항로표지는 항해안전에 중대한 역할을 하는 해상의 교통표지다. 항해사들이 항로표지를 이해하지 못하거나 항로표지의 시인성에 문제가 있을 때 항로표지는 본연의 기능을 수행할 수 없다. 본 연구에서는 항로표지와 관련된 해양사고를 분석하였으며, 항로표지의 이해도를 조사하였다. 또한 항로표지의 이해도를 향상시킬 수 있는 항로표지의 두표와 표체의 개선방안을 제시하였다. 도로 교통표지의 설계원리에 입각하여 항로표지의 문제점을 진단하였으며, 항로표지의 개선 대안들을 제시하였다.

The process of an analysis of alternatives(AoA) attempts to select the best and balanced solution among a set of multiple candidate solutions under the constraints of cost, schedule, performance and risk(CSPR). The traditional AoA for the acquisition of a new weapon system has usually centered on the sequence of the requirement analysis, design synthesis, and cost estimation. An improved process for AoA is developed in this paper based on a multi-objective decision-making method, which is intended to be applied in the design concept refinement and material solution analysis stage for the acquisition of naval surface ships. The presentation of the proposed AoA approach is then followed by a case study for the next generation multi-purpose training ship based on the principles of systems engineering and also using the models of the effectiveness measure, cost estimation, and risk assessments.

Since most of the urban railway operating agencies are established and operated by local governments, Public Service Obligation(PSO) is given priority. Therefore, free riding is carried out based on individual laws and regulations. In Korea, as the aging population goes, the increase in the number of elderly passengers on the urban railways is leading to a free rider as a big part of the fiscal deficit of the city railway operators. However, there have been no previous researches on free pass riding, and especially, it is necessary to study free ride on private investment projects. Several alternatives including a full charge case, free-ride for 70 years old over case, and separate fare charge (900won) are considered. Separate fare charge (900won) was selected as the optimal alternative since there is no fare income adjustment between operating agencies and no subsidy from government.

Land suitability assessment(LSA) is a useful method to assess land characteristics according to its physical, locational, and environmental characteristics, and then to classify it into several categories based on its usability and the necessity for conservation. Therefore, the credibility of this assessment result depends on the rationality of assessment method such as computation of suitability values and the criteria of ranking the land grade. This study focused on identifying problems in current LSA method by critically reviewing it, and aimed to suggest a suitable method for the assessment of land suitability. As a alternative method in this study, linear transformation method was used for scoring factors instead of critical values and the weight for each assessment factor. and all values of those factors were added to produce comprehensive suitability values. Those values were ordered and categorizied with suitability level based on the ratio of square measure. After comparing existing LSA method to the suggested alternative method, it is concluded that the alternative method was more suitable to assess the characteristics of lands than existing LSA method. This method was also suitable to represent the characteristics of various assessment factors. Field survey using satellite image clearly revealed the suitability of the alternative method compared to an existing method of land assessment. Furthermore, the alternative method of grading the land suitability improves the problem of using standardiZiation method and gives more flexibility, which makes this method very rational.

This study were carried out to establish the directions on ecoturism development in linking $rural\;{\cdot}\;mountain\;{\cdot}\;fishing$ villages together by led community dwellers for an alternative plan in order to economic active of $rural\;{\cdot}\;mountain\;{\cdot}\;fishing$ communities and reconstruction of community's cooperative organization and improvement and development of $rural\;{\cdot}\;mountain\;{\cdot}\;fishing$ village's domiciliative envirnment of Korea. The method of this research was chiefly used literature investigations and collections by field investigation in case of a few ecoturism resort of Korea. The result of this study were as follows : Ecoturism development in linking rural mountain fishing villages together by led community dwellers for an alternative plan in order to economic active of $rural\;{\cdot}\;mountain\;{\cdot}\;fishing$ communities and to reconstruct of community's cooperative organization and to improve and develope of $rural\;{\cdot}\;mountain\;{\cdot}\;fishing$ village's domiciliative envirnment of Korea will be effective to improve tourism environment. Especially, ecotoutism development will be effective and alternative plan in order to preserve $rural\;{\cdot}\;mountain\;{\cdot}\;fishing$ regions of our country's intact from the induction of act of pollution.

This study is to evaluate the performance and suggest alternative plans of the public libraries in Taegu Metropolitan City. Regression analysis is used to fit a log-log equation to the total budget-output for all the public libraries. The results of the performance evaluation confirm that there is diseconomies of scale in library operations(${\Sigma}b_n$ 3,732). Therefore, all the public libraries should be improve productivity by restructuring of library identity, rational selection of physical sites and new branch library planning, userbased budget allocation and collection development, staffing and reengineering, optimalization of web site, and enforcement of service functions, etc.

본 연구에서는 왜곡된 물순환을 건전화시키기 위해 잠재적으로 좋지 않은 유역에 선정된 대안에 대한 효과분석을 HSPF 모형을 이용하여 정량적으로 수행하였다. 효과분석은 건기의 수량확보 측면(갈수량, 저수량)과 BOD 평균 및 총 오염부하량의 변화 측면에서 이루어졌다. 분석한 대안으로는 복개하천 복원, 하천수의 하수관거로 손실 방지, 기존 저수지의 운영개선, 하수처리수의 재이용, 지하철 역사에서 발생한 지하수의 유지용수로의 활용, 소규모 하수처리장 건설 등이 있다. 특히 최근 관심이 증대된 하수처리수 재이용은 수량측면에서는 우수한 결과를 보이나 수질 측면에서는 좋지 않은 결과를 보이므로 방류수의 수질에 따라 신중하게 검토되어야 한다.
