창업 기회 역량에 관한 연구 - 행운 신념과 우연기술을 중심으로

  • 성공한 창업가들이나 저명인사들에게 성공의 요인을 물어보면 운이 좋았다고 이야기를 한다. 새해가 되면 신년 운세를 보거나 중요한 사업에 대한 의사결정을 앞두고 운세를 알아보는 사람도 많다. 우리나라뿐만 아니라 토머스 J. 스탠리가 20년간 백만장자 733명을 분석하여 저술한 <부자들의 선택>을 보더라도, 백만장자의 12%가 자신들의 경제적 성공요인으로 '운'을 뽑았다. 하지만 현실적으로 지배적인 개념임에도 불구하고 그동안 행운에 대한 과학적 검증이 많지 않았다. 운에 대한 전통적인 관점은 운을 외부 요인으로 보고 무작위하고 통제 불가능하다고 보았기 때문이다. 통제가 불가능하기 때문에 미래를 예측 하는 데에 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 간주하고 있었다. 행운은 운명처럼 정해져있는 것일까? 왜 운이 좋은 사람들은 자신에게 유리한 기회를 잘 인지하고 포착하는 것일까? 현실 속에 운이라는 개념이 존재한다면 이런 현상이 벌어지는 이유에 대해 과학적 탐구가 필요할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 행운은 외부 환경에 의해서 무작위로 정해지는 것이 아니라 개인의 내적 속성으로 운을 통제 할 수 있다는 것으로 보았다. 행운에 대한 신념이 있는 사람은 우연한 사건에 대해 우연기술을 통하여 기회역량을 높일 수 있다는 것을 검증하고자 한다. 이를 검증하기 위하여 총 332명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 행운의 신념이 우연기술의 매개역할로 창업 기회 역량에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 행운의 신념은 기회 역량에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 행운의 신념은 우연기술의 하위요인인 호기심, 인내성, 유연성, 낙관성, 위험감수 모두에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 우연기술의 하위요인 중 인내성, 낙관성, 위험감수만이 기회역량에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 나타났다. 넷째, 우연기술의 하위요인인 인내성, 낙관성, 위험감수는 행운신념과 기회역량의 관계에서 매개효과가 있다고 판단할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 행운에 대한 높은 신념을 갖고 우연 기술을 더 개발한다면 창업 기회 역량을 더 높일 수 있음을 시사한다.

  • Experts participating in the knowledge expert network externalize their implicit knowledge by providing information or writing reports. Almost all the members of the network share externalized knowledge and the network facilitate the dissemination and diffusion of knowledge. Individuals reproduce another implicit knowledge by internalizing shared knowledge through the network and re-created knowledge is externalized, establishing knowledge circulation. In this paper, we analyze the expert groups of the Global Network of Korean Scientists & Engineers(KOSEN, www.kosen21.org), the Korea's No. 1 science and engineering knowledge expert community, with the application of the theory of policy network proposed by Marsh & Rhodes. According to the principal standards of policy network classification such as the number of participants, interaction among participants, consistency, distribution of resources and dependency, we categorize the KOSEN expert groups as closed policy network and opened issue network, and divide closed policy network into core community and periphery community.

Design of an USB Security Framework for Double Use Detection (이중사용 방지를 위한 USB 보안 프레임워크의 설계)

  • Recently, the development of internet technology makes user's personal data used by being saved in USB. But there is a critical issue that personal data can be exposed with malicious purpose because that personal data doesn't need to be certificate to use. This paper proposes USB security framework to prevent a duplicate use of personal data for protecting the data which in USB. The proposed USB security framework performs certification process of user with additional 4bite of user's identification data and usage choice of USB security token before certification data when the framework uses USB security product in different network. It makes communication overhead and service delay increased. As a result of the experiment, packet certification delay time is more increased by average 7.6% in the proposed USB security framework than simple USB driver and USB Token, and procedure rate of certification server on the number of USB is also increased by average 9.8%.

  • 90년대 중반에 이르러 세계는 정보화사회로의 진입이 예고되고 있으며21세기는 지 식과 정보로 이루어진 사이버스페이스(Cyberspace)가 지배하는 가상사회(Virtual Society), 그리고 나아가 가상세계(Virtual World)가 될 것이다. Cyberspace는 컴퓨터와 통신망을 통한 다양한 멀티미디어 정보통신 서비스에 의해 형성되는 가상의 공간을 의미한다. 이러 한 21세기 정보화사회의 특성은 사회적 그리고 기술적 Paradigm 변화의 추세와 속성이 변질되고, 정보사회의 변화에 대해 그 근간이 되는 21세기 정보통신기술은 각각 정보의 운반수단, 정보용량, 정보신호처리방식, 통신영역, 그리고 정보통신 자원 등의 영역에서 그 기준과 수준이 변화할 것이다. 본 논문에서는 21세기 사회의 변화에 적응하는 정보통신 기술의 진화 모델과 차세대 정보통신 기술의 예측항목들을 분석하여 지능화(Intelligent), 복합화(Multimedia), 개인화(Human) 등의 IMPH의 특성 요소를 정의 한다. 정보화사회에 있어서 인간 중심의 정보통신 체계(Human Oriented Information and Tele-communication Service System)는 인간의 성능과 특성에 가장 최적합한 서비스 기능 체계를 구축하기 위해서 인간의 각 정보통신 처리 영역인 Perceptual Processor, Cognitive Processor에 대한 구현 서비스들의 정의와 그와 관련하여 예측되는 연구 및 기반기술 과제를 기술한다. 또한, 광대역 멀티미디어 정보통신 서비스들의 형태, 응용, 정보 요소, 기술적인 대칭성과 연결형태 등을 분석하고 4단계로의 차세대 정보통신 기술의 연구개발 전략과 방안을 제시한다.

