The construction industry is very important to supply the facilities and infrastructure in Korea. However, the images of construction industry are negative in actual. In addition, the studies to improve the images of construction industry up to now have a limitation to research the images about that time. So, in this study, the authors examined and analyzed the peoples' trend changes of the images of construction industry with time. The results showed that the positive images of construction industry about the contribution to national economy and the future prospect are diminished. And it is revealed that the negative images of construction industry about the morality are decreased, too. The authors proposed the strategies to improve the images of construction industry by the based on these results.

The purpose of this research is to find a solution for matching service between recruiting and job seeking of software developers. An efficient matching service solution is essential for acquiring solid global competitiveness in software industry and IT academia. An in-depth analysis on deep-rooted problems on mismatching has been performed. Past and present policies on mismatching solutions have been reviewed based on desirable co-growth structure. A new matching solution has been derived and a triple-helix strategy has been suggested. A survey result for 14 domain experts and 85 employees of large and small software companies shows that the suggested matching solution is useful. The results of this research can be used for finding a better matching service solution and policies.

IMF 체제와 의료시장 개방 체제속에서 경쟁우위와 합리적인 경영환경을 구축하기 위해서는 의료업계에서도 불합리한 구조적 개선과 다변화하는 고객서비스 개선을 위해 병원 조직의 효과성 또는 경영 합리화를 위해 구조조정이 불가피하다. 변화의 대응전략 하나로정보기술(Information Technology)에 의한 HPR(Hospital Process ReEngineering) 방법론을 적용시켜 조직의 리스트럭처링(Restructuring)과 프로세스 리엔지니어링(Process ReEngineering)개선으로 인한 경영환경 변화요인을 분석함으로써 기대되는 학습조직, 유연조직, 가상조직, 네트워크 조직, 인간존중조직의 구성효과와 서비스의 질적 향상, 조직의 재구성, 업무의 재분배,인적자원의 적재적소 배치, 사무환경개선, 업무처리과정이 표준와, 경영환경 개선의 기대효과와 정보기술은 단순한 프로세스의 개선, 효율화가 아니라 새로운 환경에 적합한 최적의 경영도구로 병원의 목적 달성에 간접적이 아닌 직접적인 도움을 주는 성공요인으로 평가하였다.

The purposes of this study were to analyze instructional strategies of science teachers, science teachers' orientations toward science teaching by the reason which instructional strategies was used in middle school science classes, and the relations among PCK elements for suggesting a direction of improvement of PKC models. For this purpose, we selected three of middle school teachers as participants who had various teaching experience periods. Semi-structured interviews and classroom observations were gathered for data. From the data collected, we analyzed the type of instructional strategies of science teachers. On the base of these, we identified characteristics of the teachers' orientations toward teaching science. From the reason that instructional strategies was used, we could ascertain that knowledge of science curriculum and knowledge of students' learning which was component of PCK crucially affected instructional strategies of science teachers. Therefore we assured that analysis of practical instructional strategies of science teachers that showed through science instruction was the most effective method that could find out science teacher's orientation of teaching science internalized, and that knowledge of science curriculum and knowledge of students' learning was the basic component of PCK that formed instructional strategies of science teachers. On the basis of the result, a necessity for improvement of PCK models was presented.

A bottleneck and congestion occur when a freeway is closed due to maintenance and construction activities on the freeway. Although various traffic managements have been developed to improve the traffic efficiency at freeway work zones, such as merge control, there is a limit to those controls with human drivers. On the other hand, the wireless communication of connected and automated vehicles (CAVs) enables the operation of advanced traffic management. This study developed a traffic control strategy that integrates Dynamic Merge Control (DMC) and Lane Change Control (LCC) in a CAV environment. DMC operates as an either early or late merge based on the occupancy rate of upstream of the work zone. The LCC algorithm determines the number of vehicles that need to change their lane to balance the traffic volume on open lanes. The simulation results showed that integrated control improves the cumulative vehicle count, average speed upstream, and average network travel time.

