  • KOSEN(KOrean Scientists and Engineers' Network) started Blog servece to encourage users' knowledge sharing and interaction between users. Since blog opened in April of 2007, 251 blogs have been made. We could collect diverse information from technical knowledge to private hobbies. We could find our blog's limitations and weakness, too. We analyze blog patterns and suggest strategies for service activation in this paper.

  • 1. 기초간호교육제도- 기초간호교육은 4년제 대학과정과 3년제 전문 대학과정의 두 제도가 있다. 수업년한, 졸업기준 학점이 다르다. ''학술의 심오한 이론, 그 정치하고 광범한 응용방법을 교수 연구하고 지도적 인격을 도야함''은 대학의 교육목적이며, 전문대학은 ''전문적 지식과 이론을 교수''연구하며 재능을 연마하여 중견 직업인을 양성함''으로 명시되었다. 전자는 학문과 지도력에 중점을 두었고 후자는 전문적 지식과 이론에 바탕을 둔 재능의 연마와 중견직업인에 역점을 두고 있다. 교육과정의 편성비율에 있어서도 대학과정과 전문대학 과정에 현저한 차가 있다. 전문대학은 총 이수학점 중 20$\%$를, 대학과정은 30$\%$를 교양과목으로 과하고 있고, 전문대학은 전공선택과 필수를 총 학점의 80$\%$로 하는데 비해 대학과정은 총 이수학점의 50$\%$ 내외로 하고 자유선택, 부전공 등에 나머지를 할애하고 있다(표 7, 표 8) 2. 계속교육제도- 계속교육제도는 정규교육제도에 포함되고 있는 대학원 과정과 보사부장관이 인정하는 특정 기관에서 개설하는 특수분야별 수습과정들로 나눌 수 있다. 대학원 과정은 간호학 전공 외에도 보건학 교육학동 인접학문 영역을 연구하여 학위를 받고 있고 서울대학교와 연세대학교에서 박사학위 과정을 개설하고 있다. 전공분야별 간호원의 자격인정은 보건간호, 마취간호, 정신간호 분야에 가능하나 극소수의 간호원 자격을 취득하고 있다.

Curriculum Planning for Children's Librarian (어린이전문사서를 위한 교육과정 모형 개발 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a curriculum model for the professional development of children's librarians at the university level through literature reviews, theoretical studies, survey of children's librarians' needs for their professional development, and investigation of the conditions of operation in the course of library and information sciences. The curriculum consists of five areas: (1) children's librarian, (2) child, (3) materials, (4) service, and (5) library management. There are two tracks: one for refinement in 90 hours, and the other for professional development in 165 hours. Some courses are made up practical activities drawn from theoretical foundations. The courses blend on-line and off-line styles of learning.

Comparison on equating methods for course evaluation (강의평가에 대한 균등화방법의 비교)

  • Most of universities have carried out course evaluation to improve students's satisfaction for the established lecture and apply the performance appraisal for professor. But, course evaluation depends on many variables such as class size, type of lecture, evaluator's grade and so on. As the results, such variables lead to serious bias which makes lecturers distrust the course evaluation results. In this paper, we compare some equating methods for the course evaluation and the efficiencies for some equating methods. And we will recommend one of them which has best efficiency. Also we give the example to which the method is applied.

  • Most of universities have carried out course evaluation to apply the performance appraisal for professor. But, course evaluation depends on characteristics of each class such as class size, type of lecture, evaluator's grade and so on. As the results, such characteristics of each class lead to serious bias which makes lecturers distrust the course evaluation results. Hence, we propose a equating method for the course evaluation by regression analysis which use stepwise variable selection. And we compare proposed method with the other method by Cho et al. (2009) with respect to efficiencies. Also we give the example to which the method is applied.

  • This study was designed to gain insights into investigating pre-service secondary mathematics teacher education for technology integrated curriculum. The progressive expansion of supporting system for those education in US, TPACK, teacher belief, and analysis frameworks for teacher education program were explored. A survey on the technology courses in 42 mathematics education departments was analysed. Technology courses were not opened in 1/3 of the departments because of the lack of lecturers or objection of the faculty members. Common visions as well as curriculum realignment, financial supports are required for implementing technology integrated mathematics education

