Abstract

항만은 국가기간시설물로서 2010년 기준으로 수 출입 화물의 90%이상이 처리되는 핵심 수 출입 관문이다. 이러한 국가 기간시설에서 발생되는 산업재해로 인한 작업 중단, 생산성저하, 비용증가 및 국가이미지 실추 등으로 인한 국가적, 개인적 손실은 직, 간접적으로 막대한 손해를 발생시킨.
