본 연구는 스타트업이라 구분되는 기업의 구성원을 대상으로 그들의 혁신행동에 미치는 영향 요소를 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 긍정심리학에서 중요한 변수로 다뤄지는 그릿(Grit)과 스타트업에서 특히 중요시 여겨지는 실책관리문화 변수를 중심으로 혁신행동에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 그릿은 스타트업 구성원의 인내에 대한 노력, 조화열정, 상황적응력의 세 변수로 정의하였으며 실책관리문화와 더불어 스타트업 구성원의 혁신행동에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 본 연구를 위해 기술창업 기반 7년 이내 스타트업 재직자를 대상으로 2023년 12월부터 2024년 1월까지 설문조사를 진행해 유효한 305개의 샘플을 확보하였다. 연구모델 분석을 위해 SPSS 24 통계 패키지를 활용하여 그릿과 혁신행동과의 관계 및 실책관리문화와 혁신행동 관계를 분석하였다. 분석결과 그릿의 3가지 변수인 인내에 대한 노력, 조화열정, 상황적응력은 스타트업 구성원의 혁신행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며 실책관리문화 또한 스타트업 구성원의 혁신행동에 정(+)의 효과를 나타냈다. 하지만 통제변수로 활용된 성별과 연령은 혁신행동에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 본 연구는 스타트업에게 매우 중요한 혁신행동에 영향을 미치는 변수들을 규명하고, 스타트업 구성원의 개인적 특성과 문화적 특성이 혁신에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 파악한데 의의가 있다고 하겠다. 본 연구 결과의 의의는 스타트업 혁신행동에 미치는 새로운 변수들을 규명했다는데 있다. 하지만 7년 이내 초기 창업 기업을 대상으로 305명이라는 제한된 표본으로 연구를 진행했다는 점이 향후 스타트업 범주 및 표본 확대를 보완하여 후속 연구의 확장이 필요하다고 판단된다. 또한, 그릿과 실책관리문화 외에 혁신행동에 대한 영향 변수의 규명이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

노화는 모든 사람에게 공통적으로 일어나는 자연스러운 현상이다. 그러나 이에 따른 신체적인 변화는 각 개인에 따라, 그리고 한 개인 안에서조차 각종 장기별로 다양한 속도로 진행된다. 노년기의 생리적인 변화는 예비용량(reserve capacity)의 저하에 따라 외부의 스트레스에 대처하여 항상성을 유지하는 능력이 감소되어 나타나게 된다. 안정적 상태에서 기능수준에는 큰 변화가 없으나 활동상태의 기능 수준은 연령증가에 따라 상당히 저하되는 것을 보여준다. 노년기의 생리적 변화에 따라 직병에 대한 감수성은 증가하나 대다수의 만성퇴행성질환은 특정 병리현상에 의해 발생하며 노화가 직접적인 원인으로 작용하지는 않는 것으로 알려지고 있다.

Illegal game players' hacking and propagation of malignant code in online game exposes privacy of online game customers. So, online game companies have to support the standardized systems and operations of customers' privacies. Since online game companies implement authentication of information protection, which focuses on assets or physical, systemic security, they need a more professional system that is related to protection of individual privacy. We analyzed the individual information protection system, which includes ISO27001, ISMS of KISA, GMITS, ePrivacy, online game privacy protection guide, and BS10012. Using the suggested systems, we proposed the systemic tools that measure the level of individual information protection, which includes process and check items of each phase.

최근의 웹 환경은 사용자의 적극적인 참여를 촉진시킴으로써 웹상에 대량의 데이터를 축적시키고, 무분별하계 넘쳐나는 데이터 속에서 사용자에게 선별된 정보를 제공하고자 하는 개인화 서비스를 발현하도록 하였다. 또한 개인 미디어 형태의 콘텐츠를 기반으로 한 사용자 중심의 서비스들의 증가와 더불어 사용자 개인 콘텐츠의 보호에 대한 요구도 증가되었다. 이에 본 논문에서는 사용자 개인 콘텐츠 보호에 개인화 기술을 적용한 개인화 서비스 시스템 선계를 제안한다. 웹 사이트 서버 시스템은 사용자 프로파일(User Profile)을 기반으로 규칙 기반 개인화 기술을 적용하여 사용자가 보호를 원하는 사용자 개인 콘텐츠를 예측, 소스 페이지를 암호화해 준다.