국내 주가지수선물시장에서의 차익거래기회

  • 선물시장이 개설된 이후 최근까지 약 2년동안 거래된 주가지수선물 8개의 최근월물에 대한 실제가격과 이론가격과의 괴리율을 분석한 결과 한개의 결제월물을 제외한 1개의 최근월물의 선물가격이 평균적으로 이론가보다 낮게 형성되어 주가지수선물시장이 개설된 이후 대부분의 기간동안 선물가격의 저평가상태가 지속되고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 선물시장이 양적으로 성장한 97년 10월부터 괴리율의 편차가 더 심화되는 경향도 발견되었다. 가격괴리현상을 이용한 차익거래로 실제 수익을 올릴 수 있었는가에 대한 점증에서는 거래비용에서 유리한 위치에 있는 증권회사의 경우 분석대상 총거래일수 544일중에서 차익거래가 가능했던 거래일은 301일이었고, 거래비용측면에서 상대적으로 불리한 일반투자자의 경우에도 총 190일이나 차익거래가 가능했던 것으로 분석되었다. 이처럼 거래비용을 고려하고도 차익거래로 이익을 실현할 수 있는 기회가 즉시에 소멸되지 않고 상당기간동안 지속되는 것으로 나타났으며, 이는 기관투자가의 선물에 대한 인식 부족과 증권회사의 공매도 제약 둥과 같은 제도적 요인, 그리고 차익거래 수익의 불확실성 등에 따라 차익거래가 활발하게 이루어지지 못한데서 기인한 것으로 보인다. 가격괴리현상과 선물만기일까지의 잔존기간과의 관계는 유의적이어서, 선물만기일까지 잔존기간이 길수록 괴리율이 더 크고 만기일에 접근함에 따라 괴리율은 감소하였다.

Suggestion of Implementing "Assessment of Mathematics Learning" Class for Educating Prospective Teachers (학생평가 전문성을 갖춘 수학교사 양성을 위한 "수학학습평가" 강좌의 교육 내용과 방법에 대한 제안)

  • Teacher's competence in student assessment is an essential ability to mathematics teachers and should be improved qualitatively. This study suggests how college of education should make efforts in educating prospective teachers who will have competence in student assessment. First, $\ulcorner$Assessment of Mathematics Learning$\lrcorner$ must be set as a required subject. Second, the contents of the subject should be consisted to improve the competence of the prospective teachers in student assessment. Therefore, the contents based on the standards of teacher's competence in student assessment are suggested in this paper. Third, teaching methods should be practiced by using exemplary samples of teacher's assessment on students in addition to lecture.

  • This preliminary study examined the status of data science-related course syllabi in the American Library Association (ALA) accredited Library and Information Science (LIS) programs. The purpose of this study was to explore LIS course syllabi related to data science, such as course title, course description, learning outcomes, and weekly topics. LIS programs offer various topics in data science such as the introduction to data science, data mining, database, data analysis, data visualization, data curation and management, machine learning, metadata, and computer programming. This study contributes to helping instructors develop or revise course materials to improve course competencies related to data science in the ALA-accredited LIS programs.

Influences of Environmental Factors on Soil Erosion of the Logging Road in Timber Harvested Area (성숙임목벌채지(成熟林木伐採地)에서 운재로(運材路)의 침식(浸蝕)에 미치는 환경요인(環境要因)의 영향(影響))

  • This research aimed at the contribution to obtaining the scientifical data which were required for planning she environmentally sound and sustainable management, particularly in the field of the logging road construction. Main natural environmental variables including natural vegetation, rainfall, soil runoff were measured in the logging road on-sites and analysed. This project was carried out at the (mt.)Paekunsan Research sorest of Seoul National University, located in Gwangyang, Chollanam-do in southern part of Korea, from 1993 to 1994. 1. The explanatory variables for erosion and sedimentation on logging road surface were accumulated rainfall, erosion distance, cross-sectional gradient, and soil hardness. The erosion and sedimentation on logging road was increasing positively in proportion to the accumulated rainfall, soil distance from starting point of the logging road, and cross-sectional gradient. 2. On cut-slope of logging road, cut-slope shape, part of the slope, plant coverage, soil hardness, sand content, accumulated rainfall, clay content, and silt content were effective factors. Cut-slope erosion and sedimentation on logging roam increased as with the lower plant coverage, the lower accumulated rainfall, the high sand content in the soil. 3. On fill-slope of logging road, there were three significant variables such as total rainfall and number of rainfall-storm. Fill-slope erosion and sedimentation had a positive correlation with the amount of rainfall, the number of rainfall, the soil hardness. 4. The total erosion and sedimentation on logging road were $5.04{\times}10^{-2}m^2/m^2$ in logging road construction year, $7.37{\times}10^{-2}m^2/m^2$ in next year. The erosion and sedimentation on logging road surface were 32.7% of total erosion and sedimentation on Logging road in construction year, and 57.1% in next year, respectively. The erosion and sedimentation on cut-slopes were 30.4% on logging road in construction year, fill-slopes of total erosion and sedimentation and 21.0% in next year, respectively. The erosion and sedimentation on fill-slopes were 36.9% on logging road in construction year, 21.9 in next year. To decrease the erosion and sedimentation at the logging road from the beginning stage of construction, the effective revegetation works should be implemented on the cut-slope and fill slopes, and erosion control measures such as optima. road design must be constructed on read surface.
