Exploratory Study on the Phenomena of Entrepreneurship Education in Food and Agriculture Sectors Focused on Educational Provider Based on the Grounded Theory Approach (근거이론 접근법을 이용한 교육 공급자 관점 농식품 분야 창업교육 현상의 탐색연구)

  • Recently, the trend is an increase in prep and existing entrepreneurs returning to farming, people who take over the business and work on a secondary inauguration, and those who are in the field of processed food or exposing farm arisen from the activation of the sixth industry. However, the fact is that majority of an agricultural education is about production process technology education of farm product and processed food under a government-affiliated organization, so the education for start-up, management, or marketing are scarcely proceeding. Rapidly changing customers' demands and trends, agricultural product and food market opening cause a crisis in the field of agrifood. To turn this crisis into opportunity, return farmers need to be fully qualified as an entrepreneur and enterpriser, so that they improve their business mind-set such as plaining, manufacturing and marketing items in a customer perspective, and have ability to take action against imported goods. Also there is a necessary education to change recognition and enhance their ability as an entrepreneur. This study gives a proposal that an agricultural education should expand and strengthen for practician in the field of agrifood to inspire mind-set, change recognition, and enhance their ability as an entrepreneur, and aim at basically figuring out reality of current agricultural education which has not been systematically studied yet, and also establishing theories associated with that. This study is composed of present state, content, drawback, improvement plan of the current agricultural education intended for five of education managers and instructors who provided various education about inception towards farmers, returning farmers, and prep entrepreneurs who have already started up or get ready to do the business in agrifood field.

  • In the 21st century, the 4th Industrial Revolution is in need of talented people who are equipped with experience and knowledge of various industries. Each university operates a capstone design to nurture the talent needed for practical work and attaches importance to the industry. However, since students in a single major plan as team members, there are limitations in current market situation and environmental awareness, marketing and design. In order to improve the shortcomings of the capstone design, which is carried out at the center level, engineering and design need to collaborate with each other without focusing only on the technical part. In this study, the researcher introduces the engineering and design linkage cases of the Capstone Design Program operated by the Department of Media Software and seeks to improve them. First, the educational purpose and operation plan of capstone design in the engineering field was reviewed and the improvement plan was suggested based on the result of the program case operated by the researcher.

  • Lessons Learned(LL) is a military term defined as all activities that promote future development by finding problems and need improvement in education and reality in the field of warfare development. In this paper, we focus on presenting actual examples and applying AI analysis inference techniques to solve revealed problems in promoting LL activities, such as long-term analysis, budget problems, and necessary expertise. AI legal advice services using cognitive computing-related technologies that have already been practical and in use, were judged to be the best examples to solve the problems of LL. This paper presents intelligent LL inference techniques, which utilize AI. To this end, we want to explore theoretical backgrounds such as LL analysis definitions and examples, evolution of AI into Machine Learning, cognitive computing, and apply it to new technologies in the defense sector using the newly proposed L2-OODA ensemble algorithm to contribute to implementing existing power improvement and optimization.

  • This thesis proposes how data security has changed since the emergence of 'Big Data' in 2012 and the type of Integrated Security Management System that needs to be built against security threats, based on an analysis of Big Data. Much research has been conducted in Big Data. I need to think about what an Integrated Security Management System requires in order to safeguard against security threats such as APT. I would like to draw a comparison between the current Integrated Security Management System and one that is based on Big Data, including its limitations and improvements, so that I can suggest a much improved version of Integrated Security Management System.

  • This paper searches for programs for creating increased employment in local society in important occupation sectors such as education and training services, insurance and social welfare services, culture and arts, housing and environmental service fields. As part of an improvement plan, while strengthening investment in education training infrastructure for the suppliers of social services, cooperation and coordination by the public and private sectors is necessary. Also necessary are identifying model social enterprises that are based upon joint efforts for success of social enterprises and publicity efforts necessary.

