시스템을 개발하는 것이다. 이 기술은 모바일 단말 인증, 모바일 단말 신뢰, 개인 프라이버시 보호, 3차원 시각화 기술에 의한 모바일 단말 보안 관리 기술이다. 인증과 신뢰 기술은 다른 도메인에 접근하더라도 신뢰할 수 있는지를 검사한다. 개인 프라이버시 보호 기술은 접근 기록을 사용자가 관리하는 기술이다. 3차원 시각화 기술은 단말의 이동과 접근을 3차원으로 모니터링 한다. 이러한 모바일 단말 보안 관리 기술은 여러 기술을 파생하거나 파급할 수 있는 중요한 기술이다.

유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경이 도래하면 각 사용자들은 매우 편리한 환경에서 생활하게 될 것이다. 본고에서는 여행자가 여행을 하는 경우에 맞게 되는 낮선 여행지에서 유티쿼터스 환경을 통하여 얻을 수 있는 편리함을 여행자 시나리오를 통하여 살펴본다. 그리고, 이 과정에서 개인 정보보호를 지원하기 위하여 필요한 기반 기술에는 어떠한 것이 있으며 이들의 연구 수준은 현재 어느 부분까지 도달해 있는지 살핀다.

개인정보 유출 등의 사례가 사회적 이슈로 대두됨에 따라 개인정보 보호에 대한 중요성이 더욱 부각될 것임을 보여주고 있다. 특히, 컨택센터의 경우는 고객정보에 접근할 수 있는 인가자의 수가 다른 기업들에 비해 월등히 많기 때문에 컨택센터의 특성을 고려한 개인정보 보호기술이 적용되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 IP Contact Center의 특징과 개인정보 보호 방안의 취약점에 대해 알아보고 기존의 시스템 내 개인정보보호기술 적용방안을 제안한다.

After the enactment of the Personal Information Protection Act, policies and activities for the personal information protection have been actively promoted. However the people are showing negative attitudes about personal information, as the ongoing personal data leakages. Therefore, authors tried to empirical analysis of the effectiveness of national policy on the protection of personal information, using SERVQUAL model, focused on the people's perception, in order to identify that how the people recognized current policy. Authors find that the public has perceived the effectiveness of the policy positively, but the level of their awareness is low. And we identify that the people are highly aware of the policy's effectiveness for Immediacy, Convenience and Responsibility, while they have the lowest effectiveness for Efficiency. The policy's improvement focused on the public's low expectations/perceptions and effectiveness awareness, is required in order to develop people-oriented national privacy policy that are satisfied by the people.

eID는 여러 편의성을 제공하지만, 개인정보보호의 불확실성에 대한 우려로 활성화가 쉽지 않다는 단점이 있다. 이미 선진국에서는 eID의 도입을 추진해 왔으며 특히 EU에서 적극적으로 시도한 바 있다. 안전한 eID 시스템을 위해서는 개인정보보호 뿐 아니라 시스템 자체의 보안에 대한 고려도 동시에 이루어져야 한다. 보안성이 신뢰되지 않는다면, 개인정보보호에 대한 신뢰도 존재할 수 없을 것이다. 본 고에서는 EU에서도 특히 활발한 움직임을 보이고 있는 독일의 eID 현황 및 보안 메커니즘을 살펴본다. 그리고 안전한 eID 시스템 구성을 위한 보안 요구사항을 분석한다.
