최근 개인정보 유 노출 사건이 급격히 증가하면서, 개인정보를 수집 이용하는 기업들의 개인정보 유 노출에 대한 대응 행태에 큰 관심이 모아지고 있다. 정보통신 기술이 급속히 발달함에 따라, 유 노출된 개인정보가 야기할 수 있는 피해의 정도가 점점 커지고 있지만, 정작 해당 기업들은 회사 이미지나 경제적인 이유 등으로 대응에 소극적이기 때문이다. 실제로 최근 많은 사업자들의 개인정보가 해킹으로 100만건 이상 유출된 바 있지만, 이들 사업자 중 유출 사실을 고객에게 통지한 기업은 전무하였다. 금년 8월, 방송통신위원회는 이러한 세계적 트랜드에 발 맞추어 개정 정보통신망법(안)에 개인정보 노출사고 발생 시 정보통신서비스 제공자가 노출된 정보, 노출시점 및 대처방법 등을 이용자에게 통지하고 방송통신위원회에 신고하도록 의무화하는 내용을 추가하였다. 이미 미국은 거의 모든 주(州)가 이러한 유 노출이 발생하였을 경우, 이를 고지하도록 하는 법안을 마련하였으며, 영국, 캐나다, 호주 등도 관련 지침을 마련하여 운영 중에 있다. 본 고에서는 개인정보 유 노출과 관련한 국내외 관련 법제 현황에 대해 살펴본다.

Stamps are the smallest image symbols that can be read in the period, and they include the history, culture, politics, and figures and events of the issuing country. In particular, the stamps of the past presidents include the contemporary history of Korea, and reexamining and reviewing the meaning of the presidential stamps historically has a meaning that can not be overlooked as a researcher who studies the image of political leaders. In this study, the scope of research from the first republic to the fifth republic, where the publicity of political leaders through the advertisement of stamps and placards was high, was conducted and the leader image formation and change process centering on the former presidents Rhee Seungman, Park Jeong Hee, Chun Doo Hwan, Respectively. For the interpretation of the image of political leaders according to the changes of time, the images were classified by using Osgood's Semantic Differential Scale, and the images were analyzed using Saussure's semiotics. The image continues to move and change, and the conclusion that the image of the political leader of the time is not a simple personal image but a social product reflecting the specific age of the era.

Medical images are an effective means to identity medical abnormalities.. Patients typically have medical images taken at different clinics during lifetime, and they often wish to have second interpretation on medical images showing substantial diseases. At present, since personal medical images are distributed to multiple clinics, there is a bit discomfort that patients directly bring their images by hands to get the second interpretation from another physician. With these two motivations, we design a cloud service for archiving medical images and interpreting medical images by physicians. We present the design and implementation of the service, and show its practical value as low-cost personal healthcare service. By using the service, patients can retrieve and review their medical images anytime and have a convenience of acquiring second opinions on their medical images at low-cost without visiting a clinic.

웹 개인화 기술의 발달은 많은 업체들이 기존 고객의 유지와 신규 고객의 확보를 위한 수단을 제공하였다. 현재의 개인화 기술은 크게 내용 기반 그리고 협력적 정보 여과 방식에 기반한 기술로 나뉘어질 수 있다. 내용 기반 정보 여과 방식에 기반한 개인화 기술은 멀티미디어 정보로 표현된 대부분의 웹 오브젝트(페이지, 이미지, 동영상, 사운드, 상품 등)에는 적용하기 어렵고, 협력적 정보 여과방식은 Cold Start Problem과 단일 도메인내에서의 개인화 서비스만이 가능하다는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 협력적 정보 여과 방식과 데이터 마이닝 기술 중의 연관 규칙 생성 방법을 혼합한 웹 개인화 시스템을 제안한다. 다양한 멀티미디어 형태로 표현되는 웹 오브젝트의 내용 분석이 어려우므로, 각각의 오브젝트를 하나의 아이템으로 인식하고 개인화 서비스를 시도하는 협력적 정보 여과 방식을 채택하였다. 협력적 정보 여과의 결과로 발견된 도메인별 유사 사용자의 웹 오브젝트 사용 정보를 연관 규칙 생성 알고리즘에 적용하여 오브젝트간의 연관성을 발견한다. 발견된 오브젝트간의 연관성은 서로 다른 정보 도메인의 오브젝트가 현재 사용자에게 흥미있는 것인가를 예측할 수 있는 자료로서 사용될 수 있다. 협력적 정보 여과 방식에 의해 생성된 오브젝트의 선호도값과 오브젝트 연관성 정보를 비교하여 사용자에게 개인화된 웹 서비스를 제공한다.