  • Environmental concerns over the use of fossil fuels and their resource constraints have spurred increasing interest of renewable energy, and the needs for energy storage from the renewable resources is getting rapidly increase. Na/$NiCl_2$ cell could be use electric vehicles as well as energy storage, because it has a high energy-efficiency, environmental-friendly, low cost. However, there remain several issues on improvement of materials, component, cell design, and process, to use in broad applications and to penetrate to market. This paper offers a comprehensive review on R&D status of the structure, chemistry, key materials, and cell design & manufacture for Na/$NiCl_2$ cells.

OLED의 양극으로써 ITO/Ag/ITO와 ITO/Ag/ITO/Ag/ITO 다층박막의 전기적.광학적 특성에 관한 연구

  • 투명전극 물질인 ITO는 가시광선 영역에서 높은 투과율과 낮은 전기저항을 나타내어 OLED, PDP, LCD등 다양한 분야에서 널리 사용되는 물질이다. 하지만 차세대 조명으로 개발이 확대되고 있는 OLED 조명 등 더 많은 분야에 적용하기 위해서는 많은 개선점이 필요하다. 특히 픽셀 구조가 아닌 OLED 조명의 경우 ITO의 저항에 의해 전압 강하가 발생하여 휘도 불균일, 발열 등의 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 이 때문에 보다 우수한 전기적인 특성과 높은 투과율을 갖는 투명전극이 필요하다. 현재 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위해 ITO 박막 내부에 얇은 금속 층을 삽입하여 다층 박막으로 증착하는 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 투명 전극인 ITO 대신 ITO 중간에 Ag를 삽입한 3층 박막인 ITO/Ag/ITO와 5층 박막인 ITO/Ag/ITO/Ag/ITO를 투명 전극으로 대체하였을 때 수반되는 전기적, 광학적 특성을 알아보고자 한다. 또한 열처리 조건을 다르게 하여 열처리에 따른 다층 박막의 특성 변화도 비교해보았다. In-line 형태의 RF-DC sputter를 이용하여 다층박막을 증착시킨 후 Oven과 Vacuum Oven에 열처리를 하여 특성을 알아보았다. 전기적 특성을 알아보기 위해 4-point probe를 이용하여 비저항을 측정하였고, UV-VLS spectrometer를 이용하여 투과율을 측정하였다. 또한, Atomic force microscopy(AFM)을 이용하여 표면 형상을 측정하였다.

  • The purpose of this paper is to compare SWECOM and Information & Communication Engineering NCS to explore how to improve current NCS. First, it would be helpful to use NCS competency unit and competency unit element as categorization criteria and then to provide levels and roles into performance criteria and KSA. Second, developing common lower level competency unit would decrease the redundancy of KSA and make it clear for users. Third, providing other kinds of skills along with technical skills such as management skill would be useful for users.

  • 획득개혁은 주로 무기체계의 획득정책을 발전시키고 사업관리기법을 개발하며 절차나 조직을 간소화, 과학화하고 획득요원들의 능력을 향상시키는데 초점이 모아지고 있다. 일반 회사에서는 보통 경영혁신이라 부르고 있는데 획득개혁은 무기체계분야에 한정되어 있다. 우리의 현실을 비추어 보건대 우리도 분명히 획득개혁을 해야 할 것으로 생각된다. 우리에게 획득개혁이 필요한 이유는 부족한 국방비를 사업관리의 효율화를 통하여 보충해야 하고, 이를 위해서 미흡한 획득관리체계를 개선해야 하며, 사업관리요원들의 능력향상이 요구될 뿐 아니라 사업관리 조직도 크게 발전해야 할 것으로 생각되기 때문이다.

  • 컴퓨터 하드웨어 기술의 발달은 물론 고속 통신 기술의 발달로 컴퓨터의 사용분야가 단순 계산에서 멀티미디어를 사용하는 VOD 서버 기술을 필요로 하게 되고 경제적이면 효율적으로 멀티미디어 데이터를 다루는 기술이 요구되면서 서버의 확장성과 원활한 데이터 서비스가 필요하게 되었다. 이에 본 논문에서는 초고속 통신망에 기반한 SAN(System Area Network)에 기반한 클러스터링 시스템을 제안하여 최대한 대역폭을 이용한 병렬 I/O를 통하여 SAN 상에 입출력 성능의 개선할 수 있는 Scalable VOD 서버를 제안하여 구현 성능 평가 하혀 한다.
