Predictors of Emergency Medical Transports Use Based on 2009 Korea Health Panel (응급환자 이송 서비스의 이용 특성과 예측 인자: 한국의료패널 2009년 데이터를 중심으로)

  • Based on 2009 Korea Health Panel, this study investigated socio-economic and clinical characteristics associated with emergency medical transport use, and analyzed a simple predictive model of emergency medical transport use. Analysis results were summarized as follows: First, emergency medical transports such as 119 ambulance were more used than private cars, taxis, or walk-in. Second, between a user group and a non-user group of emergency medical transports, there were statistically significant differences in age, the level of education, family composition, house type, household income, the relationship with the head of household, insurance types, the presence of handicap, the presence of chronic disease, reasons to emergency medical service use, and treatment after emergency medical service completed. Third, age, household income, the presence of handicap, reasons to emergency medical service use, and treatment after emergency medical service completed were statistically significant predictors associated with emergency medical transports use. To improve emergency medical service system, the characteristics and predictors associated with emergency medical transports are more concerned.

A Study about physical awareness symptoms of workers working at Seoul driver-owned taxi workplace by THI and CMI (CMI와 THI에 의한 서울시내 개인택시 사업장에 근무하는 근로자의 신체적 자각증상에 관한 연구)

  • This paper investigated Taxi drivers physical subjective symptoms and what factors were interviewed caused the symptoms. The 600 owning taxi-drivers in Seoul during four months from August 1st, 2003 to November 30th, 2003. 1. The average age of the owning taxi-drivers was generally quite high 54 years old. It was very high index compared with the Todai Health Index(THI) and Cornell Medical Index(CMI) of health check tables. 2. According to the age in THI health check table, the complains of mental subjective symptom by reason of age was high among 31 to 40 years old. People who belonged that age group showed high fabrication(L), digestion(C) and aggressiveness(F). The results showed the complains of mental subjective symptom. All items except tiredness(I), melancholia(N), and hypersensitivity(P) were commonly reported by people in their sixties. On the other hand, melancholia(N) and hypersensitivity(P), people in their forties were investigated highly. Statistically, the items of heartㆍblood stream(C) and digestion(D) systems were similar between the two ages, but anger(Q) was different. (p<0.05) 3. From the complains of mental and physical subjective symptoms about work satisfaction on the THI health check table, all items except eyeㆍskin trouble(B) showed strong dissatisfaction. From the complains of mental and physical subjective symptoms about work satisfaction on the CMI health check table, the items of respiratory system(B), digestion(D), nervous system(G), miscellaneous(K), inadequancy(M), and anger(Q) showed similar results. Otherwise, heartㆍblood stream(C) showed statistically different. 4. From the complains of mental and physical subjective symptoms on salary satisfaction in the THI health check table, in the case of people receiving around 1 million won, the complains of physical symptoms showed high among all items except for the respiratory(A) and digestion(C) systems. The eyeㆍskin trouble(B) item showed statistical similarity. The complains of mental and physical subjective symptoms according to a salary degree on the CMI health check table was completely different from the above results. In people received around 1~1.5million won, all items except anxiety(O) showed high. The hypersensitivity(P) item showed statistically different.