구개인두성형술이 코골음과 수면무호흡증에 유용한 수술적 방법으로 널리 이용되고 있으나 코골음과 수면무호흡증의 유발기전이 어리기지 복합적인 원인에 의하므로 구개인두성형술의 적응증을 결정하는데 많은 어려움이 있어, 수술전에 이 방법의 적응이 되는 환자를 보다 정확히 선택함이 중요하므로 많은 사람들에 의하여 주된 병변부위를 검시하는 방법들이 시행되어 왔다. 예를 들면 Mueller maneuver 중 내시경검사, Cephalometrics, polysomnogram, Multiple sleep latency test, CT scan 등의 방법이 환자선택에 이용되었다. 저자들은 비교적 쉽고 경비가 들지 않는 술전 검사법으로 양 후구치봉선(retromolar raphe)을 연결하는 선상에서 구인두궁 (soft palate arch)의 길이를 비교하는 방법을 총 89례에 적용 시행하여 그중 추적관찰이 가능한 46례에서 코골음은 86%, 수면무호흡증은 82%에서 자각적 증상의 개선이 있었기에 구개인두성형술을 시행함에 있어 양 후구치봉선거리와 구인두궁 거리를 비교하는 방법이 간단하고 경제적인 술전 진단방법으로 사료되어 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

This study examined the relationship among PsyCap(positive psychological capital), psychological empowerment, personal creativity and verified the mediated effects of intrinsic motivation in this relationship using the SEM(Structural Equation Model). For this study, the data was collected through on/off-line surveys of members and managers from 12 different enterprises. Among the 418 answers from voluntary participating employees, 332 answers were finally used for statistical analysis. The results were as follows. First, PsyCap had a positive influence on the intrinsic motivation and personal creativity. Second, Psychological Empowerment had a positive influence on intrinsic motivation, but psychological empowerment has no influence on creativity. Third, intrinsic motivation had a meaningful influence by partially mediating PsyCap and personal creativity but completely mediated psychological empowerment and personal creativity. This study focused on intrinsic motivation among the internal factors that have influences on showing personal creativity and has importance in the point that it has suggested the statistical significance by analyzing the psychological/emotional mechanism to reinforce this intrinsic motivation in a positive way. Positive analysis on the relationships among these variables suggests a theoretical meaning on providing a future direction for the study and practical meaning on providing ideas to reinforce the employees' personal creativity. 지난 10여 년 동안 대만사회의 가장 큰 변화 중 하나는 '개인 경비', 혹은 '개인 경호' 사업이 크게 발달했다는 것이다. 민간의 역량과 과학화된 설비로써 재산보호와 신변보호를 하고자 하는 개인 경비에는 여러 방식이 있다. 예를 들어 개인안전 경비(즉, 수행경호), 현금운송 경비, 주거경비, 상공업경비(여기에는 공장지대의 안전한 보호와 백화점, 금융기관, 보석상점 및 편의점 등의 경비가 포함됨), 그리고 각종 경비장치의 설치 등이 있다. 천징훼이(陳靜慧, 2006)는 대만의 경비 산업 경영형태에 대해 아래와 같이 분석하였다. 그의 주장에 따르면, 대만의 경비 산업은 일반 업무 위주로 하고 있으며, 여기에는 시스템 경비, 상근 경비, 현금 경비, 신변 경비가 있다고 밝혔다. 이 일반 업무는 일본, 미국, 독일의 형태와 유사하다. 그러나 미국과 독일의 경비회사들은 특수한 업무를 담당하고 있다. 미국의 경우 무장경비 현금수송, 신용조사 업무, 보험조사 업무, 거짓말 탐지 업무를 수행한다. 독일의 특수 업무에는 군대설비 경비, 교통지휘 및 질서 유지, 신속 고발 경비, 그리고 교도소 경비가 있다. 량신쩐(梁心禎, 2006)은 대만의 경비 산업 발전의 흐름에 대해 다음 세 단계로 구분했다. 제1단계는 1978년부터 1987년까지로 이 시기 대만은 일본 경비 사업 발전의 영향을 수용했기 때문에 일본의 경비사업 관리방식과 시스템 설비를 받아들여 점차 대만 방식의 경비 형태로 발전시켜 나갔다. 초기 발전단계의 경영방식은 주로 외국 기술과의 협력을 통한 시스템 경비가 주를 이루었다. 제2단계는 1988년부터 1997년까지인데, 이 시기에 이르러 경비 사업은 비인기 사업에서 인기 사업으로 시장이 확대되었고, 해외업체와의 활발한 기술 교류, 새로운 브랜드 개발과 경비 경영 방식의 혁신, 그리고 상근 경비와 수행경호와 같은 경비 관련 항목의 확장을 이루었다. 또한 이 시기에 수많은 경비회사들이 세워져 새로운 경쟁시대로 돌입하였다. 제3단계는 1998년부터 현재까지로 이전의 전통적인 건물경비 방식에서 경비와 부동산 관리 서비스를 함께하는 방식으로 경영 형태가 바뀌었고 전반적인 서비스 품질을 중시하기 시작하였다. 따라서 경비 사업자는 아파트 및 빌딩관리 보호 회사를 설립하여 이를 공동 경영하였으며, 전문적이고 종합적인 단계로 들어섰다. 대만 경비 교육제도의 설립과 제도화된 면허증 시스템 구축은 아직 초보적인 단계로써 여전히 이 두 방면의 발전을 강화시켜야 하는데, 교육과 심사를 시행하여 경비원의 소질을 향상시켜야 할 것이다. 경비사업자는 과학기술적인 통제 시스템을 받아들여 인건비를 낮추고 서비스의 범위와 품질을 향상시켜야 한다. 또한 각 지방의 노동조합은 정부가 법령을 개정하여 경비원의 자격제한과 업무를 보장해주도록 건의해야만 경호원의 대우와 이미지가 개선될 수 있다. 아울러 국제학술교류의 확대와 경비 관련 산업에 대한 토론회와 전시회를 자주 개최하여 새로운 지식을 습득해야 한다.