The issue on cyber ethics cannot be solved within technical and legal boundaries. Therefore, this study intends to consider the antecedents affecting cyber ethics from the perspectives of individual characteristics and social influences. Specifically, the current research aims to investigate (1) the effect of individual characteristics(self-efficacy, locus of control) on cyber ethics in web 2.0 environment, (2) the impact of social influences(subjective norm, image, visibility) on cyber ethics, (3) the moderation effect of a user's personality(extroversion, introversion) between individual characteristics and social influences, finally (4) the interrelationship between cyber ethics and the type of web 2.0 service participation of users(consumption, production).

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of watching 'Real Man' program on university student s' military image and security awareness. For the purpose of the study, 392 university students in Seoul, Chungcheong and Jeolla were selected. With the collected data, factorial analysis, t-test, frequency analysis, one-way analysis of variance, and multiple regression analysis were performed through SPSS 21.0. First, according to personal characteristic and watching degree, there were differences in military image and security awareness. There were significant differences in rationality, coherence, familiarity, violence, authority among sub factors of military image and in perspective about policy towards North Korea, persepectives about North Korea, military threats of North Korea, security will among sub factors of security awareness. Second, military image of university students who watched 'Real Man' had an influence on security awareness. Military image had an meaningful influence on perspective about North Korea, military threats of North Korea, security will among sub factors of security awareness.

오늘날 많은 국가들이 전자상거래 부문을 세계 여러 국가들 보다 빨리 선점하기 위해서 많이 노력하고 있다. 그리고 전자상거래가 활성화된 국가에서는 앞선 기술로서 가상공간에서의 자국의 위치를 높이고 있다. 우리나라도 전자상거래가 활성화되는 과정에 있다. 그러나 가상공간 즉, 인터넷에서 해결되지 못한 문제들이 많이 있다. 그 중에서도 세계 여러 나라들도 해결하지 못한 문제 바로 보안에 관한 문제이다. 인터넷에서의 보안문제는 여러 가지 문제들이 있다. 그러나 본 논문에서는 개인 인증에 관하여 중점적으로 다루려 한다. 개인 인증 방법에는 PKI 개념에서 RSA 암호알고리즘과, 전자서명 등이 있다. 그리고 공인 인증기관에서 개인에 대한 인증을 해 주는 경우가 있다. 현재 이러한 인증방법에 대해서 알아보고, 문제점과 함께 해결방안으로 생체알고리즘을 통한 인증 방법, 특히 지문에 대해서 개인 인증 방법을 다루려 한다. 특히 지문을 통한 생체알고리즘은 패턴 인식방향 보다 이미지에 대한 직접적인 의미 부여를 통해서 전송속도와 전송량을 줄이려고 노력했다. 이런 방식으로 얻어낸 이미지를 전자주민 카드 지문 시스템과 상호 호환이 될 수 있도록 연구하였다.

백혈구는 형태상으로 임파구, 중성구, 반핵구 등 7~8 종의 정상적인 백혈구 종류가 있으며 비정상적인 백혈구는 변형으로 인하여 수 십 가지가 되어 분류시 많은 어려움이 있다. 백혈구는 질환에 대한 많은 정보를 가지고 있어 질병 유무 및 상태 판단에 절대적으로 필요한 검사로서 현재는 전문가에 의해 백혈구 크기, 색상, 내부 핵유무, 핵의 모양 및 boundary 모양 등을 개인적 판단 기준으로 검사하고 있어 많은 어려움이 있다. 이에 질환별 백혈구 형태 분류 알고리즘과 이에 따른 백혈구 영상 정보 확보 및 검색 시스템을 설계 구현하였다.

This paper examines political leaders' image based on the concepts of social identity and distance. These concepts come from the two ideas: (1) Individuals create events to confirm the sentiments that they have about themselves and others in the current situation. (2) During this process structured sets of beliefs (social identity) about attributes of various entities are formed. Statistical analysis of the data from college students in Seoul offers three main findings. First, attributes clustered into four major groups-sociability, responsibility, power and activity. Sociability concerns as sense of approval or disapproval that can elaborated into closeness and intimacy. Responsibility relates to the judgement of morality, public obligation, or other standards. Power refers to social power, physical magnitude and so on. Activity indexes an entity's spontaneity, which can be elaborate into judgements of agency, speed and so on, Second, respondents evaluate negatively political leaders at the dimensions of sociability, responsibility, and activity, They are positively evaluated only at the dimension of power. Third, political leaders who are felt to be closer than others seem to have more political support nowadays.

항만은 국가기간시설물로서 2010년 기준으로 수 출입 화물의 90%이상이 처리되는 핵심 수 출입 관문이다. 이러한 국가 기간시설에서 발생되는 산업재해로 인한 작업 중단, 생산성저하, 비용증가 및 국가이미지 실추 등으로 인한 국가적, 개인적 손실은 직, 간접적으로 막대한 손해를 발생시킨.
