Many learning methods are recently being proposed for web-based remote education and a method commonly applied to web-based learning is learning through questions. In the existing methods, the difficulty of questions is chosen by learners in accordance with their level or questions are selected dynamically. As these methods are simply based on difference among questions presented, however, it is hardly possible for learners to study according to their abilities. To solve the problem, we adjusted the difficulty of questions presented based on information on individuals' weak points for different types of questions. Under the system individuals can learn by applying information on their abilities with regard to the type and difficulty of questions repeatedly, so the system can provide more effective distance learning. To overcome space restrictions in learning, also, we design and implement a mobile study system on the top of PDA platforms.

We need the customized e-Learning service according to not only developing the wireless mobile and hardware technology, also developing the multimedia process skills. Especially, the beginner who start to learn the first programming course must be provided the personalized learning. The beginner require the repeated practices to obtain the programming skills, also they reveal the different learning effects following the learner capability In this paper. we develop a new e-Learning contents which give the individual service for learner and show the simulation which is program execution to maximize the learning effects.

Accounting is a practical study as a fundamental of a corporate management. In recent years, the necessity of 'Engineering Accounting' and 'Accounting and Society' for non management and accounting major is on the rise. To accelerate the learning effect of accounting, the individual learning and learning by repetition is required. And ERP practice is on the rise as a new trend. The e-learning will be helpful to the individual learning and learning by repetition. The learner study repeatedly and individually by e-learning, and then practice the accounting process by ERP practice. It's also adoptable for Engineering Accounting to use repeated and individual study using e-learning and ERP practice. This paper is focused on the case study of Engineering Accounting using e-learning and ERP practice in Korea University of Technology and Education. To review this case, the development direction of the accounting education and engineering accounting education will be introduced.

본 연구의 목적은 온라인 학습자들의 학습효과를 높힐 수 있는 교수 학습환경을 마련하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위함이다. 본 연구에서는 온라인 학습자들의 학습성취와 학습만족에 미치는 학습자 개인요인- 건강, 가족지원 정도, 컴퓨터 능력, 취업여부, 자기조절학습능력- 에 초점을 두어 분석하였다. 본 연구는 서울사이버대학교 사회복지학부 재학생을 대상으로 수집된 총 226개 설문지를 회귀분석방법으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 학습성취에는 학습자 개인의 건강, 자기조절학습능력이 유의미한 영향을 보였고, 학습만족에는 가족들의 지원 정도와 자기조절학습능력이 영향을 나타냈다.

근래에 들어서 인터넷의 발전에 따라 사용자의 정보 검색 및 정보 서비스 이용에 대한 수요량이 많아지고 있으며, 이와 동시에 사용자 개인마다 적합하지 않은 정보에 대한 검색 시간과 서비스 이용에 대한 비용이 늘어나고 있다. 이에 따라서 사용자가 인터넷을 이용하면서 일어나는 행위들에 대한 정보를 수집하고, 이를 학습하여 생성한 사용자 프로파일을 기반으로 사용자 개인마다 맞추어진 적합한 정보를 제공하는 개인화 서비스가 늘어나고 있다. 본 논문에서는 사용자의 여러 행위에 대해 비 감독 학습 방법인 클러스터링을 이용하여 사용자 관심 클러스터를 생성, 사용하여 기존의 사용자 프로파일 학습에서 간과하고 있는 시간에 따라 변화하는 사용자의 관심에 대한 변화를 탐지하고, 변화하는 사용자의 관심 이동 형태에 따라 이를 사용자 프로파일을 생성하는 학습에 적용할 수 있도록 하는 방법을 제시하므로 해서 기존의 개인화를 위한 사용자 프로파일 학습 방법보다 진보한 학습 방법을 지닌 시스템 모델을 제시하려 한다.

연합 학습(Federated Learning, FL)은 중앙 서버 없이 분산된 클라이언트들이 공동으로 모델을 훈련시키는 방식으로, 데이터를 로컬에서 학습시키기에 개인정보 보호의 이점을 제공한다. 그러나 연합 학습 환경에서도 여전히 데이터 보안을 위협하는 다양한 공격이 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 특히 개인 데이터 탈취와 관련된 개인 정보 보호, 보안을 주요 대상으로 공격기법과 대응 방안에 대한 연구를 소개하고 이를 통해 연합 학습에서 클라이언트 데이터 보호를 위한 지속적인 연구를 촉진하기 위한 기초를 제공한다.

This experimental study was to examine the impact of collaborative learning in a virtual environment on students' learning outcomes and satisfaction. The collaborative virtual learning environment was created for a Korean history class for high school students. A total of 119 participants were recruited and were randomly assigned to either "collaborative group" or an "individual group." Students' academic achievements and satisfaction were collected as measurement tools to examine the effect of collaborative learning in the virtual learning environment and collected data were tested by independent sample t. The results showed that participation in collaborative groups had a significant positive effect on academic achievement and satisfaction than individual groups.

This study was conducted concerning convergence education practice to examine the difference of learning activity participation based on college students' individual traits such as gender, grade and major. To achieve the purpose, the types of learning activity were divided into teacher-directed type, teacher-intervened type, peer-leader type, students' mutual initiative type, and then the difference of types of participation in learning activities based on learners' traits was examined. The results of crosstabs showed that there were differences in the participation of learning activities depending on the students' individual traits. The participation of girl students in gender, first year students in school-year, and students of Health & Social Service in major was significantly high.

최근 IT 기술의 발전으로 인해 조직의 업무 생산성과 품질을 향상시키기 위한 프로세스 개선 연구와 노력이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그러나 상당수의 프로세스 개선 활동이 기대만큼의 성과를 올리지 못하고 있다. 그 이유는 조직의 프로세스 개선 노력이 개인의 업무 수행 역량의 차이를 고려하지 않기 때문이다. 조직의 성과는 조직을 구성하고 있는 개인의 성과로부터 기인한다. 그러므로 조직의 업무 프로세스 개선노력이 보다 실효를 거두기 위해서는 개인의 업무 프로세스 개선 노력이 병행되어야 하며 이를 효과적으로 지원할 수 있는 학습 체계와 성과에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 소프트웨어 개발 분야에서 개발자의 업무 프로세스를 분석하고 개선하기 위한 PSP 방법론(Personal Software Process)을 활용하고 있다. 본 연구는 PSP 방법론을 활용하여 일반 사무 근로자의 업무 프로세스를 개선 모형을 제시하기 위한 선행 연구로서 대학 수업을 듣는 학생들이 활용할 수 있는 개인 학습 프로세스 개선 방법과 성과 측정 기준을 제시하였다.

The present study is aimed to investigate antecedents(person-job fit, human capital investment) and outcome variable(subjective career success) of continuous-related career learning, and to demonstrate mediating effects of continuous-related career learning. The data which was applied to analysis was collected from 241 office workers who have worked for automobile company in Ulsan and public companies in Jeju and applied temporal separation of measurement as an alternative for common method bias. The results are as follows. First, person-job fit, human capital investment affected to career-related continuous learning positively. Second, the impacts of career-related continuous learning to subjective career success was positively significant. Third, the mediating effects by career-related continuous learning demonstrated statistically significant in the links between antecedents-outcome variables as partial mediation. Implications of this study contribute to expand research area of continuous-related career learning with regard to job and organizational variables, and to facilitate of research interests on subjective career success. In addition, the mechanism of career advance was empirically proved by continuous-related career learning.