Previous research on smartphone has been focused on personal performance, accessibility, and information gaps in information system quality. In order to analyze the relationship between the use of smartphone information and personal characteristics, this study conducted a survey of 300 tourists at Jeju Airport, by using three variables of self-efficacy, 'impulsiveness and demographic variables (age, sex, education level, etc.) of smartphone use with personal characteristics. In conclusion, self-efficacy and impulsiveness seem to be positively related to the use of smartphone because it seems to be a living environment in which the desired information can be acquired within a desired time. In addition, there seems to be a difference between a mobile native environment in which online and offline boundaries are always connected and an environment in which 40 to 50 digital literacies are connected. This can be interpreted as a result of additional analysis.

Individual values exert strong influence on attitudes, behaviors and lifestyles of a person. Furthermore, Individual values predict personal world views and can predict behavior and behavioral predispositions in the organization. So, individual values influence the organization strongly. And, organizational culture in police is affected by the values of police officers. The aim of this study is to make use of the theory of human values developed by Rokeach as a theoretical framework to evaluate value preferences among police officers in Korea and have a thorough grasp of the point of sameness and difference with two studies. In this study, I analyze data and make a comparative study of values with preceding studies I find that police officers regard personal values as more important than social values. A noticeable finding of this study is the middle ranking of the value of equality among police officers. It's different result with other studies. And, the value of national security is the low ranking among police officers. It's the same result with preceding studies.

With help of Vehicle-to-Grid(V2G) technology battery in electric vehicle can be used as distributed energy resource and energy storage in a smart grid environment. Several problems of security vulnerability and privacy preservation can be occurred because V2G network supports 2 way communication among all components. This paper explains and makes analysis of architecture, privacy sensitive data, security vulnerability and security requirement of V2G system. Furthermore efficient architecture and operating scheme for V2G system are proposed. This scheme uses symmetric cryptosystem and hash algorithm to support privacy preservation and mutual authentication.
