Recently consumers pursue optimized health condition and high leveled quality of life through active promotion and prevention activity of health as the importance of health during daily life is emerged to meet the demand of aging society. Thus healthcare service is evolved into smart healthcare stage using various type of smart devices depending upon the needs of consumers. However the connectivity and interoperability among individual medical devices and smart devices are insufficient, thus data accumulation through individual medical devices is also insufficient. This thesis suggest the methodology to establish the connection among Bluetooth HDP and individual medical devices based on smart TV in addition to the monitoring of biometrics.

As interest in wellness grows, There is a lot of research about monitoring individual health using wearable devices. Accordingly, a variety of methods have been studied to distinguish exercise from daily activities using wearable devices. Most of these existing studies are machine learning methods. However, there are problems with over-fitting on individual person's learning, data discontinuously recognition by independent segmenting and fake activity. This paper suggests a detection method for exercise activity based on the physiological response principle of heart rate up and down during exercise. This proposed method calculates activity intensity and heart rate from triaxial and photoplethysmography sensor to determine a heart rate recovery, then detects exercise by estimating activity intensity or detecting a heart rate rising state. Experimental results show that our proposed algorithm has 98.64% of averaged accuracy, 98.05% of averaged precision and 98.62% of averaged recall.
The most important personal health care in digital health care is a very important issue mainly for chronic diseases. Therefore, it is important to develop a simple wearable device for real-time health management. Existing blood pressure estimation wearable devices use PPG characteristics to analyze PTT and propose blood pressure estimation algorithms. However, the influencing factors of the algorithm such as the reproducibility of PPG, whether to apply various PTTs, and variables generated from the physical differences of the measurers are actually very complex. Therefore, in this study, the correlation between PTT, SBP, and DBP was analyzed, and it was designed to use PPG sensors for device miniaturization. The blood pressure estimation algorithm took into account differences in PPG, heart rate, and personal variables.
Cardio-cerebrovascular disease is one of the chronic diseases that often attack people in Korea, and in fact, it ranks second in terms of death rate. This disease can be prevented by improving lifestyle, usual health care is important. But, in Korea most of the prevention or management programs adopt passive methods like using guide books or giving lectures, so it is not very effective in preventing the disease. Presently, the smart health care market is being developed in Korea and overseas. As an example, quantified self is being spread through wearable devices which are intended to measure each individual's health conditions and quantify body data into numbers for bettering habits. Accordingly, this author will explore and discuss wearable health care devices so as to prevent and manage cardio-cerebrovascular disease in a more active way. First, this study has classified wearable health care devices presently commercialized or related with cardio-cerebrovascular disease into wrist, clothes, or attaching types by the way of their attachment and analyzed them. After that, summing that up, this author performed cross-tabulations with other ways of preventing cardio-cerebrovascular disease. This will contribute to improving one's health care behavior about disease more actively and also work as an active interdisciplinary mechanism in research dealing with how to prevent disease afterwards.