Effect on the Internal Organizational Culture Attributes Job Performance and Job Satisfaction in Hospital (병원 내부조직문화속성이 직무수행능력 및 직무만족에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of internal organizational culture attributes on job performance and job satisfaction. Data collection was conducted from December 8, 2014 to December 20, 2014 through a self-enforced questionnaire at 500 general hospitals in Gyeonggi-do. First, the organizational cultural attributes of hospitals had a statistically significant effect on job performance. Second, organizational cultural attributes had a statistically significant effect on job satisfaction. Third, job performance had a statistically significant effect on job satisfaction. For communication, organizational development and the future of the organization as well as organizational attributes and systems of the organization were shown to increase job performance and job satisfaction, communication with seniors and colleagues, roles, and responsibilities between departments. Organizational culture had more organizational attributes than individual ones, which affects the work and behavior of the organization members. Therefore, in order to survive competition, hospitals require accurate diagnosis of hospital organization culture, maximize effectiveness of organization culture, and a desirable hospital culture. In addition, management should provide employees with a clear mid- to long-term vision to ensure that the objectives of the hospital and the goals they pursue are consistent.

Exploring Differences of Customers' Perceptions toward Mobile Services (모바일 서비스에 대한 이용자의 품질인식 차이에 관한 연구 : 한국과 미국 이용자를 중심으로)

  • Because the mobile services is composed of heterogeneous attributes, it is hard to find out customer's potential needs and more difficult to analyze customer's satisfaction factors toward mobile services. Therefore, this study approached this issue from a new viewpoint and applied Kano Model in analyzing customer's satisfaction and dissatisfaction factors toward mobile services. By using Kano Model, it tried to find out how differently customers perceive the mobile services. Firstly, we found out perception gaps of Korean and American customers toward mobile services. While Korean customers perceived most mobile services as indifferent service attributes, American customers perceived them as attractive service attributes. We could find main reasons of these perception differences from different national backgrounds and adoption rates of smart phones between two countries. Secondly, based on TRI scores, we categorized subjects into four groups and named as Pioneers, Explorers, Skeptics and Laggards. And then we examined the perception differences to mobile services among four groups. We found that there were no significant perception differences among four groups.

Enhanced Recommendation Algorithm using Semantic Collaborative Filtering: E-commerce Portal (전자상거래 포탈을 위한 시맨틱 협업 필터링을 이용한 확장된 추천 알고리즘)

  • This paper proposes a semantic recommendation technique for a personalized e-commerce portal. Semantic recommendation is achieved by utilizing the attributes of products. The semantic similarity of the products is merged with the rating information of the products to provide an accurate recommendation. The recommendation technique also analyzes various attitudes of the customer to evaluate the implicit rating of products. Attitudes are classifies into three types such as "purchasing product", "adding product to shopping cart", and "viewing the product information." We implicitly track customer attitude to estimate the rating of products for recommending products. Also we implement a session validation process to identify the valid sessions that are highly important for giving an accurate recommendation. Our recommendation technique shows a high degree of accuracy as we use age groupings of customers with similar preferences. The experimental section shows that our proposed recommendation method outperforms well known collaborative filtering methods not only for the existing customer, but also for the new user with no previous purchase record.

  • The latest E-commerce sites provide personalized services to maximize user satisfaction for Internet user The collaborative filtering is an algorithm for personalized item real-time recommendation. Various supplementary methods are provided for improving the accuracy of prediction and performance. It is important to consider these two things simultaneously to implement a useful recommendation system. However, established studies on collaborative filtering technique deal only with the matter of accuracy improvement and overlook the matter of performance. This study considers representative attribute-neighborhood, recommendation textile set, and similarity grouping that are expected to improve performance to the recommendation agent system. Ultimately, this paper suggests empirical applications to verify the adequacy and the validity on this system with the development of Fashion Design Recommendation Agent System (FDRAS ).

  • Smart TVs provide a variety of services and information compared to existing TVs based on the Internet. In order to provide more personalized services or information, it is necessary to analyze users' viewing patterns and provide customized services or information based on them. The proposed system receives the user's TV viewing pattern, analyzes it, and recommends a TV program or movie as customized information to the user. For this, the system was constructed with a preprocessor and a deep learning model. The preprocessor refines the name of the TV program watched by the user, the date the TV program was watched, and the watched time. Then, the multi-attribute LSTM model trains the refined data and performs prediction.The proposed system is a system that provides customized information to users, and is believed to be a leading technology in digital convergence that combines existing IoT technology and deep learning technology.

  • Recently, feasible services in ubiquitous computing environment are commonly based on context -aware computing. With the concept of context-awareness we can imagine more effective way to measure human being's daily stress and provide anti-stress services. Our study introduces logical and methodological approach to manage the stress through the development of stress index. From the practical perspectives, we also designed a business model for u-SMC, which is a profitable organization specialized in providing stress measurement services and personalized anti-stress services by utilizing the stress index model.