  • 고속도로에서 교통류의 특성에 파악하여 교통류의 특성을 파악하여 동적행태로 교통상황을 분석하고 효과적인 제어전략, 시뮬레이션, 그리고 기하구조 개선등의 효율적이고 실용적인 적용을 위해서는 교통류의 정확한 모사가 필요하다. 시공간으로 표현되는 상태방정식을 포함하는 거시적 시뮬레이션 모델에 사용되는 연속류 모델은 이러한 교통류 특성을 모사하는데 적절하다. Lighthill과 Whitham(1955), Richard(1956)에 의해 일계도함수의 형태를 가지는 단순모델이 제시된 이후 모델의 결점을 보완하기 위해 많은 고계도 모델이 제시되었지만 고계도 모델이 가진 이론적인 결점에 대해서는 여러 연구들이 제시되어 있다. 또한 고계도 모델은 운동량 방정식의 유도, 정산, 구현의 어려움으로 널리 사용되기 힘들다는 단점을 가지고 있다. 만일 적절히 구현할 수 있다면 적용이 간단한 단순모델로도 보다 정확한 교통류 상황 모사가 가능하다. Ansorge는 혼잡교통류상황을 보다 정확하게 모사하기 위해 단순모델에 엔트로피 조건을 결합시킨 모델을 제시했다. Bui는 이 제안된 모델이 적절한 시뮬레이션 결과를 나타낸다는 것을 밝혔다. 그러나 이 모델은 차량의 재가속이 이루어지는 교통상황-stop-start wave의 경우 비현실적인 값을 가진다. 엔트로피조건에 의해 구해진 해는 실제보다 과다한 교통량을 추정하게 되는데 이런 결과는 위와 같은 교통상황에서 중요한 요소로 작용하는 가속효과가 무시되고 있기 때문이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 stop-start wave 조건에서 가속도에 경계치를 부여하여 교통류율을 상한경계조건을 제시함으로써 교통상황에 맞는 교통류율을 산정하는 방법에 대해 제안하고자 한다.환승이라는 특정대안변수(Specific alternative variable)를 첨가하여 그것이 수단선택에 미치는 영향을 분석한다. 또한, 대중교통의 속성을 가지고 있는 지하철과 버스를 하나의 대안으로 묶어서 효용함수를 구한 다음 다시 승용차, 택시, 대중교통을 독립된 대안으로 두고 모형을 정립하는 NESTED LOGIT모형으로 파라메타를 추정하여 대중교통의 효용에 관해 분석·비교하였다. 본 논문에 이용된 자료는 공항을 이용하는 이용객들을 대상으로 직접 설문·면접조사한 자료이며 대상 교통수단은 승용차, 택시, 지하철, 버스로 설정하였다. 결과 적응형 알고리즘이 개개인의 최단시간 경로를 제공하는 사용자 평형 경로안내전략에 비해 교통혼잡도와 정체시간의 체류정도에 따라 3%에서 10%까지 전체통행시간을 절약할 수 있다는 결론을 얻었다.출발참, 구성대외개방선면축심, 실현국제항선적함접화국내항반적전항, 형성다축심복사식항선망; 가강기장건설, 개피포동제이국제기장건설, 괄응포동개발경제발전적수요. 부화개시일은 각 5월 26일과 5월 22일이었다. 11. 6월 중순에 애벌레를 대상으로 처리한 Phenthoate EC가 96.38%의 방제가로 약효가 가장 우수하였고 3월중순 및 4월중순 월동후 암컷을 대상으로 처리한 Machine oil, Phenthoate EC 및 Trichlorfon WP는 비교적 약효가 낮았다.>$^{\circ}$E/$\leq$30$^{\circ}$NW 단열군이 연구지역 내에서 지하수 유동성이 가장 높은 단열군으로 추정된다. 이러한 사실은 3개 시추공을 대상으로 실시한 시추공 내 물리검층과 정압주입시험에서도 확인된다..   • This paper mainly studies two films created by Huo Jianqi, Nuan and Postman in the Mountains, and analyzes the aesthetic style of Huo Jianqi's local movies in three parts. The first part deals with the characteristics of Huo Jianqi's local movies and discusses the theme selection, theme performance, character creation and emotional expression of the film. The second part elaborates Huo Jianqi's film and television works from three aspects: picture language, voice language and color language, which further reflects Huo Jianqi's aesthetic style. The third part analyses the puzzlement in the development of local films and how to develop them. With its unique oriental aesthetics, unique perspectives, unique rural scenery and characteristics, Chinese local movies have become the most representative of the overall level and style of Chinese movies. Chinese local film is the reflection and care of Chinese local culture, showing strong regional local culture, regionality is its distinct feature. Since the reform and opening up, with the changes of the times and the renewal of film directors, local films have shown distinct characteristics of the times. Through the analysis of Huo Jianqi's aesthetic style of local movies, this paper hopes to provide some valuable reference and inspiration for the development of Chinese local movies.

