개인 커뮤니티 사용자의 만족과 지속적 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구는 개인 커뮤니티의 성장 및 지속적인 발전을 위하여 국내 개인 커뮤니티의 대표적인 형태라 할 수 있는 싸이월드 미니홈피 사용자들을 대상으로 지각된 놀이성, 지각된 사용용이성, 지각된 유용성, 지각된 위험 등 개인 커뮤니티의 네가지 지각된 특성요인들이 사용자의 만족에 미치는 영향과 사용자의 만족 정도가 지속적 사용의도 형성에 미치는 상호 영향관계를 파악해 보고자 하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 관련 선행연구에 대한 종합적 검토를 거쳐 구조화된 연구모형을 수립하였고, 미니홈피 사용자 407명을 대상으로 설문조사를 통한 실증분석을 수행한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 미니홈피의 지각된 사용용이성은 지각된 놀이성과 유용성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 미니홈피의 지각된 특성 중 지각된 놀이성, 지각된 사용용이성, 지각된 위험 등의 세가지 요인이 사용자의 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 셋째, 미니홈피 사용자의 만족은 지속적 사용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 한편 사용자의 만족 수준은 미니홈피의 지각된 특성과 지속적 사용의도 간의 관계에 있어 매개역할을 가지고 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 분석 결과를 토대로 개인 커뮤니티 사용자의 만족도를 향상시키고, 장기적으로 충성스런 회원을 유지할 수 있는 방안에 대하여 논의하였다.

조직관리와 직무만족: 한국의 교육기관에 대한 위계적 선형모형(HLM) 분석

  • 본 연구는 조직관리자의 조직 내부 및 외부관리 노력과 관리경력 등 관리자의 개인적 특성이 조직구성원의 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증적 분석을 실시한다. 층화군집추출로 표집된 한국의 150개 중학교에 대해 3년간 학교, 교장 및 교사 조사를 통해 얻어진 다중원천 자료에 근거하여 위계적 선형모형(HLM)분석을 실시한 결과, 조직관리자인 교장의 관리경력 등 개인적 특성과 함께 교장의 내부관리 노력과 상부기관 및 학부모 등 주요 이해관계자에 대한 의견수렴 등 외부관리 노력이 모두 교사들의 직무만족에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있음을 발견하였다. 이러한 결과는 선행연구에서 제시하는 개인 및 조직수준 직무만족 설명변수들인 교사의 인구통계학적 특성, 직무동기, 자기효능감, 학교유형, 조직규모, 소재지역, 학교자원 등을 모두 통제한 상태에서 나타났다는 점에서 최근 공공관리 문헌에서 주목받고 있는 관리가 중요하다(management matters)는 주장의 한국적 맥락에서의 타당성을 지지하고 있다.

  • This study analyzed information privacy concerns and personal innovation influences effects of perceived usefulness, ease-of-use and satisfaction for a smartphone-based shopping mall, using technology acceptance model. For empirical analysis, the structural equation modeling analysis method was used. The results are as follows. First, information privacy concern is the usefulness of smartphone-based shopping mall has significantly negative, but did not affect the ease of use. Second, personal innovation is the usefulness and ease of use smartphone-based shopping mall have significant positive effect. Third, ease of use smartphone-based shopping mall is usefulness and satisfaction have significant positive influence. Finally, the usefulness of use of the shopping mall based smartphone significant satisfaction in positively influencing.

A Study on the Effects of KTX Driver's Person-Environment Fit on Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, and Turnover Intention (KTX기장의 개인-환경적합성이 직무만족, 조직몰입 및 이직의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • This study analyzes the effects of the KTX driver's person-environment(job, organization, Coworker) fit on job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention. It, additionally, examines the mediating effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment between person-environment fit and turnover intention. Consequence of the analysis indicates that person-environment fit has mostly meaningful influences on job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention. But person-job fit makes a meaningless impact on job satisfaction, and person-coworker fit also makes a meaningless impact on job satisfaction and turnover intention. The mediating effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment is mostly effective, but the mediating effect of job satisfaction does not affect the relation between person-organization fit and turnover intention. In conclusion, this study implies that, in order to grasp KTX driver's turnover intention and to protect actual turnover, it is important to enhance job satisfaction and organizational commitment as well as to improve overall person-environment fit.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 지적자본의 증대를 위해선 인적자본에 대한 체계적인 관리가 선결요건이며 조직의 혁신성과는 인적자본으로부터 창출된다는 가정 하에, 조직의 혁신 성과에 영향을 미치는 인적자본의 핵심요인을 규명하고자 하였다 문헌연구를 통해 혁신 성과에 영향을 미치는 인적자본의 요인으로는 개인의 역량과 태도, 만족도 및 유지도의 네 가지 요인을, 연구개발 조직에서의 혁신 성과는 특허와 논문, 상용화 및 우수기술개발 실적을 설정하여 실증연구를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 개인의 역량과 태도, 만족도 및 유지도는 특허 실적과 논문 실적에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다 따라서 특허와 논문 실적을 높이기 위해서는 개인의 역량 등 네 가지 요인이 매우 중요한 요인임을 알 수 있다 둘째, 개인의 태도와 만족도는 상용화 실적에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 개인의 역량과 유지도는 상용화 실적에 미치는 영향은 미미한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 개인의 역량과 태도 및 만족도는 우수기술개발 실적에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다만, 개인의 유지도가 우수기술개발 실적에 미치는 영향은 미미한 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 연구개발조직에서의 혁신 성과를 증대하기 위해서는 혁신 성과별로 개인의 역량과 태도, 만족도 및 유지도에 대한 체계적이며 차별화 된 관리가 필요하다는 시사점을 준다.