지식경제부의 발표에 따르면, 세계 SW/IT융합 시장은 2010년 1.2조 달러에서 2015년 2조 달러, 2020년에는 3.6조 달러에 이르러 연평균 11.8%로 성장할 것으로 전망되고 있으며, 같은 기간 동안 세계경제성장률이 3~4%인 점을 감안한다면 이는 상당히 높은 성장률이라고 할 수 있다. 이러한 추세에 맞추어 세계 각국은 빠르게 확산되고 있는 SW융합 환경에서 자국의 경쟁력을 높이기 위해 정책적으로 많은 노력을 기울이고 있으며, IT인프라의 확산 및 고도화를 통해 정보 지식기반의 사회로의 발전을 꾀하고 있다. 국내에서도 SW기업의 성장기반 확대 조성 및 시장 환경 개선을 위해, 2010년 2월 제45차 비상경제대책회의에서 범부처 차원의 SW산업 육성방안을 담은 'SW 강국 도약전략'을 수립하여, 국내 SW산업의 체질을 개선하고, SW분야의 신시장 창출을 위한 SW 산업 생태계 재편, SW 융합 수요 창출, SW 인재양성, SW 기술역량 제고 등 4대 핵심전략과 12개 정책 과제를 제시하였다. 그러나 국내의 SW산업분야에 대한 정책적인 지원 투자는 약 10년을 넘은 수준으로, 상대적으로 초기수준인 SW산업의 글로벌 경쟁력 확보를 위한 체계적이고 전략적인 지원이 필요하다. 특히, 지역기반의 SW산업은 서울 및 수도권에 비하여 사업체의 수, 생산액 등 모든 면에서 열세이므로 지역의 경제 및 산업에 있어서 SW산업의 중요성을 재인식하고 이에 따른 발전전략을 추진할 필요가 크다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 그동안의 지역 SW산업 지원 사업의 문제점과 지역 SW산업의 기반 현황 및 여건분석에 해당하는 지역적 특성, IT SW 산업의 시장 규모, IT SW 산업의 GRDP 비중 및 기여도, IT SW 산업의 사업체 수 및 종사자 수, 국내 산업단지 현황, IT SW 산업의 가치사슬, 지역 지원정책 등 다양한 변수들을 고려하여, 정부의 광역경제권발전전략의 핵심인 지역별 선도산업을 중심으로 한 SW융합사업으로서 시너지 창출이 가능한 지역발전전략을 수립하고자 한다. 또한, 국내외 SW산업의 정책 및 성공사례를 조사, 분석하여 SW산업 육성을 위한 지역발전정책의 방향성을 도출하여 광역경제권 수요기반의 신규 정책 및 제안을 통해 선택과 집중에 의한 지역 SW산업 육성 전략을 수립하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to propose a methodology for operating variable speed limit (VSL) strategies in freeway work zones. A notable feature in this study is to incorporate a multi-criteria decision making process into deriving better VSL strategies. Decision criteria in this study include operational efficiency, safety, and environmental impacts. Travel speed, acceleration noise, and CO2 were used as performance measures for evaluating VSL strategies. A multi-criteria value function was developed through an analytical hierarchical process (AHP) for representing expert's knowledge. Then, a variety of VSL operations scenarios were investigated utilizing a microscopic traffic simulation suite, VISSIM. The proposed methodology would be useful in supporting more efficient, safer, and more environment-friendly traffic operations and control in freeway work zones.

This study researched the relationship of effect of management awareness of corporate members, system buildup and strategic operation on corporate performance through industry-university collaboration networking. The result of the study are as follows. First, as the importance of industry-university collaboration, system buildup networking was proved to provide the greatest influence on the corporate performance. Second, it presents to form the bond of sympathy with members on corporate management which is built through industry-university collabora-tion. Third is the importance of strategic operation. Strategic operation was prove to have high influence on corporate performance. Fourth is to prove the relationship between system buildup and strategic operation of industry-university collaboration networ- king. The system buildup provides an important impact on corporate strategic operation. Fifth is the system buildup through management awareness by through industry-university collaboration. Lastly, the relationship between management awareness and corporate performance was found to be significant. Management awareness of members can be presented as an important variable on corporate performance. This study is to present the fact that it is important to secure competitiveness of small and medium-sized businesses, to develop a way for creative improvement and to secure a way for strengthening the competitiveness, and to strengthen the corporate competitiveness through reinforcement of industry- university collaboration networking.

This study suggested cooperative governance cases and improvement strategies between local welfare centers and urban regeneration support centers, centered on urban revitalization areas around Seoul Station, by applying FGI. Based on the analysis of the contents of FGI participating in the cooperative governance process, it was proved that the common role and identity between the local welfare center and the urban regeneration support center were regional based activities. And the advantage of constructing collaborative governance was analyzed by four ways. In addition, this study presented improvement strategies from a microscopic and macro perspective. The results of this study suggest that the change in the curriculum of social workers' education and the expansion of the scope of the practitioner in the Urban Regeneration Business Act propose.

Distribution channels are changing its industry paradigm from quantitative increase to qualitative improvement. In addition, it incorporates new characteristics and consumption tread of customers and the core value of service is developing focused around on online to offline (O2O) business model of omnichannel. In this respect, companies are integrating various distribution channels and in order to provide high content business service to customers, their interest in finding a new business strategy is increasing. Currently, most of the service being provided to customers are formed based on distribution structure centered around big companies and financial industry and the problems faced by small to medium and micro enterprises, which are expansion and improvement of channels, discovery of new distribution channels and finding O2O marketing strategy, can be said as very important task. Accordingly, this research purports to create added values which can serve as the driving force of growth of "creative economy" by improving distribution channels in which anyone who incorporates needs of smart consumers can enter into the smart commerce market and to further form sustainable win-win market that is strategic through business platforms for small to medium and micro enterprises therefrom.
