본 연구의 목적은 높은 직업적 작업부하(Work stress)에 노출되어 있는 경찰들이 사 용하는 개인보호장비를 대상으로 사용자 중심의 설계기준에 기초한 인간공학적인 분석과 개선을 통하여 경찰의 임무수행도의 향상은 물론 직업에 따른 신체적인 안전과 건강의 향상을 도모하는데 있다. 주요 연구대상 장비는 방석복, 헬멧, 방패였으며, 개선의 주요 사항으로는 장비별 무게의 경감, 열압박의 감소와 통풍성의 향상, 사용성과 안전성을 향 상시킨 재질과 구조적인 개선을 가져왔으며 개선안에 대한 시제품을 제작하였다.

We are investigated about the state of the working circumstances and infection blocking facility within Metropolitan, Chungcheong and Gyeongsang regions in Korea. The result is as follows. The HAV vaccination rate is 35% and the HBV vaccination rate is 50% among the funeral directors. We expected that the infection risk of funeral directors was very high. Significantly, tuberculosis prevalence rate of funeral director was four times as high as the public. The wear rate of gown, mask, gloves showed relatively high than the others. The wear rate of individual protective equipments has decreased with work experience. The funeral directors have shown that there is difficult to get safe protection from infection. The personal hygiene of funeral directors and the infection blocking equipment should be strengthened institutionally. We are thought to recommend institutional support about infection management, individual protective equipment, vaccination of funeral director and guideline to avoid reversion to previous habitual behavior.

군용 활성탄은 모든 독성 작용제에 방호가 가능하도록 만들어져 있다. 따라서 각 개인은 어느 상황에서도 살수 있다는 확신을 가지고 규정에 따른 보호장비 착용을 숙달해야겠다. 그리고 지휘관은 충분한 보장력을 가진 보호장비에 대하여 지속적으로 교육시키고 만일의 사태에는 화학장교의 조언에 따라 그 교환시기 등을 적절히 판단하여 부대의 전투력을 보존해야 겠다

Personal Information Protection Law and Information Communication Network Law is administered from March, 2012 and August, 2012. It is very important to protect and manage the key well so that the third party doesn't know the key. Thus, at present, there increases an importance of Key Management Server. Key Management Server is an appliance type of hardware equipment which can securely store and manage encryption and decryption key. In this paper, we will survey on foreign key management server products and discuss about the necessities of legislation of related law and establishment of policy.

This study was performed in order to assess the risk of korean orchard worker due to pesticide exposure. The amount of pesticide exposure was calculated based on the informations of 97 kind of items that are used the form of a spraying in Korean orchard. The risks of these pesticides were assessed to compare the exposure amount with AOEL (acceptable operator exposure level) which was released form developed countries. When the operator sprayed pesticides using speed sprayer, 74.2% of pesticide items showed the risk for operator if the operator have not worn the personal protective equipment (PPE), and 42.3% of pesticide items showed the risk for operator if the operator have worn the PPE. In case of using motor sprayer, 64.1% of pesticide items showed the risk for operator if the operator have not worn the PPE, and 19.4% of pesticide items showed the risk for operator if the operator have worn the PPE. This result was indicated that the risk of pesticide against the operator was very high in korean orchard operator.

In this study, we surveyed the supply and perception of Personal Protective Equipments for firefighters. As a result, most of the respondents answered that they were paid in accordance with the supply standard, but 12% of the respondents said that there were insufficient equipment. Also, satisfaction with the performance of the equipment is mostly satisfied, but the safety gloves are more than 50% dissatisfied. In summing up the results of the survey, it is urgently necessary to improve the current supply standard, which is determined by the life of PPE, to the replacement period according to the using time or frequency. Also, a new standard should be prepared through the follow - up study.