Estimation of Optimal Fare for Cloud Transportation System (클라우드교통시스템의 최적 요금 산정)

  • The Traffic congestion is caused by the increasing traffic demand. Thus, economic losses have been increasing every year. To solve these problems, car sharing and rental car systems that are equipped with IT technologies emerge. Car sharing has many advantages-the alleviation of the traffic congestion, the saving of maintenance cost for cars, the reduction of car possessiveness, the solution for the hassle of car ownership, for business and personal duty, and the improvement of connectivity between public transportations-. The goal of the car sharing is to achieve low-carbon and eco-friendly transportation. In this study, we review papers related to the car sharing system and the cost system of traffic systems. We estimate the optimal cost of the cloud traffic system that is one of the car sharing services. We suggest a methodology to estimate operational cost and use cost through the analysis of cost system between similar traffic means. The range of the maximum and minimum cost was determined through the comparison and analysis of similar traffic means. Expected demand and the cost that people are willing to pay were estimated through optimized value pricing. The minimum cost per hour that was compared to the cost of rental car was estimated at 5,333 won and the maximum cost per hour that was compared to taxi cost was estimated at 17,700 won. The cost for users was estimated at 6,930 won. The cost of 50% demands was estimated at 6,550won. Future studies should analyze service hours of users, weather, demand pattern and trend and consider them into the cost estimation.

Analyzing Factors to Affect Trip Mode Chaining Behavior Using Travel Diary Survey Data in Seoul (가구통행실태조사 자료를 활용한 서울시 연계수단 통행행태의 영향요인 분석 연구)

  • Recently, as shared transportation services has expanded, integrated mobility services that link personal transportation and public transportation are paid attention. To do this, it is necessary to analyze trip mode chaining behavior. This study analyzed the characteristics of the trip mode chaining behavior using the 2010 travel diary survey in Seoul, and analyzed factors to affect mode choice of trip chaining through the multinomial logit model. The transportation means were classified into passenger cars, city buses, intercity buses, railways, taxis, and others, and 25 trip mode chaining types were identified. Among them, the trip share connected between city bus and railways was the highest. It was also found that the trip mode chaining occurred mainly at commuting and in the morning and afternoon peak. According to the model results, the mode choice of trip chaining is significantly influenced by individual attributes (sex and age), household attributes (car ownership and income), trip attributes (trip purpose, trip time and trip length), and arrival area attributes (number of subway lines and bus lines, ratio of commercial area, land use mix and central region).

  • Interest in Fintech is extremely growing as O2O which means the binding of online and offline appears. The scale of private consumption in South korea reached about 700 trillion won, however, the online trading is only about 60 trillion won, which means 640 trillion won is still trading in offline. The reason the Fintech industry comes into the spotlight is because the foundation of related industries such as the rise of mobile traffic and the fast growth of the financial transaction through the mobile channel is forming. Especially, the introduction of payment systems among these Fintech industries offers convenience to the consumer. Mobile payment has been generalized in daily life such as utility bills and taxi fares. Use of O2O service in various industrial fields in commerce gives convenience to consumers and increase in sales to business in recent commercial transaction which is moving to on-demand channel services. People in smartphone life are supposed to find more convenient services for saving time using their phone, and this kind of environment makes the ordering goods and services through Fintech payments increase. The emergence of O2O services influences the development of Fintech industry and the emergence of convenient and reliable Fintech service through the deregulation of Fintech also affects the activation of O2O services. The complementary relationships between O2O services and Fintech would contribute to economic activation. From the standpoint of the researchers, I would like to further study the methods that can lead to a new paradigm of the financial payments industry through the development of Fintech and the drafts for the market expansion of the current offline commerce making it online in the advent of O2O services in variety industries.

Analytical Study for the Safety of the Bird Strike to the Small Aircraft Having a Composite Wing (복합재 주익을 갖는 소형항공기 조류충돌 시 안전성에 관한 해석적 연구)

  • The bird strike to small aircraft has not been an issue because of its low speed and usage as a private aircraft. So, the compliance of the bird strike regulation is limited to large fixed-wing aircraft such as the commuter category in FAR Part 23 and the civil aircraft in FAR Part 25, generally. However, the forecast of dramatic increasing of VLJ(Very Light Jet), the usage of a composite material for an aircraft structure and flight time of general aviation due to Air-taxi for the point to point transportation, would rise up the need of bird strike regulations and a safety enhancement in normal and utility categorized aircraft. In this study, the safety of bird strike to small aircraft wing leading edge made of a metal and a composite material were compared using the explicit finite element analysis.