  • This study started why do consumers use the counterfeit goods. We executed the pretest through the depth interview, and made an purchase motivation scale, useful satisfaction and dissatisfaction factor scale of counterfeit goods. We found out having the recognition difference of China consumers about these. The results is as follows. First, Counterfeit use motivation ostentation, economic efficiency, satisfaction, and the practicality of four was All counterfeit motivation had a significant impact on attitudes. Second, the personal satisfaction and economic satisfaction as two counterfeit satisfaction factors were Counterfeit products personal satisfaction factors showed a significant influence on the attitude. Also the purchase of counterfeit economic satisfaction had a significant positive impact. Third, counterfeit dissatisfaction factors were personal, social and material factors of dissatisfaction into three Significant influence attitude toward counterfeit products is a factor. Purchase of personal dissatisfaction factors also had a significant impact. These findings made it possible for in-depth understanding of the behavior and culture in China of counterfeit consumer use. The results of this study has provided data that can be utilized in the future counterfeits reduce the use of public awareness campaigns.

  • This paper is an exploratory study on the acceptance of Chinese Internet entertainment personal broadcasting contents. After analyzing the factors affecting viewer satisfaction, we analyzed the relationship between these factors and viewer satisfaction on reuse intention. As a result of the survey, first, the information system quality has a significant effect on the viewer satisfaction of internet personal broadcasting. Second, indirect experience, entertainment pursuit, and social relationship have a significant effect on viewing satisfaction of internet personal broadcasting. Third, viewing satisfaction of internet personal broadcasting has a significant effect on reuse intention. These results are expected to help establish the marketing strategy of the company operating the Internet personal broadcasting and prepare the requirements to be provided by the host.

Effect of Care Workers on Job Satisfaction on Organization Commitment (요양보호사의 직무만족이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to empirically analyze the effect that the job satisfaction of care workers would have on the organization commitment. For this study, 230 care workers were surveyed via mail who were working at the long-term recuperation institutes for the elderly located in the eastern part of Jeollanam-do. 141 sets of questionnaires were used for analysis, excluding those with missing data. The collected data were processed by using the SPSS 18.0 to conduct the frequency analysis, reliability analysis, t/F-test, and hierarchical regression analysis. The results of analysis suggested the followings : First, the difference in organization commitment based on individual characteristics and job characteristics of care workers was found to exist, depending on the age related to individual characteristics and types of institutes and work types related to the job characteristics. Second, hierarchical regression analysis was conducted to analyze the effect that the job satisfaction of care workers would have on organization commitment. With the individual characteristics and occupation environment variables of care workers being controlled, it was found that the job satisfaction of care workers had the greatest effect on organization commitment. This implies that the extent of job satisfaction determines the commitment level of care workers for the concerned job.

  • The effect of satisfaction through job performance competency on management performance is enormous, for private security industry depends upon human resources generally till quite recently and often makes contact with clients. Although high-quality personnel who were taught professional education are held in high repute in private security industry, the studies of job satisfaction and recruit education for private security guards are insufficient. Consequently, this investigation analyzes the effect of recruit education program on job satisfaction searchingly for incumbent facility guards. The effect of recruit education program for facility personnel on job satisfaction is as follows. First of all, the differences of personal characteristics, training characteristics, work environment, job satisfaction are inspected in accordance with sociodemographic characteristics. After then, there is a remarkable contrast. Secondly, the former from among of learning expectation and self efficacy as personal characteristics has a positive effect on job satisfaction statistically. Thirdly, educational facility and contents as training characteristics have a positive effect on job satisfaction statistically. Finally, work environment including supervisor's support and maintenance has a positive effect on job satisfaction statistically.

Consumer Response Change according to the Level of Personalization of Internet Shopping Mall (인터넷 쇼핑몰의 개인화 수준에 따른 소비자의 반응 변화)

  • In the flood of information, many consumers want to choose the style that is suitable for their sensibility, which is usefulness and need for personalized services have been steadily increasing. This study made a video of personalized internet shopping mall and then university students (N=170) who have been using the internet shopping mall were asked to experience this and the change in consumer response was measured. According to level of personalization, this study found difference of web-site evaluation, satisfaction/internet behavior and quality evaluations of products. With regard to preferred types of internet shopping malls and the number of access, the difference was investigated. The results are as follows. First, subjects who experienced internet shopping mall of active personalization showed higher level of active personalization. Level of passive personalization differed depending on preferred types of internet shopping malls, for example, people who prefer online apparel shopping mall were low but people who prefer complex big shopping mall and social commerce were high. Second, after experiencing internet shopping mall of active personalization, satisfaction/internet behavior and quality evaluations of products did not change but passive personalization decreased and active personalization and web-site evaluation increased. Third, the number of access to internet shopping mall positively correlated with satisfaction/internet behavior and web-site evaluation, on the other hand, active personalization negatively correlated with satisfaction/internet behavior and web-site evaluation.