최근, Internet of Everything (IoE)는 Internet of Things (IoT)의 영역을 급속히 확장하며 그 범위를 넓혀가고 있다. IoT가 여러 가지 다양한 센서들을 인터넷에 연결하는 기술이라면 IoE는 우리주변의 모든 기기들 (예를 들면 가전제품이나 보안 시스템)을 IoE와 아울러서 통합된 망을 구축함으로써 여러 가지 상승효과를 모색하는 정보산업의 새로운 흐름이라 할 수 있겠다. 하지만, IoE의 많은 장점에도 불구하고, 새롭게 개발되고 있는 기술이라는 특성상, 아직도 보완해야 될 점이 많은 것이 사실이다. 특히, IoE 환경의 경우, 가정이나 사무공간에서 연결되고 있는 기기나 장비들이 개인용품이 많다는 특성상 정보 보안에 문제가 생길 때 개인정보 유출의 우려가 클 수밖에 없는 것이 사실이다. 하지만, 많은 IoE 서비스 이용자들이 이런 보안상의 문제점들에 대해서 인지하지 못하고 있는 것이 현실이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 보안경고 디스플레이 기술을 활용하여 일반인들에게 개인정보 유출에 대한 경각심을 일으키고 구체적인 대응방안을 모색해 볼 수 있도록 유도하는 디자인 기법들의 가능성들을 모색해 보고자 한다.

Purpose: Personal protective equipment (PPE) is critical to protect healthcare workers from pandemic outbreaks. This study was designed to identify nurses' knowledge, attitude and perceptions on PPE. Methods: Data were collected from 154 nurses working at a tertiary general hospital, where positively diagnosed and suspected patients were accepted and admitted during the Middle East Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus outbreak in 2015. The PPE tool consists of 20 items for knowledge, and 5 each for attitudes and perceptions. Results: Overall, knowledge for PPE was higher than moderate (76.95/100), but there was a lack for items related to powered air purifying respirator (PAPR). For attitudes, willingness to work in pandemic outbreaks was the most positive (4.04/5.00). Goggles and PAPR were perceived as the most uncomfortable barriers to work. There was no correlation between knowledge, attitude and perceptions, despite a strong positive correlation between attitude and perceptions. PPE training was identified as a factor to improve knowledge and attitudes on PPE. Conclusion: To respond to pandemic influenza, nurses need to expand their knowledge on PPE up to Level C, and be updated through regular training. Study findings suggest that repetitive studies targeting nurses and other healthcare workers at various hospital settings are necessary.

본 논문은 YOLO v4 알고리즘을 이용하여 산업 현장에서 근로자의 개인 보호장비를 검출하는 방법을 제시한다. 학습데이터 주석은 사람 영역, 안전모, 안전 조끼 혹은 벨트 영역을 검출하도록 처리하였으며, 학습데이터 2,198개, 검증데이터 275개를 학습하는 데 이용하였다. 실험 결과 학습 반복 수 10,000번을 기준으로 81.81%의 mAP가 나옴을 확인하였다. 추후 정확도 개선을 위해 학습데이터 구축 및 전·후처리 알고리즘 관련 연구를 수행할 예정이다.

본 논문에서는 개인용 하드웨어를 통해 인증을 강화하고 이를 활용하여 개인 클라우드를 제공할 수 있는 개인용 보안장비인 DONO를 제안한다. 또한 DONO를 활용하여 보다 규모가 확장된 클라우드 서비스를 제안하고 이를 활용하여 실제 서비스가 가능함을 보여주도록 한다. DONO가 사용하는 환경은 기존의 네트워크 시스템을 따르는 대신 콘텐츠 중심의 통신을 통해 면역 기반 보안 시스템을 구축한다. 데이터 전송은 CCN(Content Centric Network)을 통해 이루어지며 CCNx 그룹이 검증한 프로토콜을 활용한다. DONO에 의해 보호되는 영역은 일반적인 네트워크 통신을 사용하지 않고 CCN 프로토콜에 따라서 운영하며 이를 통해 기존의 보안 공격과 추가적으로 알 수 없는 공격으로부터 시스템을 보호할 수 있다. 이러한 새로운 방식을 활용해 클라우드 시스템을 제공하며 보다 안전한 서비스를 활용할 수 있음을 보이도록 한다.
